For some reason I didn’t get any photos of the outside of this really nice hotel! It’s too bad, since it has a lot to offer. Check in was quick and our room was large, clean and comfortable. We were hungry after a day on the road and very happy to eat at the Western View Steak House (in the hotel).Would stay here again!

This was a great hotel. The room was very clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The hot breakfast was much better than the average continental fair offered at other hotels. Dinner in the restaurant was very good too. Great 24 hour coffee machine in the main area. Everything you need is all there. Would definitely stay again if we are passing through.

The hotel was wonder and a perfect place for our group. Plenty of parking for our trailers and razors. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist with anything we needed. The Bar Manager was outstanding and the entire staff for the restaurant and lounge. We loved hanging out by the fire pit at night. Thanks for the comfy and clean rooms as well :)

Very clean hotel, convenient location to downtown area, and about an hour from the Grand Canyon. Friendly and courteous staff. Would give it 5 stars but the hotel lost power while we were getting ready in the morning (showering) and it made getting dressed/applying makeup/drying hair difficult/impossible. We can't rate the breakfast as the cooked food we ate was chilly due to no power and the options were limited. But it did appear as if they had a full breakfast (eggs, sausage, pancakes, gravy, oatmeal, yogurt, breads) available. No communication from the hotel staff regarding the power outage until we approached them to question what was going on.I would not hesitate to stay there again if we were in that area and needed lodging.

I wish the restaurant could have delivered room service, that would have made the experience exceptional. Other than that, everything was wonderful, staff was helpful, professional, and kind, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and will be staying at other Best Western hotels as well.

This was an amazing place this was an amazing place to stay. From the front desk, to the breakfast staff. And then there was Rachel from the Kachina Lounge. She was an angel. She was so friendly, informative and a joy to talk to. The people working here were simply amazing.The only complaint I have is we ordered a beautiful steak dinner to take to our room. When we got to our room, all we had for cutlery was a plastic fork and a plastic knife. We had paid extra to upgrade our meal from sides to soups. There were no spoons for the soups and as I said plastic knives. Would have been nice to have a real steak knife to cut our steak dinner. If there was concern about theft, all they had to do was take our room number and charge us back if it had not been returned.As I said, apart from that, it was a beautiful stay. The rooms were clean. They were soundproof and everybody was so friendly and helpful.Would highly recommend this place to people traveling through or even saying for a bit.

On a cross country trip started in California to South Dakota to Kentucky and back to California. Of every state and every hotel this was our favorite! The location is situated off the freeway in the trees, just enough to feel secluded but really just one turn and you’re there. The check in was easy, the rooms were spotless, beds are comfortable, shower was great, rooms are HUGE. Honestly don’t have enough good to say about it. Slightly on the pricier side for a last minute booking but not bad and well worth it to me. Great bar and restaurant inside with great food/service. Williams main street is only a mile away. Overall great place and would love to return!

The absolute worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. We have been on a road trip for a week and only wanted to stay here one night instead of two. We tried to cancel only 20 minutes out of their 24 hour cancellation policy and they would not budge or help us in anyway. I called and left the manager to different messages and she never returned my phone call. The entire time we were there, it seemed like they were watching us all the time. The staff at this hotel are the worst. They were rude from the minute we stepped in to the hotel. They were rude every time I tried to call them on the phone. I would not recommend anybody stay here ever. Find a different hotel. You can thank me later.

Do not recommend stay at this hotel. I personally travel for business all the time and this time I had to check out a day early due to an emergency. I asked if they would credit one day back to my card and they refused. Hilton, Marriott, Holiday Inn have all accommodated me in the past. I will never stay a Best Western again because of this poor business practice. I spoke with the manager who had to refer me to another manger who then stated she had to talk to General Manager who died my credit. Maybe you need to focus on customer service before paying for 3 managers.

Wonderful place, with a nice atmosphere. Room was clean and well stocked. Wish the beds weren't so high off the ground, toilet too close to the ground. Ate at the restaurant, food was good. Breakfast in the am, had a lot of choices and looked good. I didn't eat breakfast, my husband and mother did. They said it was good. Places was loud between 8pm and 10 pm, a lot of kids or adults stomping and moving about, either upstairs or next door.

We arrived at our room later in the evening after a long drive. We decided to order from the restaurant located in the hotel and brong itbto our room. We ordered 2 meals. The pork chop, though tasty came in a plastic container, so it was a bit dry came with plastic fork and knife, same with the ribs No ceramic plates and no stainless silverware were part of our meaty meals. Quite disappointing.No salt or pepper, our sides were not with our main dishes and one side was not with either meal. 2 stars for the restaurantFood & drinks: My review for food is above. Very disapointing

My stay at the Best Western Plus Inn Of Williams was nearly flawless. The room, set up to accommodate 4 guests, was spotless and the bedding extremely comfortable. The hotel's warm and welcoming ambiance, coupled with a satisfying breakfast, made our experience very enjoyable. Amenities such as the fitness room and the outdoor heated spa are definite highlights.However, there was one drawback: the restaurant. The food simply didn't meet our expectations, and regrettably, the restaurant staff weren't professional or welcoming. While this didn't mar our wonderful hotel experience, I'd advise future guests to consider dining outside the hotel or in town.Despite this hiccup, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and facilities, but do think about exploring nearby dining options.

Actually, never got to step our foot on the property, because my partner and I tested positive on COVID and decided not to travel.I called to ask if our stay could be moved to another day but was transferred to a manager, who never answered the call. We left a voicemail and got no response.I did ask past the free cancellation period, so it's fair for them to ignore my request. I just hope they will find it fair that I never will stay at this establishment even if I am traveling nearby someday.*** Response to your response:Thank you for your wishes, but please don't blame your bad service on the third party. The gist is that we gave a call to make a request, and you did not even bother to answer it, presumably because we booked through "a third party." Not to mention, it was entirely your decision to not provide even a partial cancellation when requested through the said third party.From photos and reviews, I bet your establishment would have been really nice to stay at, and your on-site service is really nice. That is why we booked with your property in the first place. But you did disappoint us off-site greatly, and I believe it would be to your best interest to heed the feedback, not make this clearly careless attempt at an apology/blaming someone else.

This hotel is nestled by the woods. The customer service is outstanding!! Their rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are super comfy. We had a late dinner and drinks in their restaurant/lounge and let me tell you the food was delicious. My husband had the grilled chicken burger and I had a hamburger. Yes our food was nothing special but it was great. Others around us were served beautiful steaks dinners. It was a great atmosphere. We will definitely be going back.

Very clean, good hospitality… quiet , close to camping, downtown and trails to explore.Just an update!! Went there Dec 27-28 and this time brought my doggie … the staff was great. Your pup gets a welcome bone and treated just like the guests.. staff was awesome. We also had dinner in their restaurant. The food was great and so was the service.. this is going to be are go to spot every time we visit ..

Our rental car got scraped up in the parking lot within view of a camera and they refused to even try to get us the plate number of the car parked next to us saying the parking lot is public property. I understand the concept but if a guest at my house (private property) and someone had their car damaged in my driveway, I would do everything I could to help them find out who did it!When I asked why the camera is there if they won’t use it to help, they said it only for serious crimes. I wonder what the threshold is to be serious. Seems to me they just couldn’t be bothered to do the right thing. Terrible customer service!!!Can you point me to the appropriate law that states that, please?

I needed a break from stress and I remember liking this hotel in the past. I booked my room on the Internet, much cheaper than a direct reservation, then I called to confirm my reservation including room type, rate, my dog, and that my payment had been received. All was good until check in, which completely stressed me out. An unfriendly desk clerk gave me the wrong room. When I explained she insisted on charging me more for the room that I had paid for and confirmed. That's nasty. She was most unpleasant and the exchange colored the rest of my trip negatively. Plus, the bathroom floor was filthy, long black hairs and pink mold in the shower. No, I don't believe I would return to this poorly managed hotel.

The hotel was really nice, it ws the cleanest one that we stayed in Arizona. I wish I had more time there to visit the city and neighborhood around. I also think that thanks to being not in city center it was quiet. Another benefit is near gas station, it was helpful as we left quite early and we did not need to search for anything different. A lot of parking, good coffee from the lobby.

Our hotel is not in a ‘city’ but a small town. We were totally delighted with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was smiling, helpful and professional. Breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from. The coffee tasted fresh. Don’t miss the restaurant. Good food, excellent service and quiet setting. Daily room service was an amazing surprise for us. Have not seen this service in a reasonably priced hotel in a very long time.

We were told they had a great steak meal. We went to take our family there. The eight of us were not impressed. It took a long time to get the food and when we did it was bland. The salad was dirty. I went to take our grand kid to the bathroom and my food was gone. We paid the bill and left. I do not recommend eating there. Overpriced and not good.

Loved this place. Was a little scared of the Native figurines but the overall hotel was very nice and clean and the hotel breakfast was actually delicious and not just flavorless breads. The front desk staff were so accommodating in answering our questions as travelers and recommended great places to visit. There’s a hot tub, pool, lounge, an overlooking play area, pet area, and just beautiful grounds. I loved staying here.

Literally one of the BEST Best westerns we've stayed at. Very clean and accommodating. The restaurant in the hotel was super convenient but also delicious. The little store there has everything you need if you forgot something and the fire pit was the cherry on top. The weather was perfect to sit out there and be completely comfortable. Perfect location as well. Paige was extremely helpful and super friendly. We will definitely be back!!! Highly recommend staying here.

Located in a very convenient place when visiting the Grand Canyon, this Best Western Plus Hotel is really worth its cost. The rooms are large and the beds are good quality. The hotel looks good and well-kept. The parking area is very near the main entrance and offers plenty of space for all guests. Breakfast in the morning is great. There is cereal, pancakes, bread, cakes, fruit, coffee, juices, water, etc. Tables are constantly being sanitized between guests. The hotel has a lounge and a restaurant on site. We didn't go to either of them, but that had nothing to do with their quality or price. We were simply too tired after our arrival to have dinner there. The hotel is near all sorts of other dinner options in Williams. We also found the guest laundry very useful and well priced.Rooms: Good size rooms with great beds and walk-in showers
