Ordered an iced Moca. They gave it to me without the whipped topping and choc garnish. I asked for them to make it just like the picture. They took it back and then reserved it with barely any topping and then a few drops of choc garnish. You would think that if you upset a customer by not serving the garnish, you would fill up the top bubble with garnish to appease the customer. Tasted it, it was bitter and weak. I said so annd asked for just an iced coffee with cream. Server looked confused. Said I needed sugar if I thought the mocha was bitter, the iced coffee with cream would be too. I have had iced coffee with cream and iced mochas at McDonalds in states across the west for several years. Something was off with this coffee. I went ahead and kept the Moca, but as I stirred in the chocolate I got the distinct impression that the “mocha” flavor been watered down.

Apparently they have done away with having a cashier? Machine seemed to be the only way to order. We made the order for breakfast and my wife's bacon cheese and egg biscuit came with no bacon. I brought it back and the guy was like would you like me to put some bacon on it. I was like yes, I assumed the bacon was hot. Gave it to the wife she ended up taking the bacon off because it was cold. It was clear they were understaffed so we just let that go, but $22 for two breakfast mealls means this may very well be the last time I stop in a McDonald's

While traveling through I stopped at this location and bought 2 happy meals. (1 cheeseburger and 1 chicken nuggets) The cashier was nice which was why I gave a better rating as far as service but would give it a 0 if could based on the condition of the cheeseburger. This picture was taken about 2 minutes after we left the location and when I called to speak to the manager they suggested I return to make this right. Seriously? How did they ever think this would be ok. The cheeseburger was disgusting and looked like someone had already taken a bite. avoid this place!!

This has got to be the single best McDonald's I've been to. So me and my grandparents stopped here after getting terrible food and even worse coffee at a McDonald's in Benson. the manager on duty at this location, Adrian Cruz, was so amazingly kind and empathetic to our situation, he got us fresh coffee and food for no additional charge. Aside from that he just seemed like an all around great person

Let's start by the fact that they won't sell you a sausage biscuit. They upsell you the regular sausage, egg and cheese and make you remove the egg and cheese. Then to make matters worse, after half an hour of sitting in line me and four other cars turned around and went inside and got refunds because they just flat didn't make any buddies orders. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs. I don't know what's going on there but they're taking money not making food and upselling everything.

ITS DIRTY!!! It smells so bad. There’s toilet paper, diapers, and tampons all over the bathroom floor. All the tables are dirty and food on the floor as well as drinks that people left. There’s plenty of employees and manager to get this place clean and they’re all in the back like there’s nothing to do. If I could give it a zero I would..

Enter my order on kiosk, they get it wrong , order from app , they get it wrong , go through drive thru they get it wrong . It’s only one particular location , on Rex Allen Dr in Willcox Az , right at the interstate ! Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this location, I do not think they are trained to read the order tickets!Parking: Side location parking for 18wheelers & in lot location for 5th wheels .Wheelchair accessibility: Full wheel chair accessible as long as someone does not block ramp .

I don't know many mcdonalds that deserve more than 3 stars but this one gets 4. Was froving from Los Angeles CA to charlotte nc when my truck had issues. Had to sit in this mcdonalds for about 2 hours while my car was being worked on. The food was fresh and no one bothered us for just sitting there for 2 hours. The place was clean and staff was friendly.

Been here 4 last times. Manager was rude would not ring up order. Next 3 times my order was wrong. Last trip went to pick up sandwich they forgot and I decided to get an ice tea. Manager refused to ring up my order insisted I use kiosk. Also informed staff of dog using bathroom by one of tables. When I went back for my sandwich 30 minutes later it was still there.I'll be hard pressed to go back ever againIf I could give negative stars I would. I know my business won't affect McDonald's as a whole but they've gone downhill. I'll start going to BK again.

3 at best. I dislike the fact that you can't order food at the counter. I don't have the app and had to use the kiosk. It was not fun. Food took nearly 20 minutes to get made. The workers were very friendly and tried their best to accommodate. Maybe it was just busier than normal. Was there for breakfast on a road trip. The store was clean, and so was the restroom. However, there was only one stall that was constantly occupied. So hard when dealing with kids that needed to go. The food was decent.

This location forced customers to use the kiosks for order, and had too few kiosks for the amount of customers. Add to this the fact that using the kiosk increases the time it takes to order over talking to a cashier and there was a big line just to order. Once I ordered I entered my table tent number and selected "for here" in my order and sat and waited. Eventually another customer notified me that my order was waiting for me up front, as it was just put out and called by the number on the receipt and not the table tent number. I commented that I thought it would be brought to my table and another customer laughed and said "Not in Wilcox". Food is what you expect from McDonald's.

Pulled in to feed the family been on the road since 7 am this morning and wow what a mess. They had water all over the floors by soda fountain. About 6 people cleaning and one person taking care of the customers. Bathrooms were soaped down but not rinsed. Had to wait to use it. Grand daughters happy meal didnt come nor drinks half of our group was done eating before we had to go ask for cups and her food.Spent almost 50$

Just simply a dirty location with poor service. The location attracts an older crowd and the new kiosks are no popular. Folks were waiting for help at the counter for a while and some even left.

Horrible experience! My family and I pulled off the road to get a quick bite before heading off to EP , worst choice we made. They didn’t have anybody at the front to take your order. An employee walked past us and ordered her own food and completely ignored us. Another employee walked by and didn’t even try to help us take our order. We all walked out.
