I went in to the store and was about to grab something to make a purchase when I was approached by the manager Leti. She was asking me if I'm going to pay for something that someone else had done. Very rude and obnoxious to me. I said wow that's a great attitude you have. She proceeded to say if you don't like it here don't shop here. I've been a customer quite awhile. I've never caused any problems to get this attitude from the staff at the willcox location. Diana was very rude as well rolling her eyes every time myself or a member of my family would go there. Very biased towards certain customers. All in all she said I wasn't allowed to shop there because I told her she had a bad attitude. Nice to see great customer service by throwing customers out that are making their paychecks. 👎🏼

Although I get most of what I want here regularly, it is over crowded with carts full of stock constantly. Some basic items have not been stocked in months. The employees are always pleasant in spite of their lack of help in this busy store. I think Dollar G makes enough at this store to warrant more help.

Excellent customer care & service animal friendly. Handicap accessible parking, restroom, and store is well organized and free of clutter. Good bargains and nice variety of products available. They seem to have everything in stock I need when I visit their store. Thank you for providing a pleasant shopping environment!

I don't like going in the dollar General store because being a handicapped senior citizen, i find it very hard to get around because of all the over stock in the isles, also you can't get at what is on the shelves because thing's are blocked by the over stock. It is quite hazardous in there. I don't recommend going there.

It's one of a few not so great options in a small town. This store offers friendly service, unlike the others. It's not always well put together but they have the basics and one can get in and out quick.

The variety & prices are very good. I can usually always find what I was lookin for as well as getting several bargains that I wasn't!! A great place to shop. There's always a few "carts" of stock to be put away but this is a minimal nusiance.

There are several of the employees and I am told one is in management, that are very rude, unknowledgable about their own company and services they offer. Then refuse to even give help because they are busy jaw jack gossips while shoving food in their mouth loud enough for the customers to hear and know who and what is being said. Disgusting how you treat people who are different then you or who are less fortunate then your self. You should not work around people because you lack respect and you don't know a thing about people. Look in the mirror before you judge anyone and know your facts!!!

Shelves need stocked. A little messy. They need more help in this store. I'm sure corporate has camera's in store, can't they see how hard they work and they do.

Every time I go in there are groceries sitting every where and the shelves are bare. Why is that??? I buy a lot of things from your store but most of the time your out because no one has stocked and no one is busy stocking. I'm 70 and sometimes I need help getting things off the bottom shelf and the only one around to help is the cashier .

Almost every Dollar general I've been in is messy the shelves make no sense stuff is stacked everywhere places are dirty there's areas where you can't even get a wheelchair through which is against the Ada and there's a lot of bare shelves but there's product sitting on carts just not getting put out

Much better than it used to be. Enjoy shopping here now as the staff is friendly and helpful. Store shelves are actually stocked now.

Very unorganized.😏 I try to spread my spending in support of Dollar General and Family Dollar. Boxes in the isles sometimes have to go around through another isle in order to see what's on the other side. What a mess!

I'm from Willcox, and I am used to not having a lot of choice. When corporate management won't help but put all responsibility on overworked and not trained managers, you get empty shelves.

This place is awful. The workers treat customers as common thieves. Ever time I have gone in there, I am followed by a worker. I absolutely refuse to go back there.

They contacted the police because I was camping in a VACANT LOT next to their store. Because of this, I will NEVER PATRONIZE any of their stores again

All ways has carts with new merchandise blocking isles and merchandice and you have to find the cashier all the time
