I'm from out of the area and needed a prescription sent here. I called on a Thursday morning and they told me it would be ready for pickup on Friday. I didn't have time over the weekend to stop by, so I went to pick it up on Monday. It wasn't ready, and the manager was extremely rude saying that he had a list of 20 transfers ahead of mine and I would just have to be patient for a few more days. I will NOT be returning to this pharmacy!

I am so sick of constantly complaining about this horrible pharmacy and nothing being done about it. Everyone who works here is unbelievably rude and deceitful. They steal your money, lie about prices and never take accountability or apologize for their mistakes. How crazy is it to be rude to a customer when YOU GUYS made a mistake. DO NOT buy your prescriptions here. You’re better off going to CVS. Safeway, you should be ashamed by a 3.5 rating. Get your act together and either train your employees better or find new ones. This is unacceptable.

I love this pharmacy. To any pharmacy staff reading this, thank you so much for all that you do. Everyone here is kind and informative. They do their best even with the lines that almost always form. I have been coming here for my medications for years and never once had an issue. Treat them with respect and kindness and they will treat YOU the same way. Its been almost three years since we started getting our scrips here. I can't say anything but good stuff about everyone we've dealt with. They always keep us informed and alerted to any issues.

The pharmacy assistant needs more training and/or higher inteligence. There is no 48 hour transfer law, and no, the other pharmacies are not observing thier two day lag time.CVS and Bashas are in town. The guy at CVS across the street said he would have it ready in a couple of hours.In all fareness, maybe she's a temp, maybe she was having a bad day. Maybe she has a crush on the pharmacist, and wants to protect him from overworking on Sunday. Maybe I'm being a little too critical.It's OK to tell me to expect slow service. To tell me the other local pharmacies will have equally slow service, is verging on a not so white lie. Hopefully, I will feel more generous and revise this review upward later. Everyone should have my miniscule problems.

Entire staff should be replaced they are rude, condescending, do not listen. Good thing is Safeway is not the only show in town for vaccines, pharmacy and other medical needs.

Had 2 prescriptions set to Safeway. Told me they only had one in their database. Had doctor resend other prescription to them. Kept telling me they didn’t have it. Finally got someone to tell me they don’t have that medicine in-stock.Don’t use Safeway pharmacy nothing but a pain

Friendly people and great pharmacy, the vegetables & fruit are great, the deli & bakery also shine on those great smelling wings, bread cooking. So make sure to eat before shopping, lol!
