This used to be one of my favorite safeways. In three different interactions I have had three different rude customer service reps. It's shocking and a bit depressing. I'm not a "the customer is always right" person at all. In each case after questioning their conduct I let them have their way. But this is getting out of hand..

The staff were very pleasant. But some of the deals I had clipped in the app while shopping didn't get taken off. It's a great store unfortunately I will have to watch closer at checkout next time.

Came here to buy one balloon. $18.99… fine. Asked Sheila in customer service if someone can inflate the balloon as they were all partially deflated. She said she would call produce. I saw two men stocking produce. Once she asked for assistance to floral over the intercom, they both walked into the back. When I asked for help again from anyone else else, she said everyone else was too busy.

I’m soooooo fed up with this store. I found out that they close the customer service at 7pm on Friday night. I had a few items to return and so I asked a teenage worker about customer service. He was very rude saying “can’t you see that they are closed.” Then, upon checkout I encountered him again(yes I know his name). I had a full cart and he said that there were no checkers available to check me out at 7:45pm and that the registers close at 7pm. WHAT?????? So, I told him that I could not check out my whole cart(at the self checkout) and he looked me up and down to see why I couldn’t check out myself. Again, he was rude and sarcastic and said “you can’t check out your cart?” I should have just left it at that but thought this might be a learning moment for this kid. I told him I couldn’t because of my medical issues. It took him about 20 seconds for this information to sink in and he said OH. As I struggled to use the self checkout, he NEVER asked if I needed help. It’s my bad that I didn’t ask for help, but all I could see were teenagers. As I was leaving I passed by the checkout lanes and there was 1 checker working. I REALLY, REALLY hope that management informs ALL the workers about different disabilities that one can see and others that are invisible!!!

Not trailer friendly, had the sales items didn't come up automatically so I had to fight the checker to get the correct prices. My savings was $20.00. But had to fight for it.Ugh!!!

Items missed stocked, then no manager to be found when the customer sevice desk decides to close at 7PM, as if their pricing issues only happen before 7PM. They clearly do not care about their local customers who have to travel to this store.

All the departments were great (Deli, Produce and Meat) but when i went to the self checkout line I had the self checkout attendant pushing buttons on my keypad as I was ringing up my groceries. And all he had to say was dont mind me. Im more than capable of filling out any survey that I am asked to do or I will simply just push the skip button but for someone to come up behind me and start pushing buttons on my keypad is so random and not needed

This store is usually stocked pretty well. There have been times that they don't have enough meat cut but if you ask the butcher they will do it for you right then. As long as you go through the weekly ad and clip the coupons you can get really good deals. Employees are always there to help the store is always clean.

Bought Ribeyes from Meat Department, you'd think their "Meatcutters" would take more pride in their work and scrape bone dust off both sides of the steak. But they're not real Journeyman meat cutters so.

Deli..fried chicken. Both are very disappointing. Used to get a 8 piece chicken and would have difficulty closing the bag. Now you get a 8 piece chicken and they give you baby chics that do not even fill up half the bag.Sunday November 5, 5:00 pm a full hour before you close.. no baby chicken. We were going to get two of the baby chics because they are so small but you were out. A whole hour before you closed. The people in front of us were turned away... we were turned away ... didn't want to cook baby chics an hour before the deli closed. While we were deciding what to get for dinner two other people were turned away... you sure are not in business for your customers... how many more people were turned away because you people are to lazy to fix another batch of baby chicks.UP DATE... FRIDAY 4:20 PM.. GUS WILL NOT MAKE ANY MORE CHICKEN.. WE WILL NOT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN...

Has the best selection of organic items in Wickenburg in a grocery store. The store is usually pretty busy. There is a Starbucks inside this Safeway. This store is kept pretty clean and the produce section is kept up and usually well stocked & clean. If something is on sale you have the best chance getting sale items earlier in the day when the shelves have been restocked. Popular items sell off the shelves by evening time.

Consistent issues with different prices and items not ringing up as shown on the shelves. Cashier's playing with their phones while at the registers and ringing items more than once and overcharging customers. Not to mention highly inflated prices! Pharmacy takes 4-6 days to fill perscriptions! Horrible place all around!

Our Wickenburg Safeway is a mass of empty shelves, especially for block cheese, breads, etc. Never enough checkouts open.

Seems like their pricing is off, I bought 2 yellow squash there and was marked 1 or 2 dollars and was charged $10 for the both of them. Seems extremely expensive to me?

80% of why I come is the staff. Groceries are groceries, and prices don't vary so much from one place to the next, but the staff is top notch here. Of course there are variances, but when random people know the name of the vegetable kid, the bakery girl, or the coffeeslinger, and greet them happily, you know it's a good thing.I challenge you to have a problem here.

A really clean store with an excellent produce section. The meat and bakery options were decent but missing some of what we were looking for (sausage buns, sirloin steaks) but substituted with some thick cut T-bones.5 checkout lanes were open with friendly cashier's and baggers and not a single self checkout, that was great! Overall a really good store.

Very clean store. Was in town for a family reunion and picnic at the Coffinger Rec center. We were doing all the picnic food ourselves and shopped here for the first time. Had a few items that offered instant scan coupons but they wouldn’t work either because of my phone or the internet. 🤷♀️. They were so nice -the cashier asked for a manger and added that it was our first time and they added the coupon discounts for us.There is an inside Starbucks and they were awesome also.

Shelves are not stocked often enough. UPDATE 1-25-24, not too much has changed, the dairy case gets stocked once a day. The ropers and Wicked Ranch folks crowd the place.

Safeway is a great neighborhood store. Even though I understand why, the prices are high. Maybe give a little of a discount at the checkout. I keep hearing that the price's are higher because the cost of deliveries. To me that's bull. Safeway and Albertson's own the delivery trucks, and employ the drivers. So, cut the customers some slack.

Just stopped at the store on my way through Wickenburg. Trying to find horseradish. Asked four different people, that work there, they sent me to four different areas of the store. Not one offered to actually help me find it. Just pointed somewhere and referenced an isle. They sent me to the deli where they offered me horse radish cheese, deli sent me to dairy, back to produce and asked someone else, no idea probably in deli, found another person, he sent me to horseradish mustard, Went back to the second person I had asked after making my way the length of the store 4 times. I asked if there was anyone who could help me find what I was looking for. I was advised that while he was sorry, He could not help me. Left my basket full of groceries on principal. Won’t patronize a business who shows such disinterest in helping their customers. This store needs to up its training and customer service game.

This Safeway is clean and fully stocked with every and anything you could need. A major plus is Sally who works in the Deli Dept. because she has amazing customer service skills! She is so personable and kind. It is so refreshing especially now a days. Great job Safeway for employing a phenomenal employee. I highly recommend this store!

This stores employees are highly commendable! They were kind enough to let me rush in and get a few things! Those few things ended up being a cart almost full. I apologized to them and they genuinely were okay with it, even though they had already locked the doors!I don't make a habit of doing that type of last minute shopping. So a big shout out to those employees!!The store was very clean and neat and tidy. The fresh foods were fresh and delicious!I will absolutely shop at Safeway again!!!

This store always has the best employees. They are always friendly and willing to help. I rarely have to return items but I did today and they did that without any hesitation with my receipt. The only thing that I didn't like at the store was that it was out of stock on a lot of items but I realize that was not the employees fault but just because they were unable to get the items.

I shop at this Safeway every Friday morning. When I enter the store it is always clean and well lit. The aisles are wide. The displays are very attractive. The people working there friendly and very helpful. I use self check out. It is quick and easy.

It's a horrible experience to talk with se of these employees as managers i ask to speak with the book keeper this lady Vanessa took my name and said oh then never got past that point and just hung up on me. As a managers in my eyes n rest of public more is expected from a person then that.
