Went to Scottsdale with some horse friends for the day. They said let's make a detour. Little did I know our "detour" was going to end in Wickenburg at this fantastic store! Their tack selection is absolutely outstanding. They have a fantastic young man who shapes hats who did an amazing job on my daughter's new hat. And don't even get me started on their western wear selction. The staff were all friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend this store for all your horse/western wear needs.

Very cool store, though I wish there was slightly more tack variety, but considering it's a ropers store and we ride pleasure horses it was still a super neat place. The hat shaper guy rocked!!!

I was really looking for some boots. I was ready to pay the price ($200- $600), but i know nothing of them. I waited for over an hour, no one came over to help. Actually, a roper, who DOES NOT WOTK THERE, offered advice on some boots. We even tried whistling, hooting hoo-ing and politely asking for some assistance. Still no one. Guess they dont want to sell boots. So i will head to boot barn, maybe they do.

They were awesome when I called looking for some medical wraps for my horse. And the lady even went and looked to make sure they had what I was looking for. She even told me prices.. love it.. they are a bit far but only place tht had what all I needed... THANKS.

Come on NRS what are you doing being closed on sundays? All of us that have ranches full of animals have to do most of our work on Saturdays and Sundays and we work during the week Monday through Friday. So let's go ahead and close on Sundays! On top of that, every time we go in there to buy feed the people behind the feed counter never give us a smile and don't even act like they care we're there... I think you guys can do much better than that . One great thing I must mention is that the people that load your hay and your feed outside are terrific. Get it together NRS,,,, my horse is hungry!

Wrangler absolutely must make their dark brown rodeo denim jeans again. I will buy two pair immediately at NRS, or any place that will let me try them on. I bought a pair at a western shóp in Sacramento (waist 30, length 30) 13 years ago, put them through all my twisted ropes, and got to retire them now, or start stitching. I will pass them on to my children when I can no longer stitch!

I think the store is great. But, I felt bad for the guy working outside. Maybe it would be a good idea, to bring in an extra hand when you know there will be deliveries on that day. He's trying to unload a truck plus help the customers waiting outside. Other than that, it's a great store.

The largest tack shop in AZ. Love the people and selection. A huge assortment for bits, saddles, ropes and so much more. I always find something I didn't intend on buying when I go. Decent selection of cowboy hats and wester wear as well! Did I say friendly? Yes everyone I've dealt with seems to enjoy their jobs.

We ate at Jakes Spoon today around 1230p and Christina, our waitress, took our order for appetizers, then took our food order. We waited well over an hourThen my husband asked about our food. Christina said she forgot to put the order in and about 15 minutes later delivered our food which was cold. We told her about the temperature of the food and she said it is always like that! She never returned to ask if we needed anything else. She took my husbands credit card, returned it to him, then said she needed payment, forgetting she already took it! She did give a small discount saying this was her first day back from vacation and laughed. I wanted to speak with the manager but my husband just wanted to leave. We frequent your restaurant monthly and wanted our out of town guests to love it like we use to. When Tina managed the restaurant, the operation was smooth and if not, she would rectify the issue. Please hire help that at a minimum, wants to provide the best service to their customers unlike Christina.I have never written a negative review but I felt this was necessary .

We were so disappointed in our visit to your store. After purchasing several item’s cashier Jan couldn’t seem to ring us up correctly ( was very pleasant)the tall blonde came over to help. She kept trying to over charge us and had a super poor customer service attitude. Finally got the price almost correct still over charged us by acouple dollars. Doesn’t know how to add. By this time we gave up-her attitude was to upsetting.

Just 1 star, only because I got my refund. Long story short. I ordered something, emailed and received a response that the company just changed their label. So I told my self what the need to worry. We now just used it. Everything went horrible. I lost over 2k in oil and pay for my employees. Very horrible business

We were in town visiting when we saw this place and dropped spontaneously. They have a great selection of boots, hats and apparel and everyone was so friendly. I walked by where Elijah was shaping a cowboy hat, which I had never seen before. Elijah went our of his way to explain the craft of shaping a hat as we watched. When he finished he asked if there was anything else we had question about or could help us with. My brother asked a question about some boots and Elijah immediately walked to the boots he had questions about and informed us of the difference in brands price ranges etc.

Been shopping there for years. Huge inventory of team roping ropes and supplies. Two floors filled upstairs with boots and western wear - giant boot display! Downstairs is feed and a huge tack and supply inventory with easy access to load hay. Indoor feed room is well stocked with automatic doors for easy in and out.

First time I've been to this store, and was very pleased with the young man (I'd guess early 20s)who assisted me with information on hats. With his input, I now have a good handle on the type, brand, and color hat I'm looking for. I just wish I had gotten his name, so that I could thank him here as well.

The woman who at the counter ate extremely rude always. And they never have anything nit much to choose from. But the top of the cake is the rudeness nit good customer service in the clothing department
