Caring and efficient organization. We found a lost dog, very dehydrated and hungry on Scenic Loop Rd. Took her in for the night and next day these kind people helped locate her owner. She was reunited within hours. The owner closed the loop by calling to thank us. Win win!!

I called the day before my appointment and several times clearly said that I needed to leave my dog the next day for a few hours because I had a car mechanic appointment. We set up a time for a meet and greet to make sure my dog would do ok. When I arrived the meet and greet part went fine. However, the guy was unconcerned and dismissive that he had screwed up and had not put in the appointment I had repeatedly asked for so I could leave my dog and go to my car appointment. When I tried to find out how this problem was going to get fixed he got grouchy and just claimed a miscommunication even though it was 100% his fault. He did not care. Well, if I can't trust them, I will make sure my dog is never there and others know they are not trustworthy.
