I have visited CVS all over the country and had the same insurance for the last 15 years. I have always had good experiences, kind and helpful and courteous service. Kymy, the pharmacy tech in Wickenburg, is rude, unprofessional, unwilling to help with simple problem, escalating and bad mouthing customers with other employees in front of customers.

Our pharmacist Paul in Wickenburg, Az is always super helpful and goes above and beyond every time I come into CVS!!Update: Paul went back to CVS in town but I’m not sure where so I’ve taken my business to Wickenburg Hospital Pharmacy.
