It's CVS....there's nothing big to report. The location is convenient to the north side of Wickenburg, near thrift store and grocery. It's a larger store which often has good stock. The pharmacy can be slow both in filling prescriptions and at the counter as there's often only one clerk. The restrooms are to the left of pharmacy in the back room, they're acceptable but not anyplace to stop to read the paper. There is a PNC ATM and self check out. Parking is plentiful, but can be busy.

Boiler plate CVS.... Only standout issue is the pharmacy hours. Closed for over an hour for lunch???.... I stopped in and had to wait 45 minutes for the pharmacy to reopen to pick up a basic prescription. I've never seen a CVS pharmacy close for lunch at other locations throughout the country. This could be solved by staggering employee break periods so you can keep the pharmacy open during the lunch hour. This CVS locations needs to try that!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE PHARMACY. THE PHARMACY TECHS ARE SO RUDE! THE PHARMACY TECH WHO CHECKS YOU OUT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL TO YOU ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON!!! THE PHARMACY TECH WHO CHECKS YOU IN, IS ALSO VERY RUDE, THEY THINK THEY CAN TALK TO YOU AND TREAT YOU ANY WAY THEY WANT TO. THEY CONSTANTLY HAVE COMPLAINTS AND HAVE VERY BAD REVIEWS. THEY NEED TO REPLACE THESE EXTREMELY RUDE EMPLOYEES WITH EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE PEOPLE SKILLS!!! I AM NOT GOING TO LET THEM RUN ME OFF!!!! I HAVE REPORTED THEM ALSO TO CORPORATE AND WE ARE KEEPING OUR FINGERS CROSSED THAT THERE WILL BE REPLACEMENT EMPLOYEES VERY SOON!!!

Purchased 4 BuschLt 30PK cans advertised discount $21.99. Hubby was charged $25.99 as clerk couldn't find our CVS member #. She also stated she couldn't scan his items, so had to call manager. My husband did not know why the manager was being called. \"Manager\" came & rang up purchase & by then my hubby was frustrated, didn't think to ask what price he was being charged. He left not realizing he had NOT received discounted price. He placed them into our trunk & explained to me what occurred. I reviewed receipt seeing the higher price. I immediately went back into the store with the receipt & got in line. The manager was still behind the counter & when I presented him with the problem he wouldn't even look at the receipt, though firmly stated he could not give a refund unless the items were brought back in. I told him they were in the trunk & that he was the person who ran up the items 5-10 minutes ago so I was sure he recognized the purchase of 4 30 pkgs & realized nothing was stolen. He would not budge! My hubby is 70 & I am 69; really asking us to bring 4 cartons on 30 pk cans back into the store?! We feel like customer service was terrible. And we are out $16 dollars. Not good PR on CVS part.

Don't expect any help from anyone! And prepare to leave your items at front without purchase because no cashiers working!And the self checkout messed up on BOTH customers ahead of me and called for attendant anyway! I left without getting what I needed. Self checkout should not replace human cashier. And I'm not on CVS payroll.

Pharmacy personnel are rude. One has to line up to find out that they need to go to another part of the pharmacy to apply GoodRX discount then queue up again in a long line to pay for the medication. Pharmacy staff are very slow and poorly organized. Employee dealing with retrieving filled prescriptions had no voice and was using cards in order to communicate with customers. She should not have been working. Not an issue for me other than she got really riled up when I had to repeat my birthdate information twice because she could not type in the information for both my husband and me quickly enough. She was exceptionally rude to me in front of a line of customers 7 or 8 deep. Never going to use this particular CVS again for my prescription needs or anything else. Avoid this place if you don't want your day marred by unpleasant interactions.

My husband was waiting in line at the Pharmacy to get his booster shot. An elderly gentleman was ahead of him waiting for a prescription. The woman at the registar was extremely rude to this gentleman. I have experienced her rudeness myself on a number of times. She needs to be addressed on how she treats your customers. My husband went up to him after he was rudely told to sit down after he has been waiting for some time. My husband left without his booster and hopefully made the gentleman feel a bit better.

This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. These people in the Pharmacy are the rudest people I have ever delt with. I have no use for these a**holes at all. I'm transferring all my meds to a different Pharmacy.

It was my first time visiting Wickenburg after just recently moving to Phoenix from LA. I was not even in the store for 5 minutes yet and I had a very rude & awkward encounter with the store manager. I was just walking near the alcohol aisle and she rudely told me that I should not even be near that aisle. She was treating me as a child, not an adult as i'm 21. It should not be a big deal but the way she rudely approached me with the issue and assumed my age immediately was not okay. I asked for her name, and she told me if I have an issue I can have my parents come in or call the store. She was treating me like a teenager up to no good and definitely gave a very bad impression for the store. I will not be using my CVS card anymore or be associating myself with that store again.

My Mom just came out of hospital Monday and she said CVS was Humana's Prefered Pharmacy, so I went in to fill a Eliquis Rx and was charged $482.00 with the cost with Ins. And even cheched Goodrx was about same price. Dang high priced!Retirees Beware...Well 3 days later she called insurance, and CVS was only suppose to have charged her $47.00 for 1 month supply.We went in and the Pharmacist said there was nothing they could do and Pharmasist on clock was just filling in! So no refund as of now. I will say something about high priced Rx and this should is taking advantage of Elderly that need these Rx to live and function!But with my cash I got a $10.00 in spending (not for purchase of Rx previous CVS purchases) purchased a thermometer but it Was free with cash back😇 On the up side!

The lady at the pharmacy front desk is rude and disrespectful she needs to find a new job she has been rude to me multiple times and hung up on me when calling the pharmacy before I even say a word I have seen her be rude to multiple customers she needs to be fired and find a job where she doesn't work with people she is the worst I'm transferring all of my prescriptions now.
