The location is not as easily accessed. It's near a grocery store, tobacco shop, and town hall, restaurant, and shops. It's a smaller store with a decent sized knick knack area. They do a good job copying keys, have a decent nut, bolt, connector selection, and some last-minute rv needs. The guys on the floor are fairly knowledgeable and friendly. The customer only restroom is clean. The cashiers get you out quickly. They Don't refill propane.

Update: Went in last night at 6pm (closing time) the bell on the church nearby was ringing. They stayed a couple minutes late to help me with a very small item that I needed to get. As always, every one is nice and friendly. Much appreciate not being turned away right at close!Everyone is nice and helpful. Always had a good experience, I cant always find everything I need but for the size of the store I dont expect to.

Every employee that I have met so far has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. Their prices are good and they have an end cap with camping items that I absolutely love!

The manager had a bad attitude because me and my boyfriend couldn't find the recipe to take back staff. And the cashiers was rude to and all of them cuss us out because they were having a busy day. But I reported to there corporate office and I bet the manager and her minions won't do that again.

Excellent store, somewhat small… but what can you expect for a small-town store?The staff are excellent. The owner-manager has always made himself available to answer my questions and has done a superlative job in helping me solve technical issues typical of owning a 35 year-old house.I’ve had them service a number of chainsaws, and the work has almost always been less than quoted (one case where the cost was what had been quoted). Orders come in as promised, so they have good supply-chain logistics.Great, no b.s. place to shop.

The staff are so polite & always going the extra mile to make sure you find everything you need.The store is clean, smells good & packed with so much stuff from paint, tool's, lawn accessories, home airfilter's, cleaner's, fly traps, kitchen cookware & more.It's great going in a store were the staff is friendly & you get treated with respect.Thanks Ace Hardware!!

This store has a lot of stuff you may need without driving to the valley. You may have to deal with a rude manager with a beard that lacks customer service skills. He has a BAD attitude with customers and other staff and co-workers. I will not shop there if he is working. Others seem very nice and helpful.

I have previously had very good experiences in Ace hardware Wickenburg. This time I had to deal with a fellow who was helping me find a bolt. He gave me a bolt that was standard. I said I'm sorry the bolt I came in with is metric. After that he became extremely rude and told me "he didn't know what to tell me it fit the standard size." "I said I don't care that it fit the standard size it's a metric bolt that I handed you I need three more metric bolts the same size."He proceeded to become very short with me and the experience went downhill from there. That employee needs to be retrained. The fact of the matter is a metric bolt is not a standard bolt and it will not fit.

Ace Hardware's locally-owned and they have been here for so long the family's knows you all by sight and half the time they know what you need before you even have a chance to say. They seem to have everything in their store and if they don't have it surprising as that is they're willing to get it. Really terrific bunch of employees

In wickenburg this shopping center has everything you will need for your home R.V. and doesn't matter if your local tourist or passing through and just need party supplies park and in that center is perfect for what you need and best place to park and shop in town

Not the friendliest of cashier's & not very welcoming. They have a very bad attitude towards anyone who comes in and is not wearing"proper attire" also anyone who wants anything for their RV or trailer park. Verbally rude to just about any one including the richest man here in wickenburg!!!

This is a fun store. It is small but stuffed full of everything. I believe that they have some of almost anything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed looking through this business.
