I love this store. Prices are good, food is great, people are friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Small town, old town feel. Quaint tables and chairs you can sit at while you wait for your food order or eat at. Outdoor , covered seating too. It's the hub of the neighborhood. I only wish they wood keep my dogs 2 favorite treats stocked regularly. She misses her Buffalo lungs which are so reasonably priced. For a small store they have quite a variety of items. I bought an awesome work light yesterday and a big pack of 100 watt lightbulbs which I can never find. I can see again. Go visit them and sit a spell, you'll feel right at home.

Not disability friendly.Beware!Used to be. This comment is difficult to leave but, worth leaving because I never would have expected to receive treatment after over 20yrs of spending here. Not worth the chance. I hope your experience is never what mine was.

Worst $30 dollars I’ve ever spent. Bought the Philly cheesesteak and carnitas Indian fry bread. The cheesesteak was not shaved ribeye, hardly any cheese, bell peppers or cheese for that matter! It was then microwaved???. Bread was hard? The Indian fry bread was also microwaved to warm it I guess and spongy/hard!!! Both meals absolutely disgusting. Didn’t even eat it. They had no fries or onion rings either. We took it to go at lunch time? Will never go back!! They microwave all their food??? Giving them a 1 only because I had to. I would give it a 0.

Love this place! Amazing tacos and sandwiches, and a great place to get ice cream too! Equine friendly and always a fun family stop! Need warmer? Halter? A set of spurs or maybe a shoe or two? The general store has you covered.

at first I felt like it was a very pleasant surpriseThe place is so cute the young man running the register very very polite the other young man that was cooking the food had a pleasant smile. However the pretty young lady scooping the ice cream had the ugliest attitude I was downright rude which at that point made me reevaluate the place and it's cute on the outside they have a couple sweet employees pleasant employees for the most part prices are high young ladies rude not just to the customers to her fellow employees as well the man who took my order the girl corrected him not once but three times and smack their lips and roll their eyes

Love this place. Prices are a bit higher than a traditional grocery store but that's to be expected. The convenience of proximity and not dealing with a crowded store more than makes up for it. They're made to order food is good and pricing on those items is actually really affordable. Plus they have thrifty brand ice cream. What more do you need?

This is an awesome store with a very wide variety of options! Need to pick up a few groceries? Need to pick up breakfast, lunch or dinner? Need to pick up food for your animals? This store has got you covered! Oh and also, they have Thrifty ice cream! Probably one of the best tasting brands of ice cream out there! They have bowls, cones, gallons and other options all available for their Thrifty’s ice cream! 🍨 🍦 Plus a ton more options, literally they have such a wide variety that there is no way I could list everything on this review! And I also have to admit, they do make great tasting food and they have a lot of different types of food as well! I will continue to support this family owned business even as the surrounding area grows more and more! Especially as new stores pop up in the area, I will definitely continue to come here and shop at this store instead of other big brand stores and buy whatever I need because I do not ever want to see this store fall due to big chain stores opening up around the area! Support small family owned businesses! Shop here rather than a big chain store! You will get better customer service, better quality products and much better food coming to this store over any other big chain store, I can guarantee you that!

Best hidden gem on the west side. Small but delicious food menu,it does not disappoint. Good service, clean store, and all kinds of stuff for your ranch, if you have one. But my favorite part about this store, the many flavors of thrifty ice cream! Get it in a waffle cone, a sugar cone, or a regular cone. Also have it in gallon half gallon and pint containers ...so you can bring it home. Not sure if their ice cream is expensive or not ,but it's thrifty ice cream so who cares!! If you ever find yourself by the intersection of Cotton Lane and Glendale avenue ...stop in and get an ice cream cone! At the very least....

Love this place so much! They have such a friendly atmosphere! There alfalfa is so fresh and has lots of flowers. Our horse, chose the alfalfa over there pellets which is very rare. There ice cream is so good. They have so much good stuff there, not cheaply made.

Stopped in for the first time. This place has a little bit of everything! I got a hat, a jar if there Spicy Pickled Eggs. Very reasonable prices, and a true general store you just don't see anywhere today. I'll be going back often, both for tack and for the wide variety of goods they offer. I hope they're there for a very long time. Take the kids for some Thrifty Ice Cream and maybe pick up some horseshoes and feed..

Friendly staff, charming store, decent food at reasonable prices. We always go for the Thrifty ice cream cones and the Indian Frybread loaded with beans, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, jalapenos, banana peppers and black olives. You have to stop in to this store even if it's just to look around. The food they sell is awesome. Just off the 303 and Glendale Ave at Cotton ln. This store feels like it's right out of the old west.

This is THE best tack shop and local mini mart in the Waddell area. We love to stop by for the cherry amaretto ice cream. NOM!!! Their deli is delicious. Great if you forget something at the store. Good prices for hay and other tack. Staff service is always great.

That java trolley coffee is AMAZING. I've lived here for years but never tried it but they didn't have the starbucks frappuccinos my husband usually gets so we decided to get the java trolley coffee instead. He got the vanilla frappuccino (if they ask say coffee based) & I got an iced mocha latte both easy ice and we both loved what we got! I'm not a huge vanilla fan but tried his and it was good :) he's not a huge coffee fan like me, but he couldn't get enough of it. So glad we tried it! Definitely going back for more!

We love this store! Great place to get what you need plus a little more. Friendly, and helpful staff! Keep up the great work guys! They also have some of the more obscure stuff for our horses. Great alfalfa and Bermuda hay.

A little bit of everything. Beer. Food. IceCream. Hay. Plumbing parts. Can’t tell you how many times we needed something we could get there instead of the long trip to a big store. We get all our Hay and Feed here as well as forgotten items. Good old fashioned Corner store with great service. A life line for the neighborhood.
