I will never be going back to this place!! This was my second time going to BarknBubbles. The first time I took my 9 yr old mini dachshund to get a nail trim. And when I got him back everything was great his nails were shorter and the lady was very nice. Now the second time I took my 5 yr old dachshund to also get a nail trim. I know she gets nervous before nial trims so I called ahead asking if I could hold her while she got the trim. The lady who answered the phone said it was totally fine. But when I got there she said I could not and she could handle it. I thought I guess it is fine. When I got my dog back the lady said she was trying to bite her and my dog has had her nails trimmed many times and never has bitten someone. That was my first red flag, then she said to calm her down she put something in her mouth to keep her busy and away from biting her. I was already not happy but still paid and tipped and left as seeing nothing was wrong at the time. But when I left NEVER IN MY YEARS OF OWNING HER has this dog ever been car sick and next thing I know she is throwing up. Then I noticed her eyes where blood shot red! Then tried to call back and got no answer, called a second time and got an answerand asked what did she do to my dog. She said she isn't the person who did the trim but would have her call me back. Come to find out they hooked my dog as if the we grooming her but she was moving around a LOT and it CHOKED HER OUT. And the thing she had in her mouth was the end of nail cutting scissors that was forced in her mouth because my dog doesn't just chew on stuff. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING. DO NOT LET YOUR DOG BE TOUCHED BY THESE PEOPLE.

Called earlier today to schedule a time for nail trimming for our three dogs. She said it was on a drop in basis and I was welcome to bring them in anytime. We took our pack in about two hours later. I didn't get the person's name who helped us but she was extremely patient and kind to our incredibly nervous dogs. One of whom who has previously been turned away from Petco. With our assistance she was able to successfully trim her nails. Thank you for being so patient!

Julie is great! My 2 Shih Tzus love her. I had heart surgery a few months ago and couldn't brush them like they needed. Their tails and ears got a lot of mats in them because of it. Julie got all of them out and got them looking like themselves and feeling great again.

Miranda is awesome. Our dog's nails are very dark and even the vet staff refuses to cut them. She takes great care of our dog and the nails look amazing when she is done.

My husband and I like doing business with the local community. This is the second time we have taken our Brittany to get groomed by Barknbubbles. The first time they shaved her, all of her feathering. I thought ok, it’ll grow back. Today I took her in and discussed her trim/haircut. Picked her up and again a complete shave. This is not a haircut for a Brittany! I couldn’t even say anything to them. Needless to say I will venture out of my community to get her groomed.

Highly recommend bringing your fur babies to be groomed here... I brought my lil buddy in and he came out with a Bowtie on and looking amazing! They are also very thorough when it comes to risks and concerns while handling your pet!

First time there. Just nails, done in three to four minutes, not buffed so they were still sharp. The price was $3.00 more than the website. No receipt offered or given. I was scheduled but they put me in as a walk-in so the person I was scheduled with called 20 minutes after I had already left. Not sure if I'll go back the dog was terrified.

I've been twice with our 85lb Golden Doodle. They do a great job on our big boy, he always smells and looks great when he leaves. Highly recommend.

I took my dog here for her very first grooming and she came out great! She’s 7 and very nervous, and wasn’t in the best shape since she’s been freaking out when we tried to brush her. They didn’t have an issue though and she’s beautiful! I’ll definitely be going back, the prices were great as well and the girls were very professional and friendly. I felt totally comfortable leaving my baby there 😊

They did a good job on our standard poodle 2 weeks ago. When I picked him up I made appointments for my 2 neutered male Doodles for 1 pm today. I live in Benson. At 12:47 I took the time to call to say I am running late due to another issue. She said, thanks for calling, but be sure to be here by 1:15 pm. I said I would try, but getting 2 Doodles in the car & I-10 doesn't always cooperate. I arrived at 1:16, but it took a few minutes to get dogs in the door. I was told, to late, we will not groom your dogs. I asked that they at least do 1 dog. She refused to do any service since it is their policy to never accommodate late arrivals. So, for the sake of an inflexible policy, my courtesy phone call slowing me down, and wrangling 2 large Doodles, they have lost the grooming of 3 large dogs every 6 weeks! That is thousands of dollars annually. I offered to pay a late fee, but again, would not do anything. Poor customer service and inconsiderate being treated like a child over 20 minute delay.

Brought my pup here a few times and can say it’s a great place. They are very good with my pup and did a great job on his grooming. I even bring my pup here for quick nail trims & tooth brushing drop-ins. Definitely recommend

And you don't have to wait days for an appointment if you notice your dog needing a hair cut like YESTERDAY!

Fantastic food and service. May seem expensive but go and try it. It's great value for what you get!
