I didn't really see anything good or bad about this store, except that they don't carry ice. Maybe that is normal for all Walgreens? I'm not sure. That is the only reason for the 4-star rating.

The staff do the best they can here.For other reviewers, note that Walgreens pays their pharmacy techs in peanuts. It's no surprise that they have issues finding staff.Personally, I think some execs in the home office need a pitchfork and torch wielding mob to remind them of the importance of staffing and wages in the healthcare industry.

I have used Walgreens for more than 30 years, and this is the worst I have ever been treated from them. They are so unprofessional, don't answer their phones. And drag their butts on filling your prescription to the point where they run out then they can't fill your prescription. I got authorization for my insurance company over a week ago as of today Saturday December 10th they have not filled the prescription even though they have the authorization, and the pharmacist told me that they have my prescription in stock. I will be transferring my prescriptions to another competitive Pharmacy.

This Walgreens has closed the pharmacy a week ago (I found out when I tried to PU a prescription) but took a new prescription from my son's surgeon anyway. It was for hydrocodone so we couldn't get it from a different Walgreens. We haven't been able to contact the doctor to send it to a different Walgreens. So my son is suffering because of this. If they are closed they shouldn't accept new prescriptions. This store may be closing because it isn't listed on the corporate site now. This isn't the first time I have had an issue like this but my insurance specifies only Walgreens.

Exceptionally inconvenient…slow, long waits, closed randomly, and staff struggles with basic operations.Just started with this pharmacy a few weeks ago, and have only had a few prescriptions, and each has required a great deal of time and effort.

This is a nice older store, plenty of parking. The staff greet you as you come in and they try to make sure that the lines to check out never get too long. One of the few Walgreens that you are not going to be hit up for money before you park your car. The inside is clean and organized. Finding what you want is easy. I wish this location had a Minute Clinic, they are very convenient to go to for minor ailments or concerns.

This Pharmacy!Pros: I really like the Pharmacy staff at this Walgreens. They're very friendly and remember who you are after one visit. They even go the extra mile to discuss all of your medications with you even if you've already been on them for awhile. This is great because things often change when it comes to prescriptions. The register clerks acknowledge you when you walk through the door, and you may even get a thank you upon exiting as well. The sales are great and the prices are competitive. In the past, I've had some poor experiences with Walgreens in other cities, but this particular location is great.Cons: None. Overall, just a neatly convenient store.

Cannot manage to keep pharmacy open for people to obtain medication that keeps them alive! Absolutely inexcusable. My prescription's been stuck there for a week because somehow there isn't a pharmacist in sight! Hire if you're short staffed. Walgreens is a MASSIVE corporation that can afford it.

Incompetent personnel working in the photo center. Not trained on the equipment, unable to complete my order, the manager had no solution to the problem other than she would post a note and maybe someone on another shift might be able to use the photo printing equipment. Do not rely on them to be able to deliver your photos in the timeframe they are supposed to.

I am a senior who has to use uber to get around i do not appreciate the app telling me its open, when the pharmacy does not open until 10 then you all take lunch from 1 - 2:00. Not much of a service. Very frustrating

4/18/2020. Refused to take off sunglasses to buy cigarettes after the clerk and manager saw my ID. I expressed concern due to pandemic. I wear glasses & mask. Manager said virus doesn't spead though eyes.(false) & thatI had to pose with them off while she looked at my ID. I refused, told her she was crazy and took off. PATHETIC! That's why people are getting sick.

Coke products on sale. My 13 year old son went inside and bought 3 and cashier charged him full price. Over $18 for 3 lousy 12 packs. My son mentioned the sale, presented my Walgreen's card also and cashier told him "too late, I already rang them up" and gave him no receipt. When my husband went inside to dispute it, he was told they can not do anything without a receipt. Seriously Walgreen's, you suck!! And your jerk of an inexperienced cashier should be fired.

The pharmacy here is horrible. Multiple times over several months the pharmacy has told me it was going to take 90’ before our prescription was filled. We call before we go and it still wasn’t filled. When we finally get the call to come get it, we show up and still it is not ready. Again, this was not just one time during a specific week but several occasions over the course of a few months. No more!

Employees are rude and unwilling to help. Too busy stocking shelves to help me find something. Nasty attitude when I asked to help me lookup a coupon in their weekly ad, which mind you the display said to ask the cashier for the coupon. This location has completely underwhelmed time and time again.

This store is in a great location as you can also go to Whole Foods for your food needs. Wheelchair accessible and plenty of parking . Well stocked. I think they are pretty friendly and helpful.

I have noticed that Walgreens prices have gotten kind of high over the past several years but thought I would give my local Walgreens at River and 1st ave a shot when I was looking for some Arnicare gel 2.6 oz yesterday, it was $11.98 buy two get one free etc, I knew that was a lot higher than I saw it online, went to Walmart and it was $7.92 same exact thing, guess which one I bought, thx
