I called this morning and spoke with Victoria about getting my business cards printed. She was very kind and assured me I could get them same day. So I came in and started using the kiosk. I was having a hard time getting my phone and the kiosk to connect. So the store manager named Karl came over. He tried so many different ways and used different chords to get this connection going. He could see how important it was for me to get this accomplished. When nothing worked, he opened the Walgreens app on my phone, helped me upload the images, and before I knew it, he was printing my business cards! He was so kind and so patient the entire time! Thank you Karl! Your level of customer service is superior!! I appreciate your help more thank you know!!!

Sunrise and Swan location has a very unpleasant ( mean) older employee who works at front register. First, he was angry with me for not mouthing words ( I didn't know he was hearing impaired at my last visit.) fyi I always ask for no bag as I see it as wasteful. Often Employees there will ask me if I want one which I appreciate.Today I enunciated and looked at him directly so that he could understand prior to reaching for the sack for after it's touched they probably can't re-use it. He just stopped doing anything and stared back. I thought he hadn't heard and repeated myself. He then said angrily "I heard you the first time!' And then said 'I'm not gonna touch your bag!'I'll avoid this location though I live in the foothills just up the street. Maybe he just works at dinner hour. I regret giving one star as Every OTHER employee in this store is wonderful, smiles, helpful. As I left he said, 'I'm sorry I made YOU mad by touching YOUR bag.' Missed the whole point of not littering with an extra unnecessary plastic bag but Whatever. He shouldn't be a shingle for Walgreens which is such a great store.

This busy Walgreens location is at the end of a strip mall.If you are coming from east Sunrise Dr, be prepared to do U-turn at Swan, and then take the driveway in immediately on your right.It is a nice area, so the location reflects that -- clean and organized.The drive-through, however, gets busy -- and, I mean really busy. Initially, there is also no way to get out of the drive-through line, if you have entered it. Then, once you get a chance, you practically already at the window anyway.The staff is super nice and polite, professional.

I stopped in today to buy a few items and was helped by Tyler at the Cashier. Wow! What a change from previous visits. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I'm sure he's paid minimum wage; I hope they can hang onto him.

Wallgrens says prescriptions ready then not when I arrive. I sometimes wait several days as prescriptions have not come in from Phx. They said they would have all prescriptions organized to pick up at one time but they aren’t. They stopped texting when prescriptions ready. The CVS manager is present and always offers to help.Other than that a great location.

Too bad that I can’t leave a zero star review. Unfortunately my new insurance requires me to utilize Walgreens as a provider…I called to ask them to transfer my family’s prescriptions/profiles from CVS and was harassed by the pharmacist and talked to like i was an idiot. When I stated that ALL I needed her to do was to call CVS to have the profiles and prescriptions transferred, she continued to ask question after question and get annoyed and shared that she had to “spend more time helping me than anyone else” and that I would need to continue to give her the information that was readily available if she would have just called the other pharmacy as requested multiple times. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful and I am absolutely dreading having to deal with them again. Horrible service and unacceptable “customer service”

Worst pharmacy my family has had the misfortune of dealing with. Plenty of pharmacists behind counter and they don’t make eye contact with customers lined up. They work really hard at avoiding do their job.And they all are obese.Real healthcare heroes!?Now they are closed weekends and keep bankers hours a couple of days per week. Sweet gig if you can get it.

Despite what all of the entitled old people in line might complain about, this store is great. It's clean, well-stocked, and the people at the counter are honestly doing their best to serve everyone. It might be understaffed at this point in time, but that is no reason to fault the people at the registers. Today, I came in for a photo order and witnessed a bunch of rude and entitled customers complaining to the young man at the counter about the wait time. He handled it well. This guy was doing all he could to help every single person in line.

The pharmacy is horrible when it comes to processing prescriptions. I always have to call because the automated system never gets it right. Then they say it’ll be ready in 30 minutes, only to usually show up a hour later and they still have not completed it. Expect 5-8 hour wait times from when you leave your doctors office. HORRIBLE!

I couldn't give a zero star review, but my trans child was turned away from getting his gender affirming hormones prescribed by his endocrinologist. There was some discussion inside before they told him that his prescription was put on hold and that his doctor needed to call the pharmacy, not the prescribing doctor.I went in to speak with the pharmacy manager the next day and was told that the prescription had been cancelled. I explain that it was cancelled because it had been sent to another pharmacy that would fill it and wanted to know why it was put on hold. After a few minutes I was told it was because they didn't have current insurance on file, however they never asked my son for his insurance card.I have spoken with Walgreens Corporate and told that my son should've been asked for his insurance information and they'd call me back after looking into the matter.Before I went in I hoped there would be a good explanation for why my son's prescription wasn't processed and I left not feeling any better about the explanation.

Honestly the worst pharmacy in the foothills. Extremely slow, more times than once this pharmacy has had issues filling a prescription on time. Some cases days later. There doesn’t seem to ever be a sense of urgency or understanding that people rely on their medications and do need them in a timely manor. Even have had problems with them taking over 24 hours to fill something for my toddler. Convenient location and kept very clean but if you need a pharmacy I would 100% recommend a different location.

Worst pharmacy experience so far! They don't answer the phone leave you on hold then hang up on you. Drive through is closed randomly different hours different days! Long lines inside when drive through closed! Very surprising for this location. Hire some staff!!!

Tonight I called at 8:51pm understanding that the pharmacy closes at 9:00pm. I was on hold with their n hold music for 5-6 minutes and then the phone began to ring. At 8:59pm someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. So much for customer service! Very disappointing.

I switched to this pharmacy 6 months ago. I never had a problem with the other Walgreens but this one was closer. Every time I go to pick up a prescription there is an issue. They lie and caused me to have a bad reaction to my prescription by telling me it was the same manufacturer after I had asked. They don't notify me when something is filled and then act snotty when I don't know to pick it up. Then told me they didn't know if they would have it when I came for it. This isn't one incident. This is several... I have never experienced such an awful group. They don't stay stocked with your monthly refills. Of course I moving back to the prior Walgreens at Ina/Oracle....

We used to have a term for pharmacies like this at my medical office “Problem Children”. Getting a prescription filled is an ordeal. Getting a prescription filled AND using their app to pick up anything else is an exercise in futility. Medications and supplies are nearly always “out of stock” or “on order”. I suppose this is because Walgreens is going to a central pharmacy then dropping off meds at satellite pharmacies (some are not even staffed by a registered pharmacist anymore). In addition getting a vaccine is a laborious process. You fill out all the paperwork online and then have to fill it out again at the pharmacy. The last straw is ordering online. This Walgreens’ can never manage that. If you pick up in store they have no record of it. If you ask to pick up at the pharmacy they act like they are unaware picking up at the drive thru is possible and will send you to the store front (defeating the purpose) to deal with a cashier. It’s just utter chaos at this Walgreens. I’ve transferred as many prescriptions as I can to mail order so that I only have to deal with these guys sporadically.

I went to pick up my prescription and arrived just before 9:00 and their hours on line stated they were open until 10:00. I was told the pharmacy “closes at 9:00.” It was 9:00 at that point but the grates were closed lights were off and no one was there it was obvious they had closed early. Bottom line don’t bother coming here if your sick their pharmacists obviously care more about taking off early than caring for their sick customers.

Worst ever pharmacy! My husband had a prescription sent over at 5pm this evening. He tried calling at 530pm to see when it should be ready. The phone rang and rang. He kept calling until I was able to go over at 8pm. There was a sign at the window that the Pharmacist was not on duty and could not serve. The front door had two small printed signs that said closed for some unforeseen event. Did not say for how long. I called the 24 hrs store on Grant, who told me they were closed for construction. Seriously, no where was it stated that it was closed for construction, nor did they have a message on their phone. Obviously, they would have known. Now the doctors office is closed. My husband needed his prescription tonight and they have nothing in their system. If there was a message when my husband or doctor called them, then they would of been able to send it over to the one on Grant. Now my husband will not be getting it until morning. We will not EVER use Walgreens again. Maybe a blessing though...the cost of the prescription is double the price then all the other pharmacies around. We have been using them for convenientce as they are up the road. But not worth it now! Way to go Walgreens you just lost a valued customer. And there was also a very angry customer at the door as well.

Pharmacy has the WORST service. The pharmacist is mean and incompetent. She turned away my sick 3 yr old daughter because the pharmacist said she wanted to go home in 15 minutes and didn’t have time to give her antibiotics.Evil, heartless people work at this Walgreens.Stay away!!!

This is a great site. Any issues I have had with filling prescriptions had nothing to do with the competence of the staff. They cannot be held accountable for things beyond their control such as insurance, or errors in the written script.

Worst pharmacy ever. I can’t believe this place is still in business. They’re rude and inconsiderate. They make you wait for a very long time before they’ll even come up to the counter because they’re way too busy to be inconvenienced by customers! Not to mention they’re overpriced and poorly stocked.

They canceled my appointment for a booster shot because they decided to close the pharmacy 4 hours early. I called to ask if I could come in a couple hours before they closed, and they said no.
