Customer service is great. Location is NOT. Super sketchy. The vagrants just walk in, grab whatever they want, and walk out. Sounds like y'all need a security guard with a gun here if you care AT ALL about your profits & losses.

I called ahead of time to ask about my RX, they said it’d be ready after 2:30pm. Come to find out they’re out of stock when I got there. Whole drive for nothing.

On December 2nd we got charged twice!!! 30 some dollars! There always out of stuff, they don't have shopping carts and are not getting any more. It's just not the same anymore. All the homeless KNOW that is a store you can walk out with anything they want and no one will do anything! And when the prices go up it affects us!

Do not go to this Pharmacy. Definitely the worst attitudes around. I got there two minutes before they closed and I guess it was the tech that asked me to have my Physician send the prescription to another Walgreens because they were going to close in 2 minutes. I didn’t know that they were about to close. Neither her or the Pharmacist, William Heath, would even look to see if the prescription was there. He was rude and said that they were already closed. He needs to find another job. Nice people should work around sick people.

I truly wish there was a way to give negative stars! HORRIBLE Service. Went into the store yesterday afternoon due to my Son needing some meds. And there was NOONE at the register, we even saw a man come in take a case of water bottles and walk right out. What a Joke! I then went to look for someone to work the register and asked a man there if he worked there as he had his ear buds in and was ignoring everyone. He then took them off and responded with "HUH?" very rudely. I then asked again and he said sarcastically "Well Yeah!" I then got upset and said he needed to then come to the register as no one was there, as I went back to the register the cashier walked up and he said "well you were not at the register" REALLY?! I told him I was there you were not!! What a joke. I then asked for the Manager and he said it was the first guy I spoke with LOL! WOW! I know this store is on the Southside of Tucson but that is NO EXCUSE for the AWFUL Customer Service!! I will be contacting corporate on what I witnessed on theft and also the Service. Avoid this place at all costs. Never again!

Pharmacy department seems very understaffed. Took nearly half an hour at the drive thru to get my prescription. Workers seemed stressed and overwhelmed with the customers.

11/17/22 @ 11:00am I was just profiled by some young Hispanic guy working the front register as i was leaving Walgreens with a prescription from the pharmacy. I was asked to produce a receipt in which I handed him my bag and told him to check whatever he needed to check and I waited outside the store. He then came out of the store and asked that I produce a receipt again which was clearly stapled on each prescription. I then took the bag walked back into the store back to the pharmacy and asked him to follow me so we could resolve the issue, which he started to follow me but was told by his superior to stop half, I assumed because she met me at the pharmacy and he stayed back halfway in the aisle. I then handed the prescriptions to the lady at the pharmacy who just gave them to me 5 minutes earlier, by the way I had to verify my name, address and phone number to her before I could receive them. After that was handled his superior than apologized to me and said she would deal with it. Which I'll never know. Anyways I've been going to this Walgreens over 25 years and this is the first time this has happened. This is not a knock on all the good employees I've dealt with over the years. Just this high strung inexperienced employee who should not be representing anyone's company until he receives training in customer service.

I used their photo center to print a pair of drink menus for a dirty 30 I was going to that same day. Ordering was easy online and prints were ready ahead of time. The girl at the counter was extremely helpful in picking out the frames and inserting the photos in the frame. Second time using the service for the same purpose, happy with service.

Unbelievably horrible customer service from the pharmacist! I called & asked about a prescription & explained what it was. She says, "I know what it is!" Iwas like, "cool. I've called 3 other Walgreens today & none of them did", hence my explanation. She proceeds to tell me that "the other people answering must not have been pharmacists. I am a pharmacist". She didn't answer by stating she was a pharmacist so how would i know who she is or what she knows. It was super condescending & snooty. It was also a waste of time, as I had been sitting on hold for 10 minutes the first call, only to be hung up on & 20 minutes the next call. IDC what you know & don't know or what you think the reason is that no one else knows what this medication is. Just answer my question so I can get on with my day.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They don’t have carts or baskets. I had to haul all the order little by little to the counter, wasting time. Half of the stuff on the Instacart list was out of stock.

The pharmacy experience here is the absolute worst, don’t come here to fill your prescriptions! They not only lost my prescriptions and never had them ready for me when needed, but after giving them my insurance information twice, I only came back to found out that they never filled the prescription because they claimed they never had my insurance. Not sure what’s going on with them, but definitely go to a different walgreens. I have waited about 2 weeks for a simple inhaler! complete joke and very bad customer service.

Most unsafe Walgreens in Tucson? So unsafe they will apparently call the police if you enter store wearing a "hoodie" sweatshirt? Hardly a 1/3rd of the amount of products? Unsafe, exposed remodeling WHILE open, during business hours? A rude closing staff AND MANAGER ready to call police because of someone's appearance? Yeah no thanks. Taking a child here? Yeah no thanks. Don't bother Walgreens. Can't save this spot. Didn't bother with photos. Staff was beyond reasoning. Especially when asked to provide video ANYTHING to support their prejudiced harassment. Lame. Go elsewhere.

The pharmacist was very rude here when asked of an inhaler mask could be covered by the insurance. They said no but never bothered to mention the doctor sent 3 different kind to make sure it would be covered. It wasted a lot of time having to go to the doctor to ask for another just to find out that the pharmacist didn't want to do their job. I have never had this problem before and was very disappointed with the customer service I received. I won't stop going to walgrWalgrbut will find a new location

Been going here for many years. The service is always top rate and the people working there is always friendly. The manager Ron Strickland is especially a frind and has resolved several issues for me. I recommend this store to anyone that ask.

Got a Covid test at 9am. Kept checking the site I was given. It’s 840 pm and It states that the test has not been sent to the lab!!! This is unacceptable!!! What a joke of a business.

Worst experience ever! Went in to return something and they told me they had given me the money back on my card and i found out they never did. The manager gave me attitude and wasnt willing to help me. They ended up stealing from me. Ill never go to that store again.
