The staff at this Walgreens pharmacy is awesome. Every one of them goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I never have to wait on hold for very long, even though they are always busy. They work hard and have positive attitudes, which could be a challenge when you deal with people who are ill and sometimes a little impatient due to not feeling well. This staff genuinely cares. I would make them all, but haven’t had the pleasure to meet them all. Liz, a manager is very efficient and kind, Ping, a pharmacist works fast and efficient and is very compassionate. Naomi and all the rest of the staff also deserved recognition! They are a great team! We appreciate them.

All the other walgreen pharmacies open at 8am. This one serves seniors who get up early and opens at 9am. Why? Some of the workers here are clueless. Computer system screws up insurance quite often.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PHARMACYI'm so happy I moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy . I just got a reminder call from them about my prescriptions being ready for pick up next week. I hadn't even noticed I was getting low 🤪 Now that's the kind of service I appreciate!

This new pharmacy head guy seems to be making his own rules there!!I thought Walgreens had there own rules?? Just curious..I moved from Chicago and Noone in the pharmacy could make their own rules

Pharmacy has no sense of urgency, even when you’re incredibly sick. They’re rude and condescending to you if you ask if your meds are ready. Avoid this Walgreens at all costs - other pharmacies in the area so much better.

If you are visiting the Pharmacy. Expect waits do to elderly. Staff that has very little sense of urgency. Visted this location with sick 17 mon old and waited a very long time just to pick up a prescription that was called in ahead of time by the Urgent Care right across the way. Going to a different Pharmacy next time that does not waste time.

Love this place. We're there 3- 4 times a week for various health reasons, and on a first name basis with most of the pharmacy staff. Brianne and Peggy are our favorites!

Just made a call to refill a prescription. The jerk I talked to was named Robert. Of course no last name! He was rude and obnoxious. He spoke to me as if I were an idiot. Well excuse me Robert I am not a pharmacy tech. I am a MBA and you were rude to the wrong person. I will be writing a letter to Walgreens about the fact that you are unacceptable to be dealing with the public.

Terribly inept at setting up a booster appointment. 3 phone calls and they still can't get it right. Tried to send me to Nogales for a booster.

They made appointments for Moderna vaccines when they were out and did not cancel until the person was already in the store.

An item showed on sale so I was going to purchase and it didn't ring up that way. When I said the showed on clearance they said that it didn't ring up that way so I was wrong. They didn't offer to check where I picked them up from. So I walked out wont offer my money here any longer.

This is one of the worst Walgreens I have ever went to. Terrible customer service. Actually made me feel like they want to close their doors and not serve the public. Yuk.

The Pharmacy can be busy at times, but the Pharmacist are very helpful, and the Pharmacy Techs are great with customer service, and support!!!

Horrible place always a long line with extremely rude staff. I have been trying to get my medication all week and still trying to receive it. They haven't even ran it through my insurance. Worst place ever
