I love Walgreens! This place has been a go-to place since I was a kid. It's a shame to see so many closing around town. Customer service is always great prices are really good and their rewards program is excellent. I would highly recommend this place to others. I can't even say I've ever been there and they haven't had what I was looking for.

I just moved here from San Diego not too long ago and transferred all my medications info to this Walgreens location. The pharmacy workers are nice & accomodating. Shout out to Ariyana or Ariana that helped earlier this evening! She was very patient with me and suggested/recommended the deals or coupons on Walgreens website for medications. Plus! they often have sales here, from snacks, home remedies and even wines! This Walgreens location is by far the BEST place I’ve ever been to 😁.

Calling the whole day for refill of my prescribed medication but wait for 10 to 20mins in phone and no one answered,machine keep on telling someone called ahead of me until i hang up.That's the last time also i'd exeprienced,so i go there myself and ask for refill but they told me to wait for 20mins or comeback after 20mins.

There is now a doctor's office taking up half of this Walgreens. It's not a walk in clinic either. You have to establish care here in order to be seen. I didn't know this so I'm posting for others.

I called Walgreens for my prescription and I was told it will be ready in 1 hour, I went to Walgreens after 3 hours just in case if they are busy, my mom also came with me to buy her walking stick, my mother is 80 years old who just recently got her knee replacement surgery, at Walgreens I was waiting for my turn in line when I reached the counter I was told by Iris (Pharmacy Operations Manager at Walgreens on La Cholla and Orange Grove) that it will be ready in 5 minutes and he will call me, I said so you want to bring it to side window and he said no you will have to go back in line as if it's my fault that they couldn't fill my prescription as told on the phone, when I told him my mom is waiting she is right in front of you and she is not well he said you will have to go back in line and refused to bring my medicines in the little window from where Kavin and Tina both nice reps at Walgreens give me my medicines if I have already been in the line once.This guy Iris has a horrible attitude and not working in the interest of Walgreens it surprises that this guy is a Pharmacy Operations Manager.We have been using Walgreens since 1986 for our entire family.Shame on you Walgreens for hiring Iris as a Pharmacy Operations Manager atWalgreens on La Cholla and Orange Grove, you do not care for your loyal customers.

Absolute worst, repeat, worst pharmacy experience I have ever encountered at the Walgreens Pharmacy on Orange Grove and La Cholla. I made a prior online appointment the previous day for a vaccination shot and when i arrived there was one pharmacy agent helping a customer which took around 12 minutes from when I arrived. Two other agents were around but did not offer assistance as I was next in line. When prior customer was done and I approached the counter and told agent I was there for a vaccination shot that I had booked online she immediately said I was too late, not taking into consideration that I had been waiting at least 12 minutes at that point. The agent also said she didn’t even know if they had the vaccine. I told her I made a prior reservation on line and she said that was too late for a reservation even though it was offered online. The agent informed me it was too late to give any shots and showed no caring or any customer service skills. I have been to other Walgreens locations and I made an unfortunate choice of Walgreens on Orange Grove and La Cholla, The Worst.

The pharmacist at this Walgreens location are always amazing. They are empathetic, kind, and funny! The place is always slammed and they always do whatever they can to help as quickly as possible.

Needed an emergency prescription for a very serious illness a family member had. They had it filled in 1 hour! So thankful. Always great service during all the many years we have needed prescriptions! Thank you, Pharmacy!I read the poor reviews and in defense of pharmists , do you know how stressful their job is? Ensuring the meds are properly dispensed to the proper people and dealing with some grumpy people? You try doing their job!

Worst pharmacy i have ever been too. our other walgreens on ina and lacholla closed down so we switched here. worst decision we have done. drive thru takes a minimum of 30 mins if there is more than 2 cars in line. i have waited for over an hr before! just find another pharmacy, don’t waste your time here

I came in expecting lacking customer service since its the holidays and everyone just wants to get people out. But NOT THIS LADY! jocelyn was absolutely amazing with everyone in line. She was making conversations and making people laugh and putting smiles on everyone's face and best of all doing this efficiently! Best employee in all of Walgreens! Will be making this my main Walgreens now! Thank you jocelyn!

I came here because I had strep throat. My appointment for the clinic was at 8:50 am. The lady working at the pharmacy wouldn't let me have my appointment when I arrived at 8:54 am. She offered me an appointment for 9:10 am even though she said that she gives a 5 minute late window. If you are going here for the clinic, don't. The doctor there was also extremely rude. In my opinion she doesn't deserve to have a job there because she is not friendly or helpful.

For the last two prescriptions, I've made two or more trips, each, because they were out-of-stock, etc. I understand the pharmacy not having the meds, but, a courtesy call would be appreciated, especially after I was told "okay", when I said I was going to pick them up at a certain date & time.

Awful place. Was there to pick up pain med script for friend that was just out of surgery only to have the pharmacist tell me I’d need to come back after their lunch break. Literally the pharmacist could have checked me out in the time it took to talk to me about their lunch closing.

Manager does not know the coupon policy. Was not very helpful. This is the second time she is rude. The first time the pick up parking space was blocked and yelled at me for not parking there. Will not be coming back.

This location has the WORST service!. I dropped off 2 prescriptions because they told me it would take 20 minutes to have them fill, I came back 3 times and 2 1/2 hours later they aren’t ready. Some one forgot to process them. I am never coming back to this location.
