This place is a disaster. They will text you saying your meds are ready and when you go to pick up your meds, nothing is ready. They don’t care to even look into it for you. I had to call my doctor and she called Walgreens just for them to realize my meds were there the whole time. So I went back to pick up my meds and they still couldn’t find them. Turns out the tech wasn’t even entering my name in the computer to see what they had for me.

I'm actually laughing, seeing people I recognize leaving the same general review. This place is terrible, extremely mismanaged. This is as much true for the store as it is the pharmacy. Smart folks in the neighborhood will avoid.I was just reading another review where she complained about never getting the accurate pricing/rewards/discounts etc... I have been the customer politely pushing back when I am overcharged, and was attacked and bullied yesterday when I pointed out an over charge.I am moving forward with a corporate complaint with no hesitation. I'd happily put more details here, and frankly, I want to, but I will wait for Walgreens corporate to address their issues at this store.

Meds are supposed to be on an auto refill new pharmacist puts it on hold every time just because. These are not doctors they shouldn't be making calls with life-altering medications. As this happens every month and delays my prescription by 3 days.

EDIT. Here we go again 3.13.24- Dr called in script on Monday, told yesterday we're "out of stock will be here tomorrow", call today, very rude young lady, "we have to order it so it'll take up to 2 days. Nevermind it's not a med you can just stop taking, no offer to help find at another location, nothing. Why does this pharmacy have to be the only one to carry it, there is ALWAYS a problem, literally every month. I moss the staff from years ago who had that place running perfectly, effectively and NICE!This pharmacy has gone downhill. Techs are horrible, especially one guy. Take forever to fill a script and close at random hours. I was told they close at 10pm, lie, called at 7pm and they were closed. I was forced to go to this one yet again. Never get my meds on time, usually a day to 1 week late. Whoever is managing this pharmacy, needs to be replaced with someone who knows how to do the job. Beyond upset, this constantly happens. Oh and forget about the alerts that they supposedly send. Nope, they haven't in I don't know how long.EDIT: Now here I am again forced to use this pharmacy since they are the only ones to have my medication. Dr called script in on Thursday, has been "in progress" since. Called yesterday evening to see why it was taking so long, maybe insurance problem that I can help with. No, the safe with meds is broken. Although she was nice, I was told that they "have to wait for a part from Phoenix and it isn't coming today. Maybe today I can get them", but why didn't I receive a call to maybe find some pharmacy in town, I'd drive across town because this is a med I can't just stop or I can have a flare up or death. Do they care, no. I'm so aggravated but what can you do when it's literally the only pharmacy on this side of town that has it! Absolutely no help to get the script transferred so I'm not in trouble, they just don't care and expect "sorry bout that" to suffice. Wish there was a no star like everyone says, they are very deserving of it.

Do not come here if you would like the right price or your cash back rewards. The marked price, the price on the app, and what rings up is never the same and never in your favor. Coupons never work properly and your won't get the cash back you earn. I have tried so many times. I drive further to a different Walgreens and save money. They are open late though and on holidays.

I've always had sub-par service at this pharmacy (and get irritated with my husband when he mistakingly gets prescriptions sent here instead of CVS!) but it was our most recent experience that prompted me to leave this review. Had a 12:30 appointment to get myself and my 4-year-old vaccinated. Stood there for 20 minutes before 1 of the 4 (!!!!) pharmacists on staff even bothered to look my way and ask me if I needed help... then acted annoyed when I said we were there for an appointment. I ended up leaving the clipboard on the counter and walking away. WILL NOT be returning!!!

I would rate this location's pharmacy a 0/5 if i could. They do not care, their customer service is horrible, especially Aaron's customer service. Every time I have to interact with Aaron he is completely rude. I have heard him be a jerk to myself, my family, and other customers. They never have prescriptions ready on time, they take forever to get ANYTHING done. The drive through is never open when we show up. They keep putting my prescriptions back extremely early, or never fill them in the first place. There are prescription refills i have had to wait almost 2 weeks for, past the time they need to be taken. Which puts my health at risk. They are completely negligent with mine and my family's care. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. On the other hand, the store itself has a big selection of merchandise and i like their customer service. This pharmacy used to my top choice in town... but not anymore.

Probably the most difficult part of being a type 1 diabetic. I can’t believe how difficult it is to get a question answered or to get a refill or req a new prescription. Everything takes a week minimum to get done. I called express scripts and had my prescription filled within 3 days, no action needed on my part. At Walgreens I have waited over 2 weeks to have a prescription filled and was only given a partial. Completely unorganized and unprofessional, I will 100% be transferring all of my scripts to an online pharmacy. I called them today with a question and after being connected and explaining my question I was transferred, after being transferred I was hung up on. I hate Walgreens!

Really horrible service all the way around. The pharmacy is closing at random times and they treat you like a leper if you ask any questions about it. Wasn’t able to get my medication two days in a row. I was told they closed at 5 today. I got there at about 4:20 and they were closed. I tried yesterday at 1:30 and they were closed. I asked the front clerk, Sydney, if there was someone I could talk to about it because she had a long line. She turned her nose up and ignored me. I waited then asked again at which point she raised her voice to me. “I just called my manager!” I hadn’t seen her do so. I waited several more minutes until and older(approx. 55) caucasian man came to the front. I didn’t catch his nametag. He ignored me until I asked if I could talk to him as he was walking toward the back of the store. “Make it fast. I’m trying to help other people!” He barked, obviously lying. I proceeded to ask what the issue was and he was backing away from me repeating “I can’t help you. Short staff.” I was following him trying to find out when I would be able to get my medication. He eventually opened a door and was backing into it, getting ready to close it in my face when a bystanding customer told me I could call and get my medication from another one of their stores. I thanked that gentleman and left. I’ll be switching to a different pharmacy.

This store is completely mismanaged. The pharmacy closes when ever it wants do to lack of employees. All other stores have it figured out without closing. Long delays in having medicine on hand made me sicker requiring more medicine and than went to pick them up they where closed early. The manager had no compassion or resolve telling me tuff luck or find another pharmacy open.

I’ve always received exceptional, attentive customer service at this location. Everyone is always very kind and helpful. Dalton, who I believe is the manager was awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure we left satisfied and happy with our service. Definitely recommend this location.

I am a Registered Nurse with a compromised immune system. I take several medications to help manage my condition. I spoke with two pharmacists at this location on the 28th and the 30th to ensure my medication would be in stock, and was ensured several times in both calls my medication would be there yesterday the 2nd, but they do not have my medication which will now drive me into a flare, either urgent care or emergency room due to their incompetence. A pharmacist at another location just lost her job as did the tech because of the same lies. This is an incompetent pharmacy run by an incompetent pharmacy manager, Lisa. For your safety, go anywhere else.

Worst drive thru pharmacy I've ever experienced. I thought because it was a 24hr pharmacy it would be quick and convenient. Definitely not! I've gone multiple times in hopes that I don't always have to wait for at least 10-15min. Every time I have to wait at least that long. Not worth it- definitely moving to a location that may not be 24hrs but hopefully I won't have to wait so long!

If there's anything frustrating, is going to this Walgreen's on Ina and Thornydale and always having problems getting a prescription filled!! Pharmacy techs seem to be very incompetent. Everytime I'd call to find out the status of my prescription, I was told it was ready, but once I got there to pick it up, it wasn't. Many times I felt like I was given the run around. The medications were not available even after I would give the pharmacy a call the day before. I give up!! I can take my business elsewhere! I've had the worst experience at this location.I've been to several Walgreen's before and never had issues no matter what insurance I carried.

I called the pharmacy at 12:15 PM to ask how long it would take for my prescriptions to be ready and they told me about an hour to an hour and a half. I arrived at 3:55 PM and they were not ready and I was told 10 to 15 minutes. I asked if they would call me in front of them and was told they would. I’ve been sat there for 45 minutes and no one ever called my name so I stood in line again and lo and behold my prescriptions were ready. So I sat there for God knows how long for no reason. I don’t think the employees care that the customers aren’t being paid to sit there because the employees are being paid to sit there. If I could give negative stars I would, this location is the worst! Mismanaged, rude, lack of communication etc. Had an appt to get a vaccinations there last night, they sent confirmation email and when we arrived they had a sign in the pharmacy that it was closed!!! They need to just shut down this location, half the time they are closed and when open completely understaffed. Will be doing business elsewhere from now on!

Worst pharmacy service ever.1. They close at 9 on the wweekends. What? Some people work the weekends or are not on a 9-5 schedule. Having 24 hours is preferred. Then you guys went to 11pm close time and I was okay with that. But now I have to cross my fingers that I get off work in time to pick up my husbands pain meds? If this were any other kind of prescription I would just get it the next day. You can't do that with pain scripts, not with all the new rules. So the closing time on weekends sucks.2. Expresspay was down. So I was unable to pick up the prescriptions with a copay. I live paycheck to paycheck until I finish school. I can't afford 100 bucks for prescriptions which is why we use my husbands card. I was unable to get some of the meds.3. The woman at the window was SO rude. She was in such a dan hurry to go home that she was talking over me. Not to mention when I had to call my husband to discuss the Express pay issue she listened in on the conversation and told me twice that the close in 3 minutes. I'm sorry my husbands need for pain pills is keeping you from getting home sooner but can you please stop interrupting my conversation? It's not my fault expresspay is down, I'm doing my best.Please fix yourself Walgreens. You are a hot mess. People dont like having to go to the pharmacy in he first place because it means someone issick. The least you can do is be consderate.Sorry for typos I'm a bit huffy and typing quickly.

Horrendous service from your pharmacy staff.The call center has no idea what they're doing.Pharmacist Lisa and tech Bella, were completely rude.I keep my calm and I was infuriated and got to the point where I couldn't keep my composure because of how poorly I was treated. I have NEVER been so upset with customer service. I have NEVER reacted to someone's poor treatment, and today I did.That lisa lady pointed her finger at me trying to threaten me that it doesn't matter if I complain, because I cussed. Maybe if you treated patients correctly they wouldn't flip out on you for being so disrespectful and rude.

This place is horrible. Dr called on prescription hours ago. We called to find out what time they will be ready. They gave a 45 minutes. Arrived 1 hour later. Waiting to be greeted in the drive through 20 minutes as I watched someone help one after another from inside. When I was finally helped, they took another 10 minutes to oh IDK.... fill the prescriptions? I will not be coming back.

I only use this Walgreens when I'm forced to, because unfortunately they are the closest 24 hour one. The pharmacy staff is horrible. When they tell you it'll be 20 minutes to get your prescription it really means 2 hours or more. You can literally hand them a hard copy and they loose it carrying it to the back.I was asked at least 3 times how to spell "Thomas". Today was really special. After waiting an hour in which time I checked in with them twice to be told 20 minutes, the next thing I'm told is it was too soon to fill the RX. Too soon? How can that be, since it was a prescription from the hospital? I can't even remember all the stupid excuses they come up with. I think there's a text book behind the counter with a list of stupid excuses.

I had to transfer to another pharmacy. My doctor prescribed me lyrica and Tramadol but the lyrica had to be approved through my insurance, which would of taken days to get an approval, I didn't mind but my husband went to pick up my Tramadol when I opened the package and pulled out the bottle opened it saw it was a different size I read the bottle it said " Lyrica" I was like what the heck, so we went over their talked to the lady and I saw that the pharmacist turned and looked at me he heard what I had said, came over and told me, we're so sorry it was our mistake let me get you your right medication and we're giving you 10 thousand points which is $10 or $20 but he tried so badly for me not to raise my voice or get angry.That was a huge huge problem for them if I would of reported it!!!! Giving a prescription that hasn't been approved!!!!

Wish I read the reviews here before I came here. Not sure how an electronic prescription needs two hours to show up in the system in this day and age, since I've literally been going to Walgreens for years and work in healthcare and never had this problem/had patients tell me this was a problem. I'll drive further next time for a more functional pharmacy.

Worst service inTucson of any business or any service. You are guaranteed to be greeted with missing medications, mistakes, nothing ever ready on time, and the longest wait of your life! I am taking my and my family’s service elsewhere. The time you are trying to save by a convenient location will be destroyed by all the messes you will have to put up with along the way! Too many other options nearby to bother wasting your time here

My wife lost her wedding band. We found it at home. Before it was found i called this Walgreens to see if anyone found it after my wife shopped here earlier in the day. Erica answered and was helpful then connected me with the manager Stephen (maybe Steven) he was extremely helpful and encouraging letting me know if it was there it would be found. I just want the Walgreens family and other customers to know the staff at this Walgreens rocks thank you thank you Steve and erica. I will continue being a loyal customer because of these particular staff members.

Just released from e.r. needed my meds, they tell me I have to wait 6 hours to get my meds. It's midnight not 2 pm. Supposedly they were left with a lot to fill. I understand that but hello if those people are not waiting then why not fill mine. 6 hours people no way

Found everything I need it was not busy in here.. they have free covid 19 testing but they are all booked up no appointments anywhere it's craxy there always some homeless people asking for money or smoke in the parking lot..I hate this when I get ask for something before I go into a store...but this Walgreens was clean smokes cheap.

Posted hours close 11pm so why are the registers closed at 1030 . This place has some shaping up to do . The other reviews are correct and if they want so bad to close early at ina and thornydale then post that time inform the public the registers are closing early .
