I went to the wrong pharmacy but this is the one I have to go to for my family member’s prescription, instead of going down the car I just went through the drive through since it is 108 degree outside crazy... there was no one in line so it took literally 3 minutes to complete the transaction, gave the name the address and my credit card and boom the Rx is in my hands. Sometimes there are loiterers in this location but I guess it is too hot today or something and there isn’t any loiterers.

This is my neighborhood pharmacy. The drive-through has a sign indicating to turn off your vehicle while they wait on you. No! I don't think so. I'm not turning off my car when it's 100 - 114 degrees outside! The quality of this store has gone down. I don't know what's going on with the pharmacy but I am always getting the run around. I will be changing to CVS or home delivery. Their work week hours are 8am - 10pm. Received a voice message that I could pick-up my Rx after 8:15pm. I walked in at 9:20pm only to find the pharmacy closed due to employee shortage so they closed the pharmacy. Sometimes they do not carry my medication so I have to go to another Walgreens. I recommend calling to find out their hours or just go somewhere else.

I give this place two stars just because the lady that took over for the manager was very sweet and I would give her the 5 stars. I went in for pictures and no one was there yet after they called someone so I went to grab baking powder. Took maybe a minute. So when I came around the isle to the photo area there was a manager there named Patricia. I said I was sorry I just grabbed something. She didn't say a word just looked very angry. Then she asked last name and if I only ordered 5x6. I told her my order then she tires to talk to the sweet woman that she ended up passing me off to. When she was leaving I looked at her name tag and she just smirked at me. Patricia the manager was very cold and off putting. Why work there if you hate it so much?

I followed Walgreen web site directions to schedule a covid booster shot. I understood I had to register to do so and received a formal confirmation number and instructions. When I arrived they casually informed me they ran out of vaccine. I was then told that they take walk-ins and that's why the vaccine was gone.

I've been using this store for as long as they've been there at this location. The Pharmacy staff all know me, my complicated profile, & recognize my voice when I call. That gives their service a "small town" feel, which I appreciate.

Do NOT use this pharmacy. They will jack you around with your medication and have zero care what the outcome may be. I drive 30 minutes to another location rather than half a mile to this one. Just horrible pharmacy. No complaints on the store itself.

Had to wait 3 days. Phone system was down for a full day. Impossible to talk with a person (phone or in-person) without a minimum 30 minute wait. They botched my prescription and over charged me more than $100. Atrocious customer service.

I don’t know who that pharmacy lady is but let me tell you, they must have no standards. She seemed uncertain after looking at the back of my neck to figure what she could prescribe. Then she googled it and asked me if I had tried googling what I had but I figured that’s why I came there. She prescribes this medication that now I’m not sure if I was allergic to or just that medication was doing what it does. I went to urgent care instead and I was informed that the drug I was prescribed at this Walgreens would not have helped my condition it only would have destroyed my liver and weakened my immune system. I was not going to post about my experience but that lady tried to kill me. Someone pls sue her.

DO NOT EVER BUY GIFT CARDS HERE!!!!! Their employees are not properly trained to do them, I purchased a gift card last night for $125 and the store employee Jennifer who rung me out never loaded the money to my card, she just charged me $125 for an empty visa gift card. When I went back to confront them and get the issue fixed they refused to help me and told me there was nothing they could do. I went back to get a copy of my reciept for the visa customer service and the employee Deb was extremely rude to me in telling me that there was nothing they could do for me even though I had proof that there was supposed to be a certain amount of money on the card and the card they refused to load it for me, even though they saw on camera that Jessica never loaded it for me. Also whoever the manager is with long brown curly hair was EXTREMELY RUDE and threw my copy of the reciept at me after telling me that’s all she could do for me.I live in the area and come here a lot and this HAS NOT been my first time there’s been an issue here. Spend your money elsewhere!

I have more inconsistencies getting my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. Sometimes they forget to fill, don't notify me if ready or not, fill or not fill at a particular pharmacist's whim, and sent me to other pharmacies to pick up something they didn't have without calling to check that they did have it for sure. It has one thing or another thru out the past year and I'm done with them.

They close the pharmacy early due to low staffing, but a prescription cannot be transferred to another Walgreens because it’s a “controlled substance.” Pretty poor practice.

The girl at the photo department failed to mention that I can't smile in my passport photo (and they were good photos, too), so when I returned them and the manager asked the girl if people could smile in their passport photos, she was all sheepish and saying, "Whoopsies." Yeah, 'whoopsies' just caused me additional grief at the passport office including - but not limited to - paying extra to take a new photo that I wasn't prepared for (translation: looked like hell and short on time).When I had called prior to see how late the department was open she told me 8 and I found out later it was open until 10. I don't want to support a business that hires children who don't want to work and don't want to do their work competently.

You think a pharmacy would get your prescription right or at least know what medications they have in stock after the 4th time.They Did it again yesterday. I got an automated phone call saying my 250 mg medication was ready to pick up. I got there and they once again said "we dont have to 250 mg let me find a store that has some" they gave me the address of one 20 minutes away. When i got there they ALSO didn't have 250 mg so i asked what walgreens has them then?Guess which pharmacy does have them? "Grant and silverbell does". You think they'd know what medication they have in stock.Done with walgreens.

I agree the worst Pharmacy Walgreens has I have been going for 8 years due to so close to my home and yet cringed every time I had to goThe staff is some of the worst customer service I ever encounteredI have wrote emails to the head pharmacist about the rudeness with no reply ..I finally just moved all mine yes its a hassle out of my way but Service is the key in business ..Please if you don't like doing what you do find another job this is hurting others ........I would give no star's if I could
