Thus far, I am not impressed. I moved to this area and asked to have all my prescriptions transferred from the Eastside and they said I have to do it one by one, however; I can’t get through by phone and I’m disabled so I can’t run down there to order each medication. I waited 25 minutes on hold and then hung up. Going to try to get them to transfer all the medication’s again and put them on auto refill so I don’t have to go through this one Medication at a time. I have numerous medication’s and it’s difficult for me to use the phone.

Every time I call I get placed on hold. Every few mins it rings through and someone tells me to hold before I can say anything. Or they just hang up on me. I use to go to this location because they were always great but the last 10 months have failed!! I’ll be switching my prescription to another location. I’m actually on hold with them now and it’s already been 18 mins!!! Just ridiculous!!

Pharmacy is supposed to be open until 8pm. I was in line in the drive thru when I pulled up to the window at 7:59p and the Pharmacy Tech walked away and came back right at 8p to tell me they were closed. I explained I had been in line for 15mins and it was 8p. She stated "the computers are already shut down."This Walgreens has been doing a very poor job in the pharmacy since Covid began. Sometimes they don't even have staff when the pharmacy is supposed to be open. I should have switched to CVS years ago.

Very convenient location and a nice, standard Walgreens experience. I did wait for some time at the pharmacy pick-up...even though there were 5 folks working in the pharmacy dept, only one was helping customers.

Horrible service! Took 3 days to fill a prescription. Each time I called to inquire about it, I was put on hold for a very long time. Twice I was promised that the med would be ready that day. However, on the third day when I went to pick it up, it still wasn't ready.

I went there to pick up a refill that I requested online, which is something I never failed to do. When I get there they told me they didn’t see my refill request. I showed them my confirmation email, and they checked things on their computer for 10 minutes and told me they just couldn’t find the request. Then I said I wanted to request a refill now, and people told me they cannot even see my prescription. Then people disappeared for 10 minutes and banging on their computer for a while and told me they can see my prescription now. After another 5 minutes wait, they handed me my medicine and charged me seven times more than what other pharmacies charged me for this medicine. They said my insurance doesn’t cover the medicine anymore even though it was indeed covered 30 days ago when I picked it up somewhere else!And whenever I go there, there is always a long wait! There are multiple times when I have to wait for more than 40 minutes to pick up prescription!

Besides having made appointments they were 20 minutes late and technician made us wait until my husband's COVID results were completed before giving me a COVID test. Should have done then at the same time to save time. I guess they can only do one thing at a time.

I came here occasionally to get over the counter drugs and medicines and sometimes other stuff, the place is clean and today and organized , I have no complaints and they even have red wines and beers and refrigerated foods, ample of parking to go around and usually not many loiterers outside.

Just trashed my workday thinking i could quickly get in and out for a vaccination. Scheduled it at 12:45, did all the paperwork online. Got here, stood in line for 15 minutes, asked to fill out said paperwork again, and still waiting an hour later for my vaccination.

Phone signal doesn't work inside or even near the building, and they don't have Wi-Fi. Lame. They're even aware of it but I doubt a Wi-Fi will be installed for the public.

Got a message saying my rx was ready, left work to pick up and there's a sign up saying no pharmacist on site . Waste of time and over priced always. Had my provider switch my rx to frys instead . Thanks for wasting my time.

My son has a double ear infection and is extremely sick, with fever, chills, congestion, headache, and stomachache. The Pharmacy informed me that there was a shortage of this ear infection medicine and that I needed to drive/call around to other Walgreens and/or pharmacies to find it. I asked if there was a way they could assist me by looking it up in the system and their answer was simply "No." Being that there are no more 24 hour pharmacies in Tucson, I quickly sped to the nearest one in hopes to find my son his medicine before closing time of 9 pm. The next Walgreens informs me that this location did have it in stock and there is a way to locate it at other Pharmacy locations. I am so upset and appalled with this Walgreens Pharmacy!!! I have a sick child under the age of 7 that they could of attended too but chose to be lazy, inconsiderate, and downright cruel. How many sick people have they done this too?! I will also be filing a complaint with BBB for this treatment of unprofessionalism and extremely poor customer service. Pharmacies have a duty to assist people in need of their medication and this Pharmacy chose to ignore a child in pain and suffering. With most pharmacies closing now at 6 pm and most even closed on weekends, I cannot stress enough the lack of empathy of this Pharmacy. It is pathetic.

The lady Jen was working register got me so upset I had a panic attack I was making return with receipt and she would not honor the value of return she told me I had to go to the store I purchased items at and refused to finish helping me made me wait for her manager. That is the first time I've ever been treated with such disrespect at any Walgreens. I got really upset. If you need any help don't waste your breath, go to a different Walgreens, it's not worth the headache.

Went on line yesterday & scheduled an 11:45 appointment for two vaccines for today, including completing the online registration. I arrived at 11:35. Stood in line for 15 minutes. Finally told to come up to the window. No greeting, no smile, the girl at the register had the personality of a potato! I was told to complete paperwork for two pieces of paper; there was only one paper on the clipboard. I completed that one & returned it to the counter as instructed & sat in waiting area. Then a guy came out & said I needed to complete another form, which I did. Then the pharmacy manager came out & said they needed my signature on the back (neither the first girl or guy told me to turn the pages over & sign on the back!). By the time I sat down & actually got my shots it was 12:10! Completely unacceptable!! Walgreens, this is exactly why I quit using this pharmacy years ago!! Worst customer service ever!! From now on, I will drive the extra miles to do business with CVS.

Waited 20 minutes for them to open, 9:07 comes around still nobody at the drive thru window. Window has a sign that there was no pharmacist on duty. So much for convenience, I get out to go inside and of course they were open just hadn't taken down the sign. They are always so unfriendly and very unorganized, there's prescriptions all over the place. It takes usually over 5 minutes just to find it.

Extremely frustrated and disappointed in this pharmacy - It took over 24 hours to get a glucometer for my diabetic husband who couldn't get meds because he didn't have numbers. Every time I called to check on the prescription status (with long waits on the phone and a few disconnects), I was told the prescription had not come in - Came to find out the doctor's office received confirmation that the order was received 10:34am the day before. This is not my pharmacy and it will no longer be my husband's!

The Pharmacy is the literal worst service I have ever experienced. Pharmacy called to say my baby's medicine was ready for pick. Went there later that day and waited for 2 hours for them to tell me the medicine for my baby wasn't in stock. I should have left after 30 minutes of waiting but no I felt to invested at that point. Would've been nice if they warned me I was going to be waiting AT the drive thru window for another hour and a half, but no. That's just not the world they live in I guess.

Long wait time to pick up prescriptions. I've waited up to an hour when there were two persons ahead of me. They only have one person dispensing prescriptions. I've tried different times of day and no difference. Not the employees fault, but for a pharmacy next to a main hospital and with the volume of customers they deal with they are way understaffed.

Was on line 45min. waiting to talk to a pharmacist and was disconnected! Customer service is terrible. Jacobo is the worst manager ever. I never write reviews but this store is so bad , I felt the need to express this . I have been coming to this walgreens since they were located on St. Marys. 40 years now.

I have been at this Store for well over 2 years, closer to 3. The Pharmacy Manager at the time was an older gentleman & was extremely helpful and able to comprehend my circumstances. Nowadays it seems people aren't willing to listen or maybe they don't have the skill. However the Store Manager Now has Intellect, Integrity and does Understand Human Circumstance & Serious Health Circumstances in Relation to A Serious Health Condition. Most All of the Pharmacy Technicians do their Job well & go above & beyond. There is only 1 Pharmacist that was incredibly rudy & unable to understand a regular prescription written by a Doctor. I am sorry to hear the current Manager is leaving. In Cosmetics Deana is Very Customer Oriented & knows products very well, She is a Doll. The Store is Clean & General Store Services & Employee's are helpful & professional. I hope this Store continues to provide above average Service. The reason for 4 stars, not 5 is due to 1 employee who is disingenuous. I will have to speak to Regional due to the serious nature of what this employee did. I am not going into detail over 1 employee, it is up to upper Management & Regional to handle. Thank You To ALL The Wonderful Employees at this Store.

If I could give you 0 stars, I would. I got my wisdom teeth pulled today. My appt was at 11, my doctors called them at 10.30, so my meds would be ready right as got out of my appt. The pharmacy forgot to check their voicemail, and my meds wont be ready until 5.30. I will not come back to this place. They need to learn how to treat, and take care of their costumers better. You are also reading a review from someone that finds complaining unhelpful. Please, for a better experience, look for a different pharmacy.

Ever hear of COMMUNICATION?Made an appointment for a Covid booster. Show up 15 minutes beforehand, as asked to do. WE RAN OUT OF VACCINES was the response given. Why the heck do they ask for a phone number if they can’t bother to use the number to advise that they can’t do the vaccine at the appointed time? We did our part, how about you do yours? Come back tomorrow was the solution.Yup, we’ve got all day to just schedule Covid Booster appointments! NOT!!!And I won’t even give my opinion on the drive thru. Always thought it was supposed to be a quick alternative. If you have a problem, get out of the line or go inside. Fast food joints have more courtesy in this area than Walgreens does.

2nd time in a week I arrived at the pharmacy at the time they advised my prescription would be ready (both over 2 hours later) and neither were ready. Interesting, the customer ahead of me at drop off, who said she would wait, was quoted 30 minutes. If you cannot deliver on your expectations, then don't offer, or at least call the customer.

Waited an hour and a half for my prescription. Pharmacy staff is disgusting. Had to switch pharmacies because I moved to this side of town but would much rather drive all the way up to Oro valley and back and it would still be a faster turnaround.

I was told on the phone my prescription was ready. I stood in a line of three people for forty-five minutes. They told me it would be ready in fifteen. That was an hour ago.As much as I would love to stand around here for the rest of my life collecting dust, I will have to come back another day for a prescription I need today. If you are physically forced to use this pharmacy I recommend bringing the extended version of the Lord of the Rings trilogy to keep yourself busy.You might need to watch it twice.

I am new to this location store I have switched to this pharmacy after having so many horrible expediences with the Walgreen's at Cardinal and Valencia. So far the photo department has been very quick and friendly. The store looks clean and organized. My first prescription I sent to them they messed up on but told me they made a mistake then went above and beyond to make it up to me. I had a question for the pharmacist the other day and he was awesome! These people are really doing the best they can and it shows. Keep it up!

I’ve never been to a Walgreens pharmacy that is impossible to contact. They leave text saying prescriptions are ready only to get there and they are not ready. Rude customer service. Only one man is polite and professional. The girls don’t even bother to try and be nice. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I’ve waited hours on phone trying to reach them only to be disconnected after them answering.. I will be taking this complaint to corporate. I have already transferred all my scripts.. 👎👎👎👎

Out of 17 years have only had 3 not so great experiences. One at the pharmacy, another in their photo dept. and one in their makeup section. Other than that super friendly staff usually very helpful and attentive. I was there a week ago and noticed they now have testers available in their skin care section which is wonderful for people who like to test out a product prior to purchase, for whatever reason you may have. I for one have sensitive skin and was delighted to be able to allergy test myself prior to buying lotion.
