Disappointing ExperienceI have been a loyal customer at this animal feed store ever since I relocated to Picture Rocks. Over the past few months, I have frequented this store twice a week to purchase feed for my goats, pigs, chickens, and aviary birds. However, I recently had an unfortunate encounter that has left me deeply disappointed with the store and its staff.The incident revolved around a customer service representative named Sally. It all began when I posted an advertisement offering some of my chickens for free to families in need. Sally, apparently expecting preferential treatment, approached me and expressed her dissatisfaction that I did not give her priority for the chickens. To my surprise, she became visibly upset and proceeded to inform me that I was no longer welcome at the store.I found this reaction to be entirely unprofessional and unwarranted. As a loyal customer who has spent a considerable amount of time and money at this store, I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy. Instead, I was met with hostility and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.It is disheartening to realize that my loyalty and support were disregarded over such a trivial matter. As someone who relies on this store for my animals' well-being, I expected a much higher level of professionalism. This incident has left a sour taste in my mouth and has prompted me to seek alternative options for purchasing my animal feed and supplies.In conclusion, my experience with this animal feed store has taken a significant downturn due to the inappropriate behavior of Sally. I am deeply disappointed in the lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by the staff. It is regrettable that I can no longer rely on this store for my animals' needs. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues at hand to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.UPDATE:I am written this update concerning an incident involving sally the owner of the feed store, which has occurred subsequent to my previous review. Sally has been engaging in undesirable behavior by making threats towards my mother in law and me upon discovering the review.To substantiate our claim, we have gathered all relevant evidence in the form of screenshots , clearly demonstrating Sallys actions and the menacing tone in which she has communicated.I have proof she wanted my chickens I clearly said I kept the ones I got from her which were only six, screenshots don’t lie.We have clearly asked her to stop this childish behavior, but she seems to be very upset.I will continue to provide updates and as she maintains her threatening behavior. I can even add screenshots of the threads and original conversation if needed. I am hopeful she will stop threatening my family.
