Margaret is such a sweet lady! Today I went in and bought a couple of things for my baby chicks, she always greets you when you come in. And ask if you found everything okay when checking out! She is super friendly and willing to help! She knew exactly what I needed when I was first starting out with baby chicks!

I often do my shopping at this store for my farm, I spend good money in a regular basis. I just can’t believe you lost a customer for only $10.00. I’ll go somewhere else 👎

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I called 20 minutes in advance because it was a 30 minute drive for them to tell me that the dog wash was open. So I proceed to waste gas and my time just to get up to the register after waiting in line for 15 minutes for them to tell me that the dog wash station was closed. If it doesn’t work than just say that. Complete waste of my time and I got absolutely no apology or nothing. Don’t waste your time with this location.

While walking on one side of an aisle to the front of the store to check out, a female employee who was carrying an armload of hangers towards the back of the store was walking down the middle of the same aisle. She clearly saw me, made no attempt to side step a little bit, then slammed into me with the hangers. I turned around and looked at her expecting a little bit of common courtesy, but no, she just kept walking away. Totally nasty. So then I get to the one check out line open, and see at least 30 people standing in line, at 10:00 in the morning. No thanks, I left, and won't be coming back.

Ordered two safes, got a notice 3 days later the order was cancelled.I would've bought other items had I known I wouldn't get these, now I've missed my chance due to poor inventory management. A real let down, can't say I recommend shopping with them.

The manager Steven today on 11/2/23 refused to help us with a return and was reluctant to give me back my receipt which detailed the transaction and return. I took the receipt back and he got loud and violent.It had been already taken a few days so we went to the bank and he got angry seeing our documentation proving there was something on TS's end. He immediately kicked us out and threatened security, there was none that ever came while we called Customer Service inside the store.The documentation stated that it was pending (initiated) and then that on Tractor's Supply end they rescinded. Thank god we still had our receipt and that I got it back!On the line with customer service he sounded like a whiny drug addict unable to be come to terms with his actions, but instead of drugs was the equally destructive energy of ignorance and racism.Danni the front cashier saved the day and apologized for his rude behavior. She understood we didn't feel safe talking to him. We called customer service and they said the District Manager would open a panel to discuss his behavior and due to computer banking errors it might take 7 days or longer. Had Steven just said that it would have been simple but he chose to take out his personal life or bad day on us. I would never shop here again, not even telling this guy I was a veteran could get him to stop his tirade.

I bought some jeans for someone, for Christmas, however, I got the wrong size, so I gave them the receipt, but when he went to switch them out, they charged him $9, because I had bought them on sale, & sale was over! That is NOT good buisness!

Thay open late everyday! I rather shop somewhere that opens earlier. I don’t have time to wait on them. Home Depot opens at 5am they understand people have to get to work and don’t got all day!

We bought a 64 quart ice chest in Green Valley and they loaded it for us. We didn't discover until much later that it didn't have a drain plug. Called and spoke to Benjamin in Green Valley several times however were not able to get a replacement cap from them. Ben recommended I get a hold of Steve at Midvale. Steve was on vacation at the time, then spoke to Dave. After Dave's diligence search and request he was able to locate a replacement cap for us and expeditiously contacted us for pickup.

You will see things you don't ever see at Wal-Mart or other retail store's . definitely go if you have pets ' from horses to ducks and chickens . store has everything needed to maintain farms ' lawn mower tires. to feeding supplies . tools & supplies . Ace doesn't have this ! Supplies for repair of all sort . Great store helpful staff. My new favorite store

I'm not sure whether this review goes to the Tractor Supply Company or VIP Petcare. They hold a shot clinic there once a week and the people at VIP Petcare take such great care of our animals. It's also really affordable that you can get shots you need all a cart. Of that would charge you $75 just for the visit plus whatever the shots are. Here you can do everything that needs to be taken care of for your animals like rabies shots, five in one shot, deworming, everything in between I highly recommend these folks. Especially love Dr Loyd. She's a gym!

I like the place, but don’t plan on refilling propane tank close to dusk. No light they said so they can’t help you. Didn’t read that anywhere ahead of time before making the trip. I was there an hour and a half before they closed. Bummer.

I love this new store. Grand opening prices are excellent, and they carry a wide variety of products. Even a dog bath, where I can wash my big dog without having to get into the bathtub with him. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Thank you very much for opening your store in my neighborhood.

I have been a customer with this company for years, I found reasonably priced dog food there. Been disappointed to find they haven't been able to keep it in stock alot lately. I was told they weren't expecting a shipment for another 3 and half weeks. I was offered their house brand of small dog food for a penny. Sorry but a small amount of dog food is not going to feed my 7 dogs. So I guess I will no longer get my dog food there and will take my business elsewhere.

Went in to buy chicks for my 1st time and Steve was extremely kind in helping me purchase what I needed to get started without putting a dent in wallet. While u was there I needed dog food and well he sold me on the stores name brand food and my 2 dogs love it. I recommend this place because customer service is great and quality is there 👌

I needed a shepherds hook for my bird feeder. The girl that answered the phone was very helpful. She told me they only had the one that I needed left and that she would hold it for me until I got there. They have alot of good products at reasonable prices. I've always had a good experience shopping here.

Was greeted upon entry, offered help by two different employees while browsing and cashier was extremely friendly and offered help bringing the bbq we purchased to out vehicle even though my husband and I are completely capable of managing it ourselves.

The store was clean, aisles well organized the country music BLAIRING which I guess is expected when you go to a place called 'Tractor Supply' 🤔I liked that small necessities like screws and bolts are sold by weight, beats ACE per piece price. The livestock section was well stocked and had a lot more than I expected.We bought a kit for our weed eater to get it running it was reasonably priced and they had the two stroke oil we needed as well.The cashier seemed a little shell shocked to be helping people with 'alternative appearance and I must say I did NOT feel welcome from the moment I walked in, which is a shame as this store had a lot to explore.Will I go back? Possibly, but not my first choice in the neighborhood.

There propane refill machine is like McDonald's ice cream machine it never works, there waiting for the repair man or they just sold out. What a joke its as bad as if they said sorry please contact our customer service line. What are they supposed to do fix the machine over the phone or refill my propane. Listen if you don't make any money on it remove this so called "service" that you offer. Do everyone a favor. Thank you

This location has the worst customer service I've had in a while. I placed an order on the app. Shortly after, I got a notification that it was canceled. I called to find out why. I was told customer service could tell me and I was put on hold. I was on hold for five minutes. No one ever checked back. After five minutes, I hung up and called back. I explained that I had just been on hold for five minutes. I was put back on hold. Five minutes later, I hung up. I called back asking for the manager. Same result. Later that evening, I had to go past there to go to the grocery store, so I stopped and asked for the manager. The store was empty of customers. The manager basically brushed me off. She gave me the corporate phone number to report it to them. I'll not be using this store in the future. There are too many other stores that sell the same things at the same prices who will be glad to accept my money.This is the second time I've had issues at this store, with the same person. Last time I got to the customer service desk to pick up an order. This same manager was chit chatting with a customer. I stood at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged. Finally, I asked her if I could get my order. The other customer then left and I got my order. There was never an apology from her.

Great place to bath your dog and get him quality food for less..“”SAD TO HAVE TO UPDATE THIS POST “”The dog bath in only 8 months looks and smells like it should be condemned!!Dirty dog and goat hair all over the sinks and floors.All the towels were dirty so I asked for some clean ones.A guy named Dennis “claims he is the manager “ said we are only allowed two towels per visit, he is tired of people taking advantage of the service. They only have 100 towels for the month. If I need more to use some of the dirty ones! (This was the most rude and disrespectful manager I have ever seen)I told him he should have said this before I wet my dog down because I would not have used his service. He replied “ I don’t care, we are losing to much money providing this service to a bunch of thrives anyway.”I WILL NOT EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN! EITHER SHOULD ANYONE ELSE!!!

I really like the store & great pet food & other supplies but the store need more staff....there is no staff on the floor to help. There is one staff at the register & all others are in the back of the store working. I wanted to buy a $2500.00 small tractor but even after paging for someone SEVERAL times no staff came up to assist so store loss out on a good sale. Sad...because the products for food & supplies is really good but cannot recommend the store.Dana. Tucson. Az

Professional, courteous staff, very helpful, service dog friendly. Very clean organized store, lots of choices though I wish all the southern locations carried the Game Bird feed my Turkey's, ducks, chickens, peacocks, peahens and roosters absolutely love, mixed in their layer feed. I can only find it in the Benson store thank goodness as it's closest to me, but it doesn't come up in the online order anymore. Hope they fix this as I brought it to staffs Attention.
