I drove from the other side of town to pick up a wagon. The store didn’t have any already assembled- so the Manager Jon had one put together for me while I waiting and loaded it in my car. Such great customer service! I will drive across town to shop here any day!! The whole staff is so kind. Thank you Jon, Jaylah and team!!

I bought 2 new batteries and checked to be sure I could bring the old batteries back the next day and have my core charge refunded. Manager Wyatt said "We don't do that." What? That is standard practice at every battery retailer I've ever used. He stated I had to have the batteries right there or he couldn't do it. I argued and explained for a minute and he decided he could make an exception, just this time.🙄 I brought them in the next day and a very helpful lady at the register said, "Sure, no problem, we do that all the time." She's the only reason for 2 stars vs 1. Ol' Wyatt needs some learnin'!

We brought our 2 dogs in to use the pet wash we bought the pet wash and went to the back and patiently waited for the people that were in there to be done. We were approached by an employee and I believe her name was Ginna she very rudely told us that they were closing the pet wash for cleaning and that we were not using it. We attempted to talk to her but she cut us off and talked over us so we were unable to get a word out, on top of that she was bad mouthing the young lady who sold us the pet wash. We understood but she was just very unnecessarily disrespectful and offered zero solutions.

I visited the Old Vail and Houghton store in Tucson on 4/13 to wash mine and my friends dog around 7:30 because online it states the dog wash was open until 9 pm. When we entered the store I was told that it was already closed for cleaning. The cashier Jaylah was nice and I said no problem I will come back tomorrow. We visited again on 4/14 around 5:45pm and again the hours for the dog wash showed it closing at 7pm. Jaylah was our cashier again and sold us pet washes and kindly asked if we thought we would be done by 6:30 which I told her that shouldn’t be an issue. When we got to the back of the store, there was already someone using it but we just waited outside patiently. About 5 min later another employee , I believe her name was Gina approached us and automatically had a insincere tone/attitude and asked if I was waiting and said “ I need to clean the pet wash like now” and proceeded to bash on her front end associate saying that she shouldn’t have sold me a wash and I would of gladly complied and just went to get my refund and said no problem but she continued to have a insincere tone and when I was trying to talk to her she kept interrupting and talking over me to repeat the same phrase “I’m sorry but she shouldn’t have sold you a wash, she’s knows it needs to be cleaned”. Instead of offering assistance on what the next steps for me would be now that I could not get the service I paid for, she just stood there and then proceeded to enter the wash to yell at another customer to hurry up so she could clean. I am not the type of person to dwell on things or hold grudges but I felt totally disrespected and unheard and under appreciated as a customer especially since this was my second day in a row trying to get a Pet wash and not being able to. My only other complaint is if the app is going to state that a service is open until a certain time, that it actually be open for customers to use the service instead of being turned away an hour plus before it states it’s closed.

Bought a bag of alfalfa hay 50lb bag of a brand I don't normally purchase. Didn't inspect it or sniff check it before buying. Opened it the next morning and it was sopping wet and completely moldy. I thought the smell was odd in my suv where it had stayed overnight. I called the store to ask about an exchange or return. The lady was standoff sounding then told me to hold to which she immediately hung up on me instead. I packed the bag back up into my car and took it back. Same lady was not nice with my return. Didn't offer an exchange. Placed my money on the counter instead of handing it to me. Cashier Amy, I was not happy with my service. Thank goodness the cashier the night before had sent me an email receipt or I think Amy wouldn't have helped me at all.Every other instance I've had spectacular service. I'm very disappointed.

Great place. So much to offer. They have tools, propane, RV stuff, boots, western wear and feed for all your animals. Friendly attentive staff as well.
