This is my number one go to place for synthetic grass in the Tucson area. I've never had a problems years after installing this product.. Daytona 80 is a top choice for my areas, the pet turf seems a little stiff however my dogs are loving thier area lol

This truly is a home of Premier Synthetic Grass Experts. We received superior customer service with Edgar and Drew. We have 2 big dogs and one giant dog and had concerns about preventing odors on our turf. Drew especially understands and shared his personal experience with his own giant dogs and got us set up with all the right products we needed. Would definitely highly recommend!

We’ve had their grass for a few years now. It’s holding up great and the install is too!We’ve done some construction and they have come back out to pull back and then reinstall and did it all for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I purchased 600 sq ft of Daytona 80 turf for my DIY installation and it turned out great! They always took the time to answer my questions along the way and have detailed instructions on how to install the turf. They were also the cheapest place I found in town. They have a variety of infills, all the tools needed for rent, and everything else you need for the project. Very pleased with the quality of materials and knowledgeable staff! I saved $2000 doing it myself!

These guys were difficult to get a hold of at first because their hours are not very long. We bought a large piece and installed it ourselves. It came out great and was very high quality. We shopped around and this place has really good prices. Well worth driving over here.

The price is reasonable and sale lady is good.Although the loading person was very knowledgeable, but he seemed very careless. He just let the turf, over 500 pound load droped down my truck at 5 feet high causing my truck damaged the paint. So sad that he knew but not told me or help me to prepare. I'm not sure if he did that intentionally. My truck damage will cost me over $1000. This is my BIG my lesson and learn.Stay away if you don't want your car destroyed as trying to save a little bit of money.

Great experience! Christine was so helpful and gave me all the info I needed to tackle this huge DIY project. (Tho I did have to call her with another question halfway thru the project) They have a great selection, competitive prices, and quality products. When I'm ready to start the other section, this will be where I go to buy my materials.

Terrible sales staff. Price was similar to other turf shops but sales staff was terrible here. I spoke to female sales staff (she never gave a name) and she made me feel as if I were inconvenience her by requesting a quote. I went in person and over the phone, she treated me the same way. I entirely went with another turf supplier to not give her my business. Her attitude lost the sale. I do not recommend Synthetic Grass Store.

Our experience at the Synthetic Grass Store in Tucson could not have been better! They were very helpful to work with and gladly shared their expert knowledge with us. They gave us a great price - much better than the big box stores! The DIY project went great following their instructions and we are thrilled with our "grass" in the backyard! We are planning on heading back to get material to do another area!

Was looking for a high quality small piece (6×10) and all the places I went wanted high dollars. Drove by here and stopped in...better quality and a far lower cost with lots of great info. I will remember this place for any future needs

Do not buy anything from them. ALL.. the warranties they offer are junk. They will not stand behind any product even when they install it. And I'm a contractor that bought a lot of material over a couple years then when it started to fail they blame everyone even the factory but say they wont warranty it.

They've got a great synthetic grass selection with good prices. Location is a bit hard to find even with Maps but maybe call first, but well worth it. They're down a drive next to the building way in the back.
