When purchasing a new family member, you want to trust who you choose, especially regarding a new puppy. We are delighted we decided to visit the Paw Palace when we found Bailey.Of course, we had her checked out (she was in perfect puppy health) and all of the other things you do when making this decision. Our vet told us we had an ideal baby puppy and should enjoy "years of love and fun with our new family addition." That was almost a year ago and has proven to be the case with Bailey.I can't vouch for other's experiences, but I can vouch for mine. In this case, we made a perfect decision the day we visited Bailey and fell in love with her.

We used the Paw Palace to get our poochon puppy and we are over the moon! Our puppy is beautiful and sweet and transporting her to Nevada was a breeze. Karie was prompt and professional, very responsive and a good communicator. She answered all my questions. We love our little puppy and couldn’t be happier with our entire experience with Karie and the Paw Palace!

Had an excellent experience buying a Schnoodle from this breeder. The puppy we chose is extremely well-socialized with other animals and people. I’m so relieved that I found Karie and her company. With all the puppy scammers out there, it can be so scary when you see a puppy you love and would love to meet and have forever. I can’t tell you how many times I skipped over people/ads who claim to be re homing or selling puppies online. I never got a good vibe and I was really scared of being scammed. Never thought I’d have a puppy because I was so hesitant and nervous to trust anyone. Very important to do your research to protect yourself and be vigilant.When I reached out to Karie, she made me feel at ease when she asked me if I’d like to make an appt to see the puppies I was interested in. At that moment I was like okay she’s definitely legit. We texted back and forth for a day or two and she was very nice, warm and answered all my questions from the get go. We had a phone conversation the day before I made the drive to Tucson, since I live in Phoenix, AZ. That really put my mind at ease talking to Karie over the phone.I have to say that the two hour drive to Tucson to meet and bring my new bundle of joy home, was so worth it. When I arrived and she brought out the puppy I was hoping to bring home, I had tears in my eyes because he was more gorgeous in person. I immediately fell in love. I was so appreciative to Karie for giving me great info and advice. She made the entire process super comfortable and easy. I was given all health records of my puppy and copies of all necessary documents just as her website states. Karie even sent us home with a wonderful starter bag to help me out with my puppies needs. I found that so sweet and helpful. Also, I really appreciated the location was clean and that I was able to see where my puppy was being raised. My family and I are in love with Stewart, now named Javi.If you are on the fence like I was when trusting a breeder, look no further because Karie and her company Paw Palace are legit. Karie and her company are very professional and you can tell they love on all the wonderful puppies. So glad to have my Javi the Havanese. He’s so loving, playful and affectionate. Such a good boy! We are so fortunate to have found The Paw Palace website when searching for a new puppy to bring into our home. The website is excellent in describing Karie's business in offering excellent Designer Hybrid breeds. The website covers everything you need to know for the process in working with Karie for acquiring a new fur baby.We were fortunate to find Baylee our 10 week old minature schnauzer / poodle whom is absolutely perfect and a total joy. Karie offers the complete package that gives you comfort and assurance that you are adopting an absolutely healthy new pet that will be that perfect friend for a long time. We purchased a female Cavapoo from Karie at The Paw Palace a few weeks ago. Karie could not have been kinder, more thoughtful, or knowledgeable. She corresponded with me during non-working hours to answer questions I had before making a purchase and was able to schedule an in-person appointment quickly. You can tell that Karie really cares about all of her dogs, has their best interest in mind with all things, and makes sure that you have everything you need before going home with one of the puppies. We could not love our Gigi more. She is perfectly healthy, playful, so well behaved, and smart. I want to add that an in-state Cavapoo breeder with 1st generation Cavapoos was very hard to come by. Karie not only has the best in my opinion, but also the best price. Thank you so much Paw Palace!

We are absolutely in love with our Toy Yorkie, Remi. We have had her for two weeks now, and she is far beyond more than what we expected. She’s so loving and has already pretty much pee pad trained. We have been taking her everywhere with us and she’s just so happy go lucky. Our vet just checked her out yesterday and said she’s perfect. We would definitely buy again. Two years ago, our daughter and then our best friends bought from Paw Palace and their dogs are both amazing as well. I’m half tempted to buy Remi’s sister. = )

Karie, owner of The Paw Palace is very personable and professional. We purchased our adorable Poochon from her and were given the time and respect throughout the entire process. We also appreciated going home with puppy food and toys...which was a real treat (allowed us the time to purchase our own puppy food). We are beyond happy! Update: Oaklee is almost a year old and doing great! Just wanted to update my post to say I got the sweetest holiday card and gift card to PetSmart from Karie and Paw Palace! She really knows how to get some of the best dogs and knows how to keep customers coming back!Just got my Maltese from Karie a couple days ago. After almost getting scammed from a different “breeder” and worried about paying a fortune at the pet store I found Karie online. She answered all my questions and my little Oaklee is doing great! She had her first vet check today and the vet said she is in great health! Thank you Karie!!

My husband and I decided we wanted a small dog so after weeks of research, we finally chose Paw Palace and one puppy in particular. I set up an appt and went in for a look-see and came home with a 2 pound bundle of perfection, Steve! The entire experience was very pleasant. Karie was helpful and a fount of knowledge. We are in love with our new little guy and are looking forward to many years with him. If we decided to go the puppy route in the future, I would absolutely see what pups are available here. The premises were clean and the puppies were well fed and cared for. I took Steve for a vet check the next day and apart from a case of the sniffles, he had a clean bill of health. All shots had been done in proper time, no parasites, he was the perfect weight, and the vet said he was in excellent shape. Thank you, Karie!

A most wonderful, trustworthy and professional experience!!! I purchased Luna, a maltese yorkie mix. Took her to my favorite vet, Dr. Burns, Arrow Animal Hospital in Glendale, Az.
