Seems like the staff is warm, friendly, and filled with knowledge. They are very helpful, with that being said I believe they should be paid promptly on time. The owner seems to not pay her staff on time and chooses when it’s convenient to her. Will never do business here to support such a tyrant who does not professionally accommodate their hard working staff. Such a shame for such positive environment of employees. Also for those reading this, I have never worked for this employer but have several reports from staff of her withholding checks. Where she also takes shots at them for asking, making it personal instead of staying professional, by making comments that aren’t true about their personal lives away from the business. I advise not working here if you want a fair job that pays you on time and treats you with respect as a worker.

For over three weeks I have tried to get a response for a problem I had with a ten pound container of Sand Rid. I’ve explained my problem to several people, none of whom apparently are able to do anything but pass it on to management. I’ve peen a customer for over seven years, spending between $600.00 and $800.00 every month. It seems that doesn’t warrant some one contacting me to try and resolve this situation. My opinion, find another place to shop.

Not much to say. The Timothy Hay they carried was an unsually poor quality. Our bunnies wouldn't eat it. We had to use it as bedding.

I decided to check out this feed store for chicken food, since it’s near my house. I hadn’t been to it before. There was a sign on the door saying masks were required, which made me happy, because even with folks getting vaccinated, Covid spread is still a real issue, and we still have a local mask mandate. But to my surprise, both employees that I saw in the store were unmasked. Needless to say, I will not go to this feed store for my supplies.

Love the all natural dog treats that they sell from local businesses in Tucson. One of not too many places that carry the brand of dog food we use. Very friendly & helpful staff too.

Shopped at Taylor Tack & Feed for many years. I am dissapointed that their hay is in back of the store unprotected. I'm wondering if they will eventualy add a cover for the hay.

I'm so glad I found this place. They sell the high-quality dog food I had been buying on Amazon for less money. And, they offer a 5% discount for retired military. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. You need to check this place out!

I went in looking for a better chew for my super chewer puppy. They were super helpful and directed me to a knuckle bone end that was not still covered in meat and flavored, (leaves stains on my carpet), and my dog LOVES it! He has had it half an hour and already seperated it and not left it alone. This is very exciting for me, as it means he will stop chewing on everything else in the house! Added bonus was it was super affordable and cheaper than the local pet store!! They also have the local honey that I love! All in all, on stop errand for me this morning and I am super happy! I have included a picture of my puppy with his new bone as well.

Free hay, all day, every day! I got mine yesterday, get yours today!This location has always given people scrap hay completely for free. All you have to do is bring a container, politely request if you can have whatever scrap hay they have on hand, and pick it up yourself.However, it gets better. Because apparently if you whine loudly enough to the owners then you can get exclusive rights to all of the hay, even when you're not there, and the barn hands will collect it all up for you and tell everyone else who might come along that they can't have any. All completely free of charge. What service!Request your free hay today.

Always friendly & today I got lots of rubs & snuggles from the store kitty Sugar.This is the only store in town that sells the Dr. Marty dog food that I feed my dog. Took at least 10 years off my dog's age. Pricey but WELL WORTH IT!!!

Love this feed store. I only foster dogs/puppies, occasionally a litter of kittens, and like the brands of pet food they carry. Love the toys! But this city girl also loves checking out all the livestock and horse items. Shop local & shop interesting.

Fun and a quick trip for me but had a friendly staff who offered me a dog cookie. Lol. They weren't implyinging that I'm a dog but rather the snacks are grains with peanut butter and kind of nutty. I ate one!!! It was a health treat.There was some sort of class going on I think with dog behavior???Lively atmostphere with helpful friendly staff.

It's been about 2 years since I last visited this place, so I decided to give it another try as I was in need of some food for my critters. I went in and wandered around looking for what I needed and grabbed another item as well. I was never acknowledged when I walked in as the girl behind the counter was too busy looking at her phone taking selfies. I finally asked for the food. She walked over to where it was supposed to be and blankly just said we're out and turned around a went back to her phone. I put the other item I was going to purchase back and left. I had hoped I could get my shopping done here because it's 3 minutes from my house. However, I will be taking the 30 minutes it takes to drive to OK feed on Fort Lowell as I will not be coming back to this store ever again.

Not very impressed with my visit here. I searched for some time for parrot food, but never found it. The store has two birds in cages there, so I thought they would have carried bird supplies, but I guess not. The employees were more interested in talking with each other around the counter, than helping anyone. The bird cages were filthy and full of old food and tons of droppings. It made me sad for the birds. Pretty disappointing.

Really nice store. Great guys that work there, very helpful. Pretty good prices on tack and get products ECT. Great hay prices and good quality hay, I just get large delivery done and there very good. Always on time helpful. Really love the selection of feed, they always have what I need. If I need horse showing products it's all there. Same with other livestock show products. I know the owner and relatives of the owner, good people. Really nice store it's my main feed store in Tucson.

I ask the owners with up most respect that I am a very loyal customer of yours and have been since the opening of these doors. You have been through so many employee's and for your employee Megan she has been the very best, respectful and most helpful at all times. For every time I come in your store I look forward to seeing her cause at time's I have a lot of questions and it never seems to bother her to help me. She keeps your store looking very clean and neat in detail. I hate to be the one but for Shelley that's another story. She's very rude on the phone and when I know she is working I refuse to shop there and go to another feed store. She needs to learn good quality customer service and manners. I've been ever so pleased with Megan as she's been the grandest help I could ever ask for, very knowledgeable and never makes me feel intimidated to ask her anything no matter how simple the problem she's always willing to help right along with that country hometown smile. My five stars go to Megan for the best horse shopping experiences all the time.

Best feed store in Tucson, and owned/operated by "good/honest" people. I'm able to buy my organic chicken feed, my baby chicks (during season), along with all the dog supplies I need....quality supplies. It's the kind of place where you get to know the employees....the kind of place where your big bags of feed/hay are loaded up for you....one of the few "old school" businesses that make you feel welcomed for being a customer. This is the kind of store that we as local citizens need to be supporting, so check it out! Bring the kids, because they have some cool toys! They also have a low-cost canine vaccination clinic, monthly, I think.

Love Love Taylor Tack & Feed. Horses, Dogs, Chickens, cat or two and sometimes a cow. We travel 45 minutes to Taylor to get our hay because they always seem to stock the best hay we can find. I do not need a coughing horse because of bad hay. Nice to that you walk in the door and they smile and chat with you and remember you! That is gold when it comes to loyalty of business. They load the hay and wish me a happy day whenever I head to leave. Absolutely recommend. Thank you to the staff at Taylor for always being so helpful and inviting. Also, they have a pretty awesome western section of decor etc. If you need that western gift, it is one of the top places I recommend people visit!

Staff was EXTREMELY helpful. There were two very young employees working this evening. They went out if their way to help me and took a good 20 minutes doing so. I don't go there often but each time I have been there it has always been a great experience.
