If you haven't used the Target pick-up service yet, I encourage you to do it now. You will be happy you did.I used the app to place my order, notify Target that I was heading their way and then when I arrived. Within minutes a Target employee was at my car with my purchases. I love the ease and time-saving aspects of Target pick-up!

A Target employee was pushing a stocking cart down the aisle. He was trying his best to ignore me when I asked where the Dove Soap bars were. He pointed and said 'I think they should be there'. I walked over and didn't see any soap bars. I asked a guest the same question and he said they'd be in the cabinet. Soap bars in locked cabinets? Hmmm. I'll go to one of the dollar stores for my soap. I was reminded why shipping is the best way to acquire items from Target. Nowadays, Target in Tucson is about speakers in parking lots letting people know they're being watched by cameras, law enforcement permanently on premises, not-so-friendly employees and simple things being locked up in cabinets.

They have started playing a very creepy and loud 1984 style announcement in the parking lot about it being monitored. I'm all for extra security, and they have tons of that here, but that recording in the parking lot is too much. Big brother is watching you here.The security guards are a bit over the top too and really give you the stare down when you walk in. Will avoid this location in the future.

Wasn't feeling like this store had the time or patience to direct me to find a simple item location (Pillow cases)I felt rushed and like it was a bother to ask for help and asking them made me feel like a burden. Also wasn't given back my original sales receipt from my return I had done prior to my quick stop and shop.

It's always exciting when I visit Target. It is always clean and well organized. Ask any of their associates and they will tell you EXACTLY where an item is in the store, right down to which shelf it is on. It seems empty, yet the parking lot is always full. I ordered something online and was able to pick it up within one hour.

The past few times I have come here to get a queen size mattress topper, they were out. Just like every size I need in close they are out of. You would think their computers would tell them they are out of something and order it but no they have no insensitive to even sell products because besides walmart where the heck else am I supposed to go? I rather enjoy going to Target. It's a nice store that has a great selection of items that by and large are a cut above 'the discount stores." I had a few items to purchase to use up a $20.00 Target Gift Card I was given. I took my time choosing which items would be best. The Target employees were so full and good natured as I checked out. I'll be back as I'm brand-new to the neighborhood!

Becoming less and less of a comfortable place to shop. Walked in today and there were 4 security guards by the entrance, saw more walking the store as I did my shopping.. waited for an employee to unlock the laundry detergent?? Wondering how much time was spent considering these “loss prevention” measures from a shoppers perspective.

Generally good prices with fine deals and return policies. The staff is friendly when you need some help, but they unfortunately no longer come over and ask if you need any help. I enjoyed them asking since otherwise they seem busy with their tasks or talking to each other about random things and I sometimes feel bad asking for anything.They're remodeling this store so a lot of things have moved around this past year. There's still areas that need to be completed, but the overall aesthetic is looking good. The floors though give a dark gray warehouse vibe which is not good compared to the white floors they had before.The main thing I don't like is the super security people now roaming around this store. These guys have bullet proof vests, guns, and a ton of tactical gear. As a casual shopper, it's very intimidating and makes me feel unsafe. It makes the shopping experience feel like I should be fearful that a shootout could happen at any moment. At closing time, these guys go around and tell people to leave the store which is also intimidating. I don't want them talking to me and making me fear for my life just because I'm a minute past closing.I'd give this store 5 stars if their employees would ask if I needed help from time to time and if they got rid of these crazy aggressive-looking security people.

I don't know why they do that, so I feel bad whenever I come to buy something, they look at me in such a bad way and think that I came to steal, they follow me, but I'm not a thief, I'm honest, I pay for everything I take. and even the police are dressed as if it were a state of war...in that store. I don't know that place Target is such a bad behavior that not only I feel the same way, but thousands of Americans feel the same way...

This target store has gone way over the top with security. I encountered two guards this morning on my way to the Starbucks in the store. They were scary looking: bullet proof vests, glocks, body camera, etc. Their big SUV was parked on the sidewalk next to the front entrance. Looked like a scene from São Paulo. I’ll not be going back.

This particular Target store gives me an uneasy feeling. Lately, it seems like the overall quality of this Target has been declining. There's a notable presence of armed security, which can be unsettling. Additionally, the number of homeless individuals and beggars in the parking lot can also be quite overwhelming. For these reasons, I would strongly recommend avoiding this Target location, as it doesn't feel like a safe environment to enter.

Nothing says, "We think our customers are low life, scumball criminals" like having half the store's merchandise locked up in cases. You're selling Advil, not jewelry, for crying out loud. Coupled with the paramilitary-esque security, this Target feels like a commissary in a prison, so it's an unappealing place to shop regardless of their prices.

the armed security was outside seeking to harass the homeless when he shouldn’t step outside of the store at all! I felt SO unsafe watching this weirdo excitedly flex his weapon at a homeless person (who was literally WALKING by, not begging or even speaking) that he literally had to seek outside of the store- made me feel like he was power trippy and would definitely harm someone just to play heroAlso the locked toothpaste and deodorant is HILARIOUS. no one is ever there to help or respond and for the love of god if people are so smelly they’re STEALING deodorant just let them have it for all our sake

Zero organization to the store at all. Way more difficult to find products than it needs to be. Why is the shampoo in 3 different sections on almost opposite sides of the store? Why is body wash 6 isles away from face wash?? Zero logic at all to where things are placed.
