I shopped at Safeway on Golf Links and Harrison today because it has the bestCustomer Service of all the stores I visit.The Produce and Meat Departments are the best quality for your money! They are best tasting, outstanding, and have very kind and very knowledgeable Employees who take the time to display.This particular Safeway is outstanding because the Staff are very friendly and attentive to Customers who are needing help or have questions.I really like the app for savings and it is very easy to use. I like the rewards you can earn for gas or merchandise plus some free items to try.Safeway has a big book of coupons that really help those customers who don't use smart phones or do digital coupons. That is great because it really helps out those who really need the savings they deserve!I visit many stores and I pick this Safeway as my favorite for all the reasons mentioned above.

We ordered a Christmas themed cake for a family gathering and it was not only delicious and so moist, but it was BEAUTIFUL!! Whoever made/decorated the cake really went above and beyond my expectations. A REAL ARTIST!!! I wish I had taken a picture of it.

Don't buy the deli pot pies. I purchased 3 of them today and not one of them had a single piece of chicken inside. Nothing but gravy potatoes peas and carrots. What the hell? At $5 a piece I just blew $15.00 on a cup of vegetables and some gravy. Not cool safeway. Not cool at all

I like this store, but have one big complaint. They don't open registers until 7:00, even if they have several customers. Today three staff were standing at the front of the store talking, while several customers were forced to use self checkout. They were being paid to visit, while we did their work.

This Safeway is a lovely place to shop. The associates are all very friendly and ready to help. The produce and deli are stocked fresh and kept clean and neat. There are options at checkout like express or self checkout. The pharmacy is wonderful with truly caring people handling you prescriptions. It's big enough to have a broad selection but small enough you don't mind going back for something you missed. I always feel welcome there and enjoy chatting during checkout. Even the other customers tend to be friendly and polite.

We love Safeway. We have four in a radius near where we live, so we use them all depending on our route . We love their deli as well as the sushi. Employees are always helpful .

This store is always well stocked/faced. It's spacious and clean. There isn't alot of stackouts blocking isles. I highly recommend Safeway on Golflink

Not a big fan of this Safeway. Prices are higher than other nearby stores and having an employee actually acknowledge you when you need help is a challenge. Plus it smells funky by the meat section like it hasn't been cleaned properly in years.

I had given this store a 5 star rating... until today. My Dr made a change to my pain medicine. When i called to find out what time it would be ready, the pharmacy manager started questioning me and stating that my Dr should not have prescribed stronger meds and that he was refusing to fill the scrip.When i questioned why a pharmacist, who had no knowledge of my medical conditions or history should be trying to make medication decisions for me, he told me i should have my Dr put me on a much stronger, more dangerous, medicine because i mentored it had been effective in the past. He then told me he would no longer fill any of my prescriptions from my doctors and I needed to find a different pharmacy

Chicken wings were bought from there Deli last night. Got home and my boyfriend bit into one it tasted strange to him he spit it out. When we looked at the Wings they were Pink completely raw. Wish I could place a picture with this post. These wings were gross.

Wasted time n Trip 👎We went on their website and made our appointments for the RSV vaccine. We got there and were told they only have enough for one person.Somebody in the pharmacy didn't keep up. with inventory check.

I give 5 stars to the pharmacy itself they provide excellent service. The grocery department I struggle with lately I've been a customer for years but it seems there is a big problem recently with scanning, prices are not correct there is always an error on our receipt. The store employees they are always very helpful. We appreciate the great customer service that is provided throughout the store. I have taken up the pricing errors with management but I'm still not satisfied.

Horrible. Some people nice, some not. I started going to Albertsons. Same stuff better treatment. I always have problems with the guy in the deli. He is angry and doesn't want to be there. Customer service needs to improve badly. Cashiers are pretty good. The female management seems to be upset at work. The males I've dealt with were great. The service is so wishy washy, I just choose to go elsewhere. My mom loves this store however.

The store is ALWAYS CLEAN and the employees will go out of their way to help you find whatever it is that you're looking for. They don't just tell you, they ESCORT YOU which is WELL ABOVE EXPECTATIONS! And the PHARMACY staff is 2nd to none! Joe, the Pharmacy Manager, and Tracy work NONSTOP from open to close. We have been with the Safeway Pharmacy for 20 years or more! EXCELLENT SERVICE AND ALWAYS A SMILE AND A THANK YOU!!

I've always liked Safeway stores and this one is nice. I've only been in this store two or three times and only for birthday cake & ice cream and bday cards. I can address the check out situation, which is far-out since there has never been a long wait. Pretty good for all the patrons shopping during my visit. The staff are polite and helpful. I've found that Safeway cakes never disappoint.

Good place to get our supply of veggies and fruits. One of the biggest issues of traveling is that you cannot get enough servings of veggies in the restaurants, so we buy vegetables from supermarket to supplement our diet. The price is good.

Randy the manager is incredible! Excellent customer service and very understanding! This location is very clean and covid safe! I’m so glad this is the Safeway closest to me ! I always have a great experience and only had one tiny problem and Randy gladly helped without hesitation! Love suzette too the Bakery manager she is incredibly understanding incredibly helpful and makes the most beautiful cakes I’ve ever seen I will always go back to her she has the best customer service!

Love their new self checkout. Tells you the discounts/coupon savings as you scan your items. Doesn't make you wait till the end to see if you hopefully got your coupons applied. The Employees they have at the self checkout are always so nice & helpful.
