I would like to thank the manager on duty on April 9th at your store on oracle rd.Along with the cashier and self check out clerk for being very observant and cautious about the internet scams going on.As a customer we are open to all sorts of entities over the internet.These three employees were able to educate me on the types of scams happening with ebay and several other cards.I thank you for your PRIMIER OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.GREAT JOB KEEPING THE PUBLIC SAFE.EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT.GREAT JOB LADIESMEN TOO.THANK YOU.

They never get delivery orders right. As someone who is disabled having to call and complain because they take things off my order and then not replace them and change my bill by $20 more is a hassle.I only find out because I go line by line through the receipt online since they never send one home

Both managers have failed to see any consequences for discriminating against minorities and the assistant Manager hasn’t faced any action for bringing a child into a dangerous work environment. Please reframe from going to this store or ask the mangers what they will do to fix this issue.

Both managers are racist and treat employees/customers differently depending on their race and the second manager put an infant endanger while working here! If you value the community and have ethic's please do your shopping elsewhere.

First time at a Safeway loved it hot food section was very good and the woman at the deli was very friendly. I would up getting the seafood salad and it was WAY better then I imagined it would be will be back again.

Edit: I went to buy flowers on 05-12. The clerk at the flower department was EXTREMELY rude. I thought about telling a manager right then to help them know how their employees were treating people but the check out clerk was unpleasant too. I didn't see any of the usual people that have worked there for a long time. I am guessing new management. Whatever the change, it is an awful one. I don't expect anyone to bow at my feet, just for me to be treated like a human being. I guess I need a new store...(Last review:My favorite grocery store. Lines are always short. Not over crowded. Employees are helpful. Download the app for good deals.)

This is a good store but they run out of stuff a lot. They don’t restock certain items that have been out for like a month, such as organic tropical rockstar. They run out of hormel no nitrate meats and various cheese frequently. They did just get self check out which is a big bonus, but I usually have to drive to a different store because the items I want are out.

Store and bargains are wonderful. Unfortunately some of the employees suck. For instance the elderly woman who monitors the self check. I find her quite offensive. I don't know if it is a race thing or that she is a woman and I a man. But she comes across as very rude and not a good person for her position. She should be delightful. Happy to see any regular customer. Yet I get a bad vibe from her. One day she ask me if I purchased the items in my bag, which I just scanned and paid for right in front of her. Wow so I am being accused of stealing??? Not good. I rang up my purchase right in front of her....I like the store and Safeway or Albertsons as a whole, but not being accused of something I obviously didn't do.... maybe it is time for her to retire or at the very least learn a tactful way to speak to a paying customer.

Pam at self checkout is horrible... Every time I've come in, and gotten her at the self check out lane, I dread my check out. She ignores her customers, and when you need help you usually have to go grab her and ask her for help. Then she acts completely inconvenienced, and mad at you for having issues. Today specifically, she was helping my mom and I, as well as an older lady next to us. The older lady was having an issue with a product, and I was having an issue with my coupons not working right. Pam was helping the older lady, and started to get a bit aggressive in her tone. In the middle of helping the older lady, she grabbed the lades bag aggressively and held onto it, then came over to help us. She starts off by rudely saying, "I can't help you, if your basket is in the way." And this was NOT in a nice tone whatsoever. We moved the basket and told her the problem. She then starts making nasty comments under her breath about how my missing coupons were only 50 cents and how she's mad she needs to do all this for only 50 cents. Mind you I'm low on money because of my disability. All the while, she is STILL holding the other ladies bag hostage. So my mom reminds Pam that she is still holding the ladies bag. Again rudely and harshly, Pam states that she KNOWS, and that the lady can wait for her. The older lady is just standing behind Pam completely flabbergasted and visibly upset. Once Pam is done with us, she hands the lady back her bag, and storms off. The older lady, still upset says, "Well I was having a good day until now...." and hangs her head and walks away.This is NOT how Safeway should be run. I absolutely love Safeway. This store in particular is wonderful. Always clean, wonderful staff, and some inexpensive items i cannot find anywhere else. That's why I gave a 2 star instead of a one. But this one employee completely ruins me wanting to visit this store again... I will not stay shopping at a place that allows their employee to be so horrible to her customers. Specifically her NICE, did nothing wrong but shop there, customers.

I order groceries online frequently due to my vehicle not working. I had an Uber driver deliver to the wrong address. I reached out and talked to Vickie, and she was very friendly, helpful, and made sure the groceries got delivered correctly.

Hey Big Thanks to this Safeway. I got $20 cash back and forgot to grab it. They tracked me down and called me to let me know that I forgot the $20 and returned to me. Great group. Store is very clean and the cashier was very courteous.

Safeway at Ina and Oracle is very clean and well organized. Received a rain check for an out of stock item which was nice. Self check out easy to use and staff are helpful. I download digital coupons at home which makes it easy at check out. I have tried downloading coupons in store and have poor reception for some reason. I’ve learned to download everything I’m interested in at home first. Then I open app before I get in store and have my list. The fresh flowers, fruits and vegetables, and meat and seafood departments have high quality products. The meat department cut fresh steaks to the thickness I requested which is appreciated. Good customer service.

Best bakery ever! Been buying their cakes for 30 years. Delish! 😄Great groceries too. Albertsons and Safeway merged. Better than ever together than separate. Love both stores and their delivery service is excellent. :)

The customer Service person was wonderful with correcting the problem of over charging me when zi asked the cashier about the prices charged me so said she couldn't fix it go to customer service. The cashiers don't seem to be as customer friendly lately. I have been shopping there for more than 20 years. I was glad the customer service person was very nice at explaining that since it was a debit card, she had to give me cash back. There was no way to put it back in the bank.

This Safeway doesn't hire enough staff. The pharmacy has one person working on a Saturday when they know it will be very busy! Not only is this a ridiculous way to run a business but it effects staff and your customers! The manager said that there are hiring problems. Really? After the way you treat your staff is that surprising? Do not go to this pharmacy or this store. Not worth the frustration. Please stop with the company greed and hire more people!

I had the best experience checking out tonight. The cashier (Randy) was the friendliest and most helpful young man. I was very impressed with his happy attitude. I walked away thinking I have never had such a pleasant experience in a grocery store before!

Every time I go to buy lunch meat or dip in the meat department I find it expired. I pulled six expired dips off and gave them to the guy in the meat department. So, make sure you check expiration dates.

Store was a typical grocery store. Had an in-store bakery and deli. There is also a pharmacy offering free flu shots. Also offered an in-store Starbucks. Extensive floral department. Overall nice store.

Safeway is one of the nice grocery stores. They always keep their store clean and organized and prices are pretty much relative to all grocery stores as are their selections. They have a nice floral department, and a beautiful produce section with lots of options. They renovated and updated some time ago and all of their stores that they already had are now even better.
