I was accused of being with a guy that ran out with a pair of shoes because I commented about the color of the shoes, the loss prevention guy was sure that we were working together, I never met the guy before. Loss prevention people were caught sleeping on job and wanted to make someone pay didn't matter who I guess. I live right next door and spend about 100 a month there, not anymore!!!! Never ever again will I set foot in a Ross or affiliate store again.. and I am going to warn all my friends about their accusing me. Even if I did know the guy there's nothing they could do to me so why accuse me of stealing, I know the laws pretty well and if I was rich my lawyers would be sueing for slander!!! This store has really gone downhill, in merchandise and employees.

Ross on Broadway & Kolb has the worst cashier customer service. I had not been to this particular store in a few years. I have visited twice in the last three weeks and my experience with the cashiers has been terrible. The first visit, you would have thought the cashier was doing me a favor. She had a horrible attitude, literally threw the items in the bags where a piece of clothing got ruined, the card reader was not working properly and she kept blaming me. The second visit, the cashier requested for me to remove the hangers from the clothes. When I asked why me, she said because we don't give you the hangers and it goes faster. I took the hangers off four pieces of clothing but she didn't even bother to get the hangers from me, I had to figure out where to put them. I stopped taking the hangers off and let her do it. I don't mind taking the hangers off but I do mind in how I am asked to do it. On both occasions there was no line at the register as it was late, I was the only customer at the register. Both times the cashiers' attitude left a lot to be desired. I don't know what it is about this particular Ross and its cashiers. On both occasions, the security guards were very helpful and friendly. The cashiers can learn how to provide customer service from the security guards.

I never leave reviews like this but this Ross is SO AWFUL. They always only have one line open… I just stood in line for 20 minutes while ONE family checked out. There were plenty of employees that could’ve opened another register. In fact, there was a manager and a team member arguing right next to the long line of people. I had such secondhand embarrassment that I put my stuff down and walked out. When I walked out the line was 10 people deep and the same family was still checking out. Such awful service… and this is my third bad experience here! Never coming back!

One of the workers nearly ran me over with her rolling cart of clothes..she looked and seen me but clearly didn.t a hoot that a customer was walking. After she past me as I was walking to look at blankets..she yelled half way across the store..don.t look in there..It was so loud I turned to look and she was talking to me 🙄 rushed over to where I was and said don.t look in there..I told her..I was not going to..this lady assumed..she sounds like she hates her job!! Jus rude!!

This place is quick and fast and for men that is a must. Girls will see you as a hero if you made a date night for the girls to go shopping as they say shop till you drop. If you all put in a cough with a big screen tv for us dudes and dad's who just want to support the good sales .

Terrible merchandise for women that is left over , bought over by clueless buyers . Rude staff and customers makes for a wonderful shopping experience especially during theWhat do you expect when your shoppers look like the came from the trailer park ?Ross years ago use to have great merchandise now they have shall I say this crsp , poor quality stuff . Even Cinderella was dressed better in her rags then what they have to offer.

Haven't been in here in years. I remember when it was just about the only store in here.... Store extremely well stocked! Clean.Neat. Employees very nice and welcoming. Everyone busy. Security guy at front door absolutely awesome! Super nice, greeted all coming in. He is very tall and can look over the entire store. Extremely alert and aware of the store.... Prices great as always. Easy in/out parking.

Always check Ross before spending more to go to the mall and many other stores. It can be a hit or miss at times, but it’s always worth making a stop in to see what they have. You can find anything from clothing and accessories to housewares and kitchen gadgets and even pet supplies. For example, I was looking at spending a small fortune just to put shelving up in our bathroom. One day while perusing Ross, I came across these sweet little shelves and only paid $50 for the two of them.

Don’t buy candles from Ross unless you plan on smelling them unlit. They smell good in store and then once you light them, NOTHING. This has happened 3 times. We’ve gotten candles that actually smell once lit, but it’s impossible to determine which candles are going to smell and which ones aren’t. I don’t know why this happens but you’re better off buying $2 wax scents from Walmart.The last few times we’ve been inside the store the lines have moved quickly, which is greatly appreciated. They also have a pretty good selection of active wear. Got two new pairs of shoes I really like.

About 20-25 people in line with 1 register open. Another girl standing there doing what? Get on a register and help get the line down and get your customers taken care of. This what happens when you shop at cheap stores. They treat the customers cheap!

So this one is no better than the other one on Broadway yesterday I stood in line 30 minutes for 1 pack of headbands only one cashier working then a lady comes in with a return and only had to wait 5 minutes because just like the other store the cashier just as I stepped up for my turn decides to take the lady with the return in front of me then another lady came up with a return and she was going to take her in front of me too and I stepped up and said no you are not it's passed my turn and you'll let me go or I leave and I threw my items down on the counter for her to ring up. She better be glad she took me next or I would have threw the item at her same as I did at the other store y'all need to learn about customer service and edicate

The store seems to be undergoing transition. I know they're doing their best. Inventory was a little scattered. It looked messy. I didn't feel comfortable shopping there because of the busy-ness despite all the transition. I'm hoping things will improve in time. I'm reliant on Ross 🙏 please say you're not going away!

Ross is known for their long lines and their lack of cashiers year-round.. but today this morning day before Christmas Eve one cashier they are close to 20 people in line and they have one cashier. She says it's not my fault you're right it's not your fault it's your manager's fault and they put you right in the line of fire so reality it is is your fault and you should apologize to every customer that has to come up through your register after standing in line for an hour. Eventually people will stop shopping at Ross and they'll go out of business I guess. Their customer service is one of the worst top 10.

Very clean and well organized store. Friendly employees. Shop here first, before going to other department stores so that you obtain a much better price. Lots of selections from clothing to housewares to travel such as luggage options.

It seems like the employees at this Ross hate their job. No smiles, low energy, and the registers get backed up due to these issues. It is not the best place to shop for clothes.

my roommate and I were shopping here and we got followed around by the security guard and I got accused of stealing by him. it absolutely was racial profiling, my roommate has darker skin and I’m black. as someone who worked retail also, we didn’t even fit the narrative of people who steal, we’re just not white and trying to shop. and I am not the only person this has happened to at this store. it made me feel sick to my stomach. would give 0 stars if I could.

Some of the organization can be weird for the products but I do come look around everyone else in a while to see what's there and I almost always find something useful. Mostly clean but the line took ages.
