Love this location! Went in for some washers. Girlfriend asked me to check their oops paint. Asked as soon as I went in and they directed me to a single can of "mistint" priced at $2.50. Beautiful green/blue that she will use for some project in the future

Worst staff possible. I informed one of the associates who was not busy with anyone else there that "I have a question for them" and the associate response was "No you don't." And totally ignored my existence.

Put in online order it was canceled immediately. The reason was because they couldn't feel the order. Went down to the store myself and found everything that was on my order list. Then I want to get a length of wire. The employee gave me the wrong gauge. He also didn't know the difference between14-2 ,14-2 with ground wire. Well I didn't even get the 14 gauge wire I needed. He gave me 10 gauge which was way too big and too stiff for the application in which I was needing it for.

This establishment is awesome. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. If you have a question they can answer it. If they can't they'll find somebody who can! They have a lot of goods. This is an absolute go to if you have a home project or something goes wrong in your house. The knowledgeable staff can help you out! You can do it yourself. The prices are what you would think. It is a hardware store so it's hard to say what price it should be in this day and age but they seem fair and reasonable.

Based on the customer service alone, I will not be returning. You'd think smiles were extra, grouchy old lady rolling her eyes as if I would even approach her.

I recently visited this shop and I have Zero complaints. Every ACE employee was very nice and I ended up getting help from a nice guy named Ivan. He advised me that he’s been working with ace for quite some time. Which was no shock to me because he had an answer to all my questions. He assured that I found every item I was looking for. What I really loved was that Ivan and the entire staff of ACE hardware was very cautious during the Unfortunate pandemic we are going through. They made sure the place was spotless as well as ALL the employee were masked for their protection as well as mine and other customers. Bottom line is, if your looking for a great experience and all the tools needed as well as THE BEST customer service, Visit this ACE HARDWARE. Ask for Ivan, he won’t disappoint you!

I love that Al's is in my neighborhood. Helpful staff and they take great care of me. If they don't have what I need, they order it for me. 40' tape measures are hard to come by but Al's makes sure to keep them in stock for me and my fellow employees at the shop I work at.

I've always found the employees very nice very cooperative and very accommodating they're not condescending they don't act like they don't have time for you ever since I moved into this neighborhood about 2-3 months ago I've always been in there for a little incidental Staples paint paint thinner you know cuz I'm an artist so I do paint oil painting with acrylic painting sketches so I get my Lighting art supplies and things there and then my little project that I have going on around the house and I've never gone into Ace Hardware and the staff has made me feel like I take to long alwats its take as long as you want you know even now I went into the day after a month long stay at home I had to get my shopping fix. And I did and it was a pleasure.Thanks again you've got a buddy here that'll always be there.Great job!!!

Great staff! Service makes the difference, and they give great customer service. Even if they don't have what you need they know where to send you so you're not left without. I know it's cliché, but ditch the big boxes and check out Al's!

There is an employee I call " The Celebrity" because she came out on TV once. Adore her! Professional, kind, helpful and patient to the elderly. 😋

Staff was friendly and greeted me as I walked in as well as asked me If I needed help finding anything. I was directed to the correct location of the item in question, but wait, now I had options, 4 to be exact. All would suit the required purpose intended, but now that I found myself in a situation in which I would have to make these dreaded comparisons, I couldn't quite keep my mind on this new task at hand, one seemed right, but then the other, then another.. this was supposed to be easy but the beads of sweat began to accumulate across my forehead and my face was getting hot, something so simple, yet my hands were clammy and I noticed the slight tremble as I held the item, putting it down and grabbing the other, and again the other. But wait, yes, this one.. oops! It slipped out of my hands onto the ground, and nervously I reached down and retrieved the non broken still totally sell-able item I totally still intended on purchasing, this one has found it's way into my moist nervous hands for a reason, I felt sure about this, even with the high level of anxiety I was feeling at that moment, I knew this was the one, just not this one, the one behind it. The one I didnt drop on the floor was the one I bought (sorry) basically I dropped it because I was fumbling because of the anxiety I was feeling at the time due to the employee standing there staring at me, and the look was not a 'can I help you/ any questions' type look, it was a 'this guy might try to take something and not pay, but if I stay a little bit too close and watch him like a hawk he will be deterred from completing his act of premedated theft' type look. I'm just kidding about All this btw =D. How would they know if the person they're staring at has never stolen a thing in their life, or that the guy that seems kinda strange because he is sweating excessively and has shakey hands might be some kind of weirdo with anxiety thats gonna go home and write a weird review. Dd you already think this post was pretty weird? If yes than thank you, that was half my intent!All joking aside the staff at this lpcation are only doing exactly what you're supposed to be doing and they do an excellent job at it. They are all very friendly and helpful. I've always had my questions answered and They always make sure I know where to look and that saves me a lot of time! This Ace location is never messy and they always have what I'm looking for.

The employees ate so very helpful, I always feel like I have my own personal shopper assistant because I've been going there so often with my new and my art work hoping to have an exhibition after the first Of the year BTW. Awesome place to shop look around and you don't feel like they're stalking you like you're going to steal something I spend at the very least $70.-100.00 every time I visit Al's Ace Hardware.GREAT JOB EVERYONE !!!

Nice well stocked store with friendly helpful staff. I went here to buy two new door locks and to have them re-keyed at the same time. What should have been a 15 minute shopping trip took well over one half hour. Unfortunately, the service counter did not have all the necessary parts to re-key the locks that I was buying. So, I sat and waited for the associates to figure out the problem. I came here hoping to save some time and to give a small business my business. Next time I may just go to a big box store.

Friendly, professional, and very well informed store personnel. Great assortment of inventory & a willingness to special order if possible.. Appears that many of the staff are long term employees and therefore very knowledgeable. Treated very well by staff which is more than you can say about most of the big box stores.
