Picture Perfect is the best grooming salon in Tucson! They are always extremely kind, gentle and friendly to my dog. My dog has been coming here for years, but now is an elderly dog at 15 - deaf, cataracts, typical older ailments - joint pain / nerve issues, increased grumpiness. Picture perfect treats him so well and I know they take care of him just like I would! They always ensure they use the best kind of shampoo for his sensitive skin. My dog always leaves picture perfect clean, smelling great, with trimmed nails and a new bounce in his step after being loved on by the picture perfect ladies! Their booking system is online and very convenient. The business has done so well over the years they’ve had to expand! Now their store has treats, products and toys for sale too.I have been a customer for 5-6 years and had to try other groomers after moving far from their location. No grooming salon comes close to picture perfect. I will continue to take my dog here because I know he’s cared for and I trust them. I highly recommend picture perfect and can attest that my dog owner friends who go here are loyal customers as well - you will never look back. Thank you Megan for being so great to Frankie!

Just moved to town and found Picture Perfect Grooming Salon via reviews…. I’m so glad we landed here!!!! They handled my Samoyed’s coat and my Border Collie’s energy beautifully. I was super confident in getting my dogs groomed here from the moment I walked in and saw the peaceful and clean studio, as well as felt the kind, caring, and intuitive energy of the team. I am so relieved that we found this phenomenal place in our new home. My dogs were actually smiling when I picked them up and they feel (and look) absolutely wonderful. Thank you! Thank you! People always ask why I trek to Ina and Old Father from midtown just to get my dog groomed (and sometimes I question it myself haha) but every time my sweet girl walks in the door, Sarah and Megan are just as excited to see her as she is to see them - and that is exactly why! And I would not characterize my dog as a “people person”… she has her short list of people she loves and the girls at Picture Perfect are on her list. She has always been so terrified of the groomer (Petsmart) and it is such a relief to not have to literally DRAG her in, leave her and feel immense guilt or question the people who have my baby in their hands. On top of all that, the entire staff is incredibly talented and she always comes out a happy, clean, gorgeous girl. You would be hard pressed to find a better groomer💜

Our recent visit to Picture Perfect Grooming Salon was without a doubt, the worst grooming experience we've ever had. The customer experience was terrible. To begin with, we were charged for services that weren't even on their service list, and the surprise costs were quite a shock. But that's not the worst part – one of their groomers treated us terribly. In front of other customers, she scolded us for not remembering the price from our last grooming appointment. The eye-rolling, attitude, and outright rudeness were beyond belief. We'd gladly pay a fair price and wished it had been communicated upfront, but this groomer made us feel like anything but valued customers. Honestly, the poor customer service is the real reason why we won’t be returning. We know there are many talented private groomers in the area that treats their customers with respect and kindness. So we won't be returning to Picture Perfect Grooming Salon, and we strongly advise others to think twice about being their beloved pets here.

They were so nice as soon as I walked in to me and my baby. It was her first haircut and they were gentle and I can tell they really cared about my girl having a good experience. My girl got to hang out with some other dogs as soon as I got there and she made some friends. I will definitely be coming back!

ON POINT! This is my first time using a pet salon other than PetSmart or some “big company” groomer. Needless to say I was a tad bit skeptical, but this wholeexperience with this groomer and staff was AMAZING! Answeredall my questions and took great pictures. I didn't think l'd get customer service, communication and such a warm and friendly experience with a dog salon, like picture perfect grooming salon offers and provides.Thank you for being friendly and professional and taking care of my lil pancake. Sarah is the best and the only person we trust with our pup. She is so calming for our old man and just a very genuine person. Charlie used to hate getting groomed but he loves to go see Sarah and we love that she takes such good care of him…. Doesn’t hurt that he always looks fantastic after a visit with her.

My baby seemed to like going here... she wasn't cut down but bathed and blown, and she looked great when I picked her up She is 65 lbs...I asked for bows and she got little teeny tiny bows!! I'm so go back but I'll ask for bigger bows!

The staff here is amazing. My dog has never gone to a grooming shop before. I used to do his bathing and his nails on my own. About 10 or so months ago I decided to take him to a shop to start getting nail trims. The first time Sarah did his nails he was very uneasy but she was gentle with him and took her time to keep him comfortable. The 2nd time he did a lot better and you could tell he was starting to trust her. The 3rd time and most recent time he did so good! This place is great and I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of him

Picture Perfect is PERFECT!!! Your fur baby will be pampered, loved, and come home looking Picture Perfect, all while having a play day. It is a very hard thing to drop off your babies not knowing how they will be treated. The new owner Megan, does an amazing job. She works hard to make sure your fur baby doesn’t dread the groomer which I so appreciate! The dogs aren’t created and are allowed to enjoy their time at the shop while making new friends playing freely🐶🐶. My two babies always enjoy their “spa day” at Picture Perfect. I highly recommend! 💜

I absolutely recommend this place! I took my 7 month Maltese and 6 month poodle for their first grooming appointment today and every groomer educated us right away with what to expect from their first grooming experience. Thank you Megan (Owner) and Sarah for not only being extremely professional but for being some of the best in the dog grooming business! Every time I bring my boys in they get treated like kings and love coming there! They get to play with friends and meet new ones and most importantly they are always treated with care. I love that you two don't lump all dogs together and instead take in consideration that every dog have their own needs and personalities. I will stay coming back ❤❤❤

Refused my Dog because they did not want to groom around her neck. They need to change their name to not so perfect grooming. Do not take any small dogs here. They don't want them. Other groomers have had no problem with her. Poor Poor. I took my bad dog to Pet Smart for her grooming and they said that Sadie was a perfect dog to groom. They said that she was a very sweet dog. Sadie recieved great care and a full hair cut.

So i got the full wash and groom service for my cocker spaniel. their online system is simple and easy. they are able to text and email you with all your needs. The result was on point my dog "Skye" came out happy and pretty. now for the customer service i was running late and the team at picture perfect did not even call me looking for me i sent them a text and they said to take my time. to me thats consideration for your customer. When the transation was done the team closed up and went home with a smile, that says alot about their proffesionalism great job.
