Daniela was very rude. She made sure to point out that my dog was fussy, despite the fact that my dog has not had a problem with any other groomer. It seems that she kept an opinion from the last time I had taken my dog in - when she was a year old. Seems like she wanted an excuse for the terrible job. Will not be coming again.

How are these people in the business of grooming cats if they can't handle being hissed at during a basic claw trim? Didn't even do all four paws, they called it quits after two. Have they ever even met a cat before?

The groomers are extremely rude they should be fired. My dog leaves there acting as though she has been abused. This is very odd for my dog she usually enjoys going to the groomer but her reaction at this store is completely the opposite. If management would like the names. I would be happy to share them.

The employee names Tyler helped me find the best solution for a carrier for my daughter's guinea pig today. He didn't seem bothered by all my questions and helped my get the carrier from above the shelf. Thank you so much!

The store was out of two of the three items I went in to buy. Sadly, that's become my experience more and more with PetSmart in general lately. Earlier today I had an online order cancelled at a different store because they didn't have the merchandise. I'm not talking difficult to find items. This was fish food, cat treats, pill pockets. The staff was friendly today. Checking out is pretty slow because of all the activity that goes on while a customer is at the register. Things like what's your phone number, what's your name, do you want to use your points, do you want to donate to charities, etc. It's great that PetSmart is offering free delivery, but that's no use when they are out of merchandise or the items you want to buy aren't available for delivery. It's an even worse experience when you drive all the way to the store and can't get basic items.

My cat got terribly sick a month after his stay. He stopped eating for over 2 weeks, dropping 20% of his body weight and costing me over $1,000 in vet bills (they couldn't figure out the I'll ess but force-feeding and antibiotics seemed to help). My mom visited my cat while he was sick and then her cat got sick as well with similar symptoms a month later.I can't say for sure that he picked the bug up here but both cats are in single cat households, indoor only, and have never been sick before this. I will not be bringing my cat back for another stay.
