took my sweet sweet Bella baby to the vet yesterday at banfeild . she got her nails trimmed which she hates . but the Male Vet we use always makes it go smoothly and a few shots but after all she was a holly jolly puppy 🎅🏼

Getting a new pet is always exciting. We had a bit of a shopping spree and found a lot of high quality items for our new poodle that were on sale. The staff was very helpful and answered the questions we had about grooming.

The people that work there know what their talking about.I had to ask them about my and my daughters fish tank. They knew exactly what to do!!! And now our fish tanks are doing GREAT!!!!!!So THANK YOU ALL!!!!!!

Was definitely not happy taking my Great Dane there today!!! They didn't do anything but wash her, no nail clipping and left my baby WET n cold!! They said they didn't have enough staff to help cut her nails and they weren't able to dry her properly either! I asked for my "packaged price" to be reduced, but was told they were unable to do so as clipping nails were "complimentary "! I said NO, it's included in my packaged price! Was also charged extra because it was Sunday yet they say they didn't have enough staff! I will be calling the manager tomorrow to see what she can do as I paid alot for nothing! Will definitely not be going back there or recommending it to anyone! They gave a sarcastic HAPPY holidays when knowing we were very upset 😡

We needed some help trying to figure out what our goldfish needed, This nice young man named Daniel helped us. He was very knowledgeable in aquatic creatures. I enjoyed talking with him, and was very pleased with his demeanor in answering all my questions about fishes and their companions. Armed with new information our little fish and his friends with be much happier in their tank. This Pet-smart will be our new shopping location and hope to run into Daniel again. Managers take note and give this kid a raise. I have never seen such a well mannered young man working for your company till now. He is management material.

We bought a cat at this store for 150 dlls and the cat was very sick and we didn’t know we trust the they take care of the pets we took the cat to the emergency pets hospital and they told us that she was very sick with liquids in her body they recommend us to put her to sleep that is very sad because they don’t check the pets and they have all this pets for sale and they’re sick and we have to paid 1500 dlls just for the diagnosis and 150 dlls to put her to sleep, they should to paid more attention

Please be careful when you buy a pet. I wanted to surprise my daughter to get her a cat for her birthday. I went there to get a cat. There was a cat I wanted to get, but there was a problem with his right eye. it was redness around eye. We asked the lady about it. The lady told us not to worry the cat had a treatment everything is fine. it is just left over the treatment. She told that cat is fine nothing to worry.So I believed her. But each day the cat's eye got worse and worse. I am taking care of the cat, but It was not really good experience for me with Pet Smart. So please be careful do not believe everything they say.

I just took my golden doodle to the groomer Kat. She did amazing with my other dog (German Shepherd) but this time it was horrible. He barely had a trim and I had to cut extra since it did not look right. I would not recommend coming here for golden doodles. She also cut his private parts really bad, it had an active razor rash.

Well I took a friend there to get their dog's clipped. I waited outside he went in and they told him he didn't have an appointment . Partly his fault he went to the veterinarian department which says all the way in the back and the dog grooming place. The guy told him no appointment so we left when thought maybe it was a different PetSmart so I called back and I said so-and-so had an appointment and clarified where they were at and we were at the right place when I came back because I was outside and I said he does have an appointment here he continued to argue with me rather than say at the veterinarian we don't have an appointment for you you made it have one at the dog groomers so I asked him for his name he said I'm off the clock I don't have to give you my name that's pretty rude I thought

They had exactly what I needed when the competitors were out. Would have bought at Pets Mart anyway but checked the other store just for GP. The sales person was awesome, really friendly. I love that I can make my own dog tags and the selection of styles is big.

One of my dogs has an allergy to something in regular dry dog food. Petmart had a dog food to which she had no allergic reaction. The food is by Castor and Pollux, Pristine, Wild Caught Salmon and Sweet Potato. The used to chew and let come her paws almost constantly. Now she does this very seldom.

Took my long haired dog here paid for furinater de-shed, low shed shampoo package, he is NOT brushed out and is now shedding worst then before. Not only was he not properly brushed his pads were not shaved out per the package I paid for and his sani-shave was not done at all. Sadly to say I will not be returning here for grooming and I advise other people find a different groomer as well.

Got more crickets, I know my leapord gecko Zeus loved them as always! Haha. We also got a fire hose toy for a dog that we are fostering that TEARS through ANY toy. So far he is still winning, lol. It has been like 20 minutes... also got more tiny milk bones for the other fosters ^-^ they love the milk bones!
