Bought a male parakeet for my female at home! This store is absolutely clean and organized! The store had tons of dog and Kitty toys on clearance. The staff is super friendly and very helpful! I love this store!!

The people there are great the prices for their packages and things are a little pricey. My dog spunky passed away and I know it's not their issue but that carries their insurance wouldn't give me some of the money back after spunky past so that's the only problem I have Banfield and I know they're a big company if they could help out if a pet passes but like I said the service and people are great..

Brought my fur baby to the Banfield hospital inside and they were really nice and I'm glad they were able to tell me what was wrong with him. And then in the regular store part is always full!!! Lot of fun toys for all kinds of animals

Don’t recommend coming here. I had never had a problem with coming to this place but this time I wanted to buy a hamster I had told the lady I had a big enough cage and showed her examples. I had asked for a different lady, but the first lady lied and told her I had told her I had a small cage She refused to sell me the hamster, but tried to sell me a small cage which I refused because I’m against small cages for hamsters. I was getting treated poorly and disrespectfully

I have went to this petsmart several time and have never had a problem until now i went with my daugher to get a hámster after researching for several days i had told the lady i had a big enough cage and she refused to sell me the hámster.I asked if i can talk to someone else and she had told the other lady that i had said i had a small cage after i had told her and showed her example she Proceeded to try to sell me a small cage I refused because i would not be using it because of how small those cages are. we where treated poorly and disrespectful don’t recommend coming here.

Jose the groomer here is fantastic!! He’s been grooming family dogs for years. Now I take my two dogs to see him and his work is so beautiful!! I’ve had a lot of groomers for my wheaten terrier but Jose is the best. He’s so patient with my dogs and the haircuts come out flawless!! And Jose is also so beyond kind and friendly. You can tell he loves his job! And the dogs love him too! Thanks Jose for being the best groomer for Mazda and Mavis! We appreciate you each and everytime!

Went to get my puppy groomed booked with Jessica AND SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I checked in a little after 4:30 my appointment was at 5 and from the moment I walked I got the impression she did not want to groom my puppy. She was asking 21 questions and the ones I didn’t know I simple said idk they groomed her at another location idk the size of clippers or scissors they used. (The lady that checked me in said there was no notes from the other location) She rolled her eyes and said what kind of comb do you use at home I told her what kind and that I purchased it from pet smart and she got annoyed she said she wouldn’t brush my mini schnauzer out if she had knots, so I asked her if she even wanted to cut my puppies hair and she said “give her, her dog back and u can book service with someone else” she was unbelievably unprofessional and rude I would not recommend her. The lady who checked me in tho was super nice and gave me the mangers number name and extension and apologized.Jessica was the old white lady with black glasses and white hair that probably needed to retire along time ago. I would not trust her with my puppy!

Biance F did a wonderful job on my GSD and Morkie. Tucson (Irvington Rd) location.They look great and she was very professional!! Very friendly, you can tell she loves dogs.We are snowbirds and will be back when passing through again. Thank you.

went in to the grooming place and was helped by biance, she was very rude and unhelpful. was trying to set my dogs up for grooming and vaccinations. never bringing my dogs here. 0/10 recommend. rude people with humans imagine my babies that aren’t able to speak.

I have been taking my dog here for years. Banfield Pet Hospital takes great care of him. The staff is very caring. He is groomed there also. Always a great experience. They have a wide selection of products to choose from and the employees always make you feel very welcome and appreciated.

First and last time coming to this location.Was looking specifically for a specific Beta fish and did not find any. When I asked the lady in the front if they had any others in the back (like their sahuarita location) she looked lost and confused. When I asked her about a return policy, she was clueless and directed me to another employee. They were not able to make a return from another pet smart location. Which is absurd. Their customer service is not good and they know nothing about their store/policies.

I called at 3:03p.m. September 5th 2023. I got a woman on the phone and she continuously cut me off while explaining my dog had gotten ringworm. She insisted on me going to the vet(which she would've known I already have if she'd not cut me off), then when I tried to tell her I was looking for a lime sulfur dip or spray, I was halfway through my sentence and she hung up on me. I feel it was very uncalled for, I was not being rude and was trying to be very polite, so there was no reason for her to act this way. I've been going to this store for 2yrs and I will never give them my business again after being treated so poorly by a woman who obviously doesn't like her job.

This is the last time I shop at this PetSmart. Every time I go and ask for a specific number of crickets they always shortchange me. I asked for 40. This is what I got. I explained to the lady at the register that there was no way there were 40 crickets in here and she radioed back to the cricket guy who *claimed* he actually gave me more than that. Well I can count, but apparently he cannot. Oh well, I guess that's to be expected from a middle-aged man who works at a retail PetSmart. Give your business to another store if it's crickets you're after. I remember a time when there was a motto that "the customer is always right."
