Took My Gizmo to PetSmart after having the worst experience at Sublime Grooming on Fort Lowell. After todays visit it only shows Sublime Grooming didn’t know what they are doing. Way better prices and AMAZING job!!! Thank you PetSmart for such an amazing Job!!! Liberty was Gizmo Groomer and will remain his groomer.

I started taking my bonded-sister pair to the El Con PetSmart grooming salon when we adopted them, almost 8 years ago. I have always been satisfied but in the past few years that has grown to delighted and loyal. The staff is warm and friendly, and really cares about the dogs and their comfort. The girls always look great, but more importantly to me, they are happy to go there.

Clean, open isles are always well stocked and neat. The staff is courteous and friendly. Pet grooming and obedience classes are available. They can help your pet from jumping on people and other bad behaviors. Very affordable and easy to shop.

Staff seemed friendly and had a good knowledge of the store layout. I had only a few simple questions - can my daughter hold one of your guinea pigs, how much are they, etc., the reason I only gave 3 stars is because I had very clearly explained that we would not be taking any animals home that day.. that I just wanted to see how my daughter handled the animal and would need a little time to speak further with my husband and her regarding the responsibility. Well, I basically had to lie in order for her to hold one for 2 minutes because apparently, unless you commit to purchase THAT DAY.. you aren't worth their time and they couldn't care less about wanting to make sure you make the right choice for your family and a potential pet.

No public restroom and sub-par cust. service. Considering most people are comfortable ordering online. Plus, Petco offers basically same products. It's a matter of preference. Went to Walmart thanks.

Renny was really good with our dog. And the rest of the staff in the grooming department were really nice and helpful.Sorry if I spelled the groomers name wrong. But they were Great.

They helped me find the right software food for my 8 year old rescue who had just gone to the vet for a teeth cleaning and had 3 teeth extracted. The salmon and whitefish was a hit for her. You can find it in the refrigerator and it has no grains. She liked the bowl clean and wanted more. I'm glad I found this with the help of the experienced staff.

Went in to purchase a crate asked cashier to see if there were more and she said there was no way to check. We went to another petsmart and they said not true and searched for us and found them across town, yes I could have called myself but the way the stores do it is faster and more accurate. So thanks to the store employees on pantano and broadway for going above and beyond and doing this inconsiderate lazy cashiers job.

Love coming in and looking around but it's all so expensive and I end up googling most things and finding them way cheaper else where and with 4 dogs and 4 cats I'm buying multiples or in bulk so saving as much on whatever I can is important!

While this store didn't carry the rather specialized item that I was looking for, the staff was still very thorough, friendly, and helpful in looking at alternatives. One staff member even suggested a competitor store that might carry it, and took out their personal phone to confirm the location with me.This is the kind of professionalism that ensures I'll be coming back to this location for any other pet needs.

Take my yorkie here for grooming and nail grinding regularly. A little more than my previous groomer. But better availability. Everyone was very nice and treated her well. I picked her up and she looked great.

A smaller petsmart compared to some that I've been to, but it had most of what we needed for our cat. The staff was really nice, and the store was well organized and clean. One thing I really liked seeing was that there's a vet clinic being added to this location!

We have 4 dogs and 2 cats , i spend a lot of money here and the extras on dog toys, costumes, bones,my 7 yrs old grandaughter needed to use restrooms and the said emoyee only, really , no public restrooms, , shame on you, petco i got your nack now

Fabulous! 🌟Great Staff Extremely Helpful and Friendly. Great Selection of Products OMG! No Joke! Seriously! 🌟Just Bought a Cat Tree from this store because of of ALL of The Above mentioned plus it had Cat Rope on it..I came from somewhere that had No Cat rope thier cat towers Shocking 😱. This store has a Unique Selection of Products A Lot Similar Products I am used to at a Petsmart but some very different ones too. This is a Gem 💎 of a Store. The New Cat Tree with a couple of My Fur Girl's things in it. 😸

Not much of a selection of harness for our pug. The cashier was a bit rude to my mom. My mom was asking about the grooming and if an appointment was needed since when we had called they told us no. The cashier told my mom "well I don't know what to tell you". Then we paid for our items and my mom told her thank you and the cashier turned her back to my and ignored her...

I don’t know what’s been the deal lately but the mindset of being miserable at your job and pouring that energy into a groom is sad. Of all the workers at this facility, I can maybe count one who seems to care. I’m very open to giving great tips to the groomers because I can only believe this job to be a difficult one but with the past 3-4 grooms, it’s all the reason needed to believe that the downfall of this facility is near. I know you may not care that a single customer takes their business elsewhere but I truly hope love for what you do makes its way back and of course, the pay reciprocates.
