Poor selection and rude staff. Been in here a couple of times for pet supplies and they never have what we are looking for. On my last visit a member of staff who was helping another customer literally came and stood right in front of me whilst I was looking at dog treats, without saying "excuse me" or anything - I guess I didn't need to be looking at those treats. That will be the last time I go to any Pet Smart

Best salon staff in Tucson! After moving away from the area, I still return to Oro Valley for my dogs grooming appointments .We have a new puppy and purchased the Puppy Guide, which saved us ton of money on the supplies too.Great service, great deals and always great finds on things that you didn’t know you need.

This is a very small petsmart. No sections for birds or other small animals. It’s really only for cats and dogs. Waste of time that it’s not a normal sized store

Would not return to this to store again! Ran out over my lunch to pick up dog food ordered online to help a local rescue that needed a specific type of dog food. This location had it in stock and went there to pick it up. Decided to add on a wet topper to the dry dog food when at the store and so purchased those items in store. The person checking me out was not the person who confirmed my pick up order but a different sales person. After I finished purchasing additional food for the rescue, went to pick up the online ordered already checked out to me and the salesperson basically treated me as if I was stealing the bag of food. I told her twice that her coworker had already checked this out to me and she did not relent. Incredibly rude and I did not appreciate being treated like a thief after spending over $70.00 doing a good deed for a rescue dog. Instead of over training and making your staff zealots on loss of inventory how about training them on customer service. Head to the Oro Valley location further up Oracle for better service.

Friendly caring staff, our dogs are older in age with health issues and the groomers are professionals and attentive to their needs .... Especially with our Minn Penn who's blind.

Our Chihuahua, Zantara now 10 years old has been benefiting from the grooming services provided by Pet Smart from the time we acquired her.Her favorite groomer was Ms. Darlene and now is Ms.Anna.They are excellent and very professional is providing grooming services for Zantara

This location is really small compared to other locations but if you just need to get a few things or all you are looking for is food for your pet then this is ideal for getting in and out. The staff was super helpful and were available when we had some questions. The dog treats seem to be a bit old so I was a little concerned about stock rotation, but I was not there to buy those things.

Took my 2 dogs for bath and brush. Told them my one dog is difficult . This was the 2nd time there. The groomer bent to pet her she barked. He went to grab her paw and she was startled. He said she tried to bite him and refused to groom her. WOW if you work with dogs you need to have a little patience and give the dog a chance to get to know you. Needless to say find somewhere else to take your dog unless they are a perfect angel

Small location packed to the gills with necessities for the pets in your life. This has been my go-to for pate varieties for my feline hooligans - the variety is great, as are the prices. The folks working here are helpful and kind, and the store is clean and well stocked. Nice to have a location so close to home :)

Seemed convenient, spent about 4 minutes in the store. Staff didn't acknowledge us, and seemed to be bothered that we were shopping in an unfamiliar layout. We were yelled at to get out of the way to load merchandise into an already narrow isle (This was the middle of the day). Overpriced, unwelcoming. Major inconvenience.

We took our dogs here for grooming and they did a wonderful job! One of our dogs is a handful to work with but groomers Nicole and Hannah were very professional, and kind and made him look absolutely beautiful even though I know it took a lot of patience and extra time on their part. Not to mention, all of the staff in the store were very helpful and friendly!

Grooming service was good, but recently it became worse and terrible.One time my dogs came out wet, and the other time they tried to charge more. The lady never shows happy face towards dogs. I always hope people work closely with pets should like them at least.

Before coming here, you should know that this is one of their smaller locations that does not have a lot of selection. If you are looking for anything other than dog and cat supplies, you probably won't find it here. PetSmart is associated with Chewy so I always like to support them.

I took my dog on Saturday afternoon dor grooming, when I picked him up was happy to see me but I got home and started to act weird and bit me, Than at night cried out 3 times. Sunday still weird like traumatized. I don't know what you do over here. Defenetly not going back ever. Awful experience.

I have had my pup, here many times. I have always been very pleased with his grooming and every other bath. He is a cocker spaniel, who needs grooming every 4 weeks and he is bathed every 2. Darlene uses oatmeal shampoo so not to dry his skin. I don’t recommend any other spa or groomer.

I was told they had an experienced groomer who knew how to groom a Scottish Terrier but they gave her a Westie cut ruined her skirt and beard even her ears were wrong. Probably will need a year to grow out

No communication with customer, didn't describe what service they offer to my dogs, then charge me $118 for each dog grooming service, which I booked online only for &65.Not going to this store any more for sure.

This location had a very good groomer at one time, but now that Nicole has groomed my dogs I cannot recommend it. She failed to cut the claws on one dog, claiming he was difficult to handle. The second dog she pointed out a cut on the dog's paw that was not there when I dropped her off. It looked to me like the cut was caused by the groomer's shaver. Also, the same dog smelled like she did not receive the bath that was part of the service. The third dog did not get the short cut on his head that I specified. Also, the three dogs are usually happy when they come back home from the groomer, but this time they acted strange as if they were traumatized. Do not take your dog to this location.

We were greeted the minute we walked into this Petsmart by a sales associate, who promptly escorted us to the exact product that we came there to purchase. The Blue Buffalo grant free wet dog food. Check out was equally easy and smooth

PetSmart has a professional dog grooming staff of people who really like dogs and customers. Prices are very moderate.This particular store is in a smaller space than the usual PetSmart occupies, a negative. However, it is closer than the larger locations and thus more convenient for me. So maybe 4.5 stars.

Lloyd did a great job with our husky. The last couple grooming at other locations did a terrible job getting all the shedding out. Lloyd is the only one who took the time to make sure she was deshedded properly.

It's great for a quick pickup, albeit it's not their fault, it is a smaller store so they might not carry what you're looking for, but they can suggest similar items or another location that might have what you're looking for. One downside, occasionally, I'll go in and the cashier will be a little snappy or rude, but that has only happened a small handful of times and the store is great otherwise.
