Took an hour and a half for 2 shots. Staff was late and it took forever for people to get checked in. Appointment was 10:30am and didn't get seen until after 11:30am.

Word to the wise... don't book the 12:54 appointment. If you walk in five minutes late, they will turn you away indicating that they "closed at 1". I understand and take full responsibility for me being late. I want to help set the expectation for future folks opting for the last appointment.

The groomer seemed to be unprepared for working with a nervous foster dog. She had no raport and went to ask three other employees if she should take the dog. After 40 minutes one of the other groomers asked her if she had taken the leash from the foster mom. No, she hadn't. Finally, she said she was not comfortable to work with the dog.I could tell within the first five minutes she wasn't able to connect so I drove across town because this Petco supports SAFE. I wasted my time waiting to hear that the groomer was not going to work with the dog.
