I was canceled and rescheduled to the next day I wasn’t informed. The groomer was out. I went back the next day at 2p I was told told my dog would be ready ready at 5p. I went to get her and I was told that she wouldn’t be ready until 6:30p. I was very disappointed, they didn’t do what I asked. Keep in mind that I went there 3x . I wanted to try them because I just moved and it was much closer to me. I am very disappointed and will not return.This experience made me appreciate Petsmart more.

Our 10 year old Boxer, Atlas, is deaf and is terrified of being put in a crate. I I always feel apprehensive about leaving him in a salon for even a few moments. Every time we walk into the Petco Grooming Center, he starts wagging his entire body from excitement. Everyone at the salon is so amazing and caring - you can really tell they love their jobs. And VERY SPECIAL props go to Jordan - when Atlas sees Jordan he can barely contain his excitement and runs straight to the back. I am so grateful for Jordan and all the care for Atlas that they provide. So, in essence, Atlas is the best dog and Jordan for President! I may be biased...lol

Our dog, "little girl" loved her grooming exp, was so pretty when she came out, smelling good and looking good - she seemed to be very happy, and our groomer, Chris, did an excellent job 👍👍

Autumn the groomer was gentle and patient with my dog. She obviously knows how to read dog body language and what to do to make herself less intimidating. She was honest with the pricing, offered add-ons but wasn't pushy. My dog came home no more nervous than his usual self! That is saying a lot! The Petco staff were also helpful and friendly at check in and check out.

Your staff does a fabulous job with grooming our two dogs, Sweetie and Bentley. Our dogs are comfortable with them and always go home looking sharp. I appreciate how patient Olivia and Amber (?, sorry I may have her name wrong) are with me and my dogs. They are so welcoming and professional. I will always come back to them.

Despite the current circumstances, PetCo, specifically Shannon, was extremely nice and accommodating! My dog Penny usually comes home a little scared from the groomer but she was a very happy girl and the whole experience was great. I really loved all the services provided for the price. We will definitely be back!

Hannah are groomer and amazing. She is so loving and caring for our dog. She’ll go out of her way to make an appointment work for us. She makes you feel like your dog is the only dog in the world.

They always accepted a walkin for a quick nail clipping. The grooming staff ladies are so gentle with our dog. And they are mindful if some dogs are poorly behaved around others and instinctively know how to separate and distract them- that's an art! I will only go to this location!

I asked for every part of my terrier's hair to be trimmed but his tail was not trimmed. The rest of him is very good. He sheds terribly so I like to have his hair cut as short as possible to save me having to dust more often.

Just a bit of a hassle to use your phone everytime for Vital Care. However very pleasant staff and groomer and we were informed that there will be a policy change coming for using Vital Care that will make it easier.

Courtney does an outstanding job with our 13 year old poodle who is mostly blind. She communicates the pick up time so there is no waiting for the blind dog at the end of the service.
