Clara was great with our 1.5 yr old poodle. Lucy came home beautifully washed and groomed. Just what we were looking for in a cut. Cleaned ears, trimmed nails and did everything Lucy needed done. Kind groomer, took her time. Recommend Petco highly!

I’ve tried many grooming services and other locations and have not found one with as amazing workers as Petco! They are always so friendly to me and my fur babies.

We dropped or dog off at 11:15AM and we were not able to pick her up until 3:30PM, and they actually wanted her longer to fix issues with the haircut. We decided to just take her and finish it ourselves at home.The stylist seemed overwhelmed. And they clearly didn’t communicate to her what we told the person working the counter earlier. There was too much separation between our chihuahua’s legs, body and head. It’ll grow out fine but it doesn’t look good.That’s twice now we’ve used this location where the energy felt chaotic and disorganized. We gave them a second chance. Felt terrible leaving our dog there for so long for something that should have been 2 hours tops. Grooming is traumatizing enough for dogs. We’re never using this location again and would advise you not to use it for grooming if you care about your pet.

As i’m walking around the store I see an open betta fish container in a random aisle with the fish still alive it in. As a beta fish owner myself this is unacceptable and careless. He seems to be in super bad condition and the water is disgusting. This is disappointing and I hope this store figures their fish care out.

I didn't go in for grooming. I needed dog aspirin. Their shelf was empty but a very nice young man went out if his way and found me some. Customer service (which we lack in America these days) was excellent at this store. Not a big store, but I was able to get aspirin, food, treats and training pads. They have a little of everything here.

I don't find the store to be very clean when you walk in and see the dirty floor right in front of you it does not give you good feeling. That being said The Grooming area is kept clean and I had the best grandma ever! Her name is Aisha she was accommodating she took me at the time I needed I missed an appointment she was so patient with me that woman is a gym! I would go wherever she goes.

The Ladies were wonderful making Elijah comfortable. It being his first time and all. Crystal did a beautiful job of taking care of my baby. When he walked out the back room Elijah was grinning from ear to ear. When my baby is happy it brings such a joy to my heart because being a service dog he always takes care of me. I recommend this place very much so. I'm not one that normally leaves feedback or reviews, but these women deserve kudos for their hard work and dedication to our animals.

Erin is a fantastic person and great with my dog! When we walk in she immediately goes to him, gets down on HIS level and loves him a lot. He, in turn, gives her lots of puppy love, kisses, the whole lot. When I see how comfortable he is with her, it makes me extremely happy. She takes great care of him and he comes out looking great! I ask only that she gives me about a half hour heads up when he's done and she does. Since we live out of town I try to do things while I wait. He looks so pretty, handsome, and happy to see me. I have recommended her services, and care, to many people. I am very happy with the care he gets and even when I purchase other items the staff there are very friendly, I don't have to wait in line very long, A pleasant experience every time.

At first I thought they did a good job. But the next day he kept scooting on the concrete until he bled. So I called the groomer and she told me about a lotion I could use. It's been 5 days and he is better but not completely healed. I don't have pictures.

The groomer was excellent. This was Dixie's 1st grooming experience since we adopted her 5 weeks ago. She's shy, but got along with the groomer like she was at home. Thank you again. She looks and smells great. We will be using Petco's grooming services again.

The groomer, Iesha was able to groom my dog, Sierra perfectly, including trimming her nails which has posed a problem for other groomers. She spoke gently to my dog and gave praises of how sweetly she behaved. I know my dog is very hyper and hard to manage, yet she did so without complaint, even giving her a nice squirrel tail cut making her so pretty. I hope Isha is on duty when I bring her again.

Jen is not a person that should be working in customer service. This was the second time my dog was serviced by her. The first time she was rude and a little rough with my dog but it was busy so I gave Petco a second chance. My husband recently brought my dog in for a nail trim and unfortunately, Jen was the one to do it. First she let out a big sigh when he asked for a nail trim (she did the same thing to me when I went the first time), like him being there was a huge inconvenience, and the she performed a service that was not requested and charged us the extra fee without discussing any of this with my husband.When I spoke to a manger he stated that he has to talk to the groomer first to confirm what happened and I would get a call back the next day from the grooming manager. Two days later no call back so I called the store and spoke to a different manager who told me he would give a refund for the difference.Furthermore, someone should talk to the girl that interrogates shih tzu owners, assuming that they have her friends stolen dog. It happened once and I let it go but it happened again and this is not okay. First she asked a bunch of leading questions and the went into the grooming salon to check out my dog to see if it's her friends dog. I don't fancy the intrusiveness or assumptions.

This my 4th time bringing my baby shih tzu into be groomed or bathed and I have also brought my pomapoo in. Liz is fantastic, she listens to what I want and executes it well. I love the entire staff there, very knowledgeable and friendly.

Today my husband took our dog for a bath and grooming, but the staff on hand were not able to complete the task, so after 10 minutes of dropping the dog off they called to come and pick him back up because there was no experience groomers in shop.

I shop this petco often for reptile supplies (got my Beardie here) and this was my worst experience to date! Angeleena was rude and abrupt. The only thing she was able to say to me was my total and ignored me when I was talking directly to her.

This location has gone way down hill. Do not trust the 4.6 stars! Groomers are inexperienced and employment has become a revolving door.
