Groomer apparently didn't listen to anything I said. Almost totally shaved my dog, and it's winter!!! My dog doesn't have matting as I brush him every other day. She used that as an excuse. He now keeps licking private areas, I'm sure it's uncomfortable for him. My husband was livid when he saw him. We won't ever go back and definitely warn others. This shouldn't happen. I paid, even if I shouldn't have, but didn't tip! You can see all my babies skin and it's still very cold outside most days.

Amber groomed my 3 dogs amazingly at Petco, Marana. Our Mocha, was adopted with chronic - cauliflower ear infection and more than one vet from NY to AZ advised to make her comfortable with ear condition or last resort double surgery (that would make her deaf). Amber took the time as always, to clean her ears and groom and bathe all 3 of our fur babies beautifully. Amber is an exceptional asset to your petco team and best groomer in every way that we ever had! Thank you to Amber!

Way to quick to do what what I paid for. Unsure if she even was bathed. Under her eyes were still gross and crusty. Paid 80 with 5 dollar tip. Service was completed in a half hour. Definitely was not worth it. Will probably go to another location or maybe a completely different groomer in the future. Was a complete disappointment overall. 😞

First… I was amazed to book an appointment online, for the same day!We had virtually NO WAIT when checking in. The staff was very professional, and treated my six year old chihuahua, “Buddy”, with gentle care! The basic bath service for Buddy, was estimated at around one hour. The entire process was completed in less than an hour, with no-corners-cut!I and Buddy are very pleased, and will continue to use Petco for all of his needs, when ever possible!Thank you to everyone on the Marana AZ Petco, grooming team!

I am new to the area and I was worried about finding a good groomer for my miniature schnauzer. After trying a few different places I think I finally found the right fit. The Petco grooming staff were friendly and helpful and they knew exactly what I wanted for my dog's cut. Price is reasonable and with the work that they do, it is well earned. They were good with my dog and he did not seem to be under stress after the appointment. Overall, a big success!

We booked an appointment online two weeks ago for my 17 year old husky to get groomed, and when I booked the appointment I put his age in. We get there yesterday and we are checked in Krista. Krista advised that she recommended the bath and deshedding package for him and that would include brushing his teeth and trimming his nails. She asked me how he does with baths and nails, I advised he doesn't love it but never has. Krista goes and talks to Barbara who was supposed to groom him. Barbara came out to us, with an absolutely horrible attitude. She told us that they would not bathe him because of his age and that it would be too stressful on him. Even though he has been bathed his whole life on a regular basis, this one time would apparently kill him and they refused to help us out because he had never been there before, even though we just moved across country. He has no health issues other than some arthritis. She tells me that at his age it's best to keep him comfortable and no stress him at all, I don't know how they couldn't have thought of that before I drove him all the way into town. So even though he has been bathed his entire life, now that he is 17, with no health issues, it's too stressful for him to get bathed. She made us sound like horrible pet owners for wanting him to be clean and then walked off. She had just finished grooming another husky and I honestly believe she just did not want to do it again. Krista that checked us in advised she would trim his nails and blow him out, but that we would not be allowed to drop him off because he was "too big of a risk". Never in my life have I ever been treated so poorly by someone who works with animals, and made to feel horrible because I wanted my dog to have a bath. I went in there with an older dog and Barbara tried to make me feel like an incompetent pet owner because my husky needed to be groomed. Petco will a absolutely be losing the business of myself and my friends. Barbara should not be interacting with the public. So now I will need to find a groomer for my husky who has survived 17 years, several cross country road trips, and multiple natural disasters because Barbara believes it would be too stressful to bathe him.

I give your Store a 10 because of your Employee Mandie! She is an Asset in my eyes! I've been going to your Store for the past year and half since we got our new addition in our life! Mandie has always taken care of our Lucy since she was a Pup! They both have a bond that I notice when I arrive at your Store for a Bath & Haircut! Well I had a really bad experience at another groomer with my other dog and asked a friend and they said that they take her girl to Alfonso. I called and made a an appointment and Alfonso was great really nice and you can tell really likes animals. We will be back.

The girl who helped me was so nice. Greeted me at the door as I arrived, and showed so much kindness to my dog. Loli seemed scared when she went in, but the girl was so sweet to her, reassuring her that everything is ok, which made me feel so much better leaving her there. We are so satisfied with the results from the Marana Petco for the grooming of our two dogs that we have a monthly date to take them. When they don't need a trim we still take them monthly for bathing, tooth brushing, check their nails etc.

I book her on line and was asked her weight, the web site said $61.00. At no time after we checked in and she was weighted at the store, that I was informed that it was going to cost more money until I was picking her up. I feel ripped off, bate and switched.
