The Petco staff were incredibly helpful. Not only were they very knowledgeable of the various topics we asked, but very proactive to ensure we received the answers we needed. We just adopted a cat, and will make this Petco location our "home-base" for our cat needs. I was impressed with the staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the store too.Thank you Petco and we'll see you soon!

Well organized and well maintained. Products were easy to find, good thing since I didn't see a single employee on the floor. Cashier was very monotone and could use some extra training on proper customer service. After scanning our items she asked if we were members of there rewards programs, unsure I told her she could try this phone number. When it didn't come up, instead of offering to sign us up, she said " Yeah, not in there, your total is 56.42" No have a good one, no thanks for stopping with us. So in conclusion if you know exactly what you want, and can read basic signage, and don't like being talked to this is your store. If not I'd try another location.

We LOVED the Santa Dress for my new pup. The Seat Belt is just perfect to keep the baby from climbing onto my lap while driving and the toys are just what was wanted!! Thank you!! I just wish you had the Santa hat to go with her dress. This store is easy to access with plenty of parking. All the associates were very friendly and helpful!!

I went in for dog treats and yes there are several but I am looking for something that is BOTH affordable and natural. I did not see that other than cow hoofs which in my opinion should not be sold. They are a danger to dogs while they chew they split and break off into small pieces that can either get lodged in their throats or intestines. Take them off the shelf!!! Secondly I wanted to find a new harness for my dogs not only could I not find a price I could not find a store associate to ask until checking out. Lastly. I understand we are in a pandemic right now but the customer service could definitely improve!!!!!

I always love taking my dog to Petco. I always find what I'm looking for and if I don't know what I'm looking for there's always someone that can help me. They always tell me about new products and promotions so I'm always trying new things with my dog and if it doesn't work I can always bring it back with no questions asked. The store is always clean and the employees are always welcoming and very friendly to my dog and I.

The lady that got the fish out of the fish was not very kind to the fish. She used her hand & the fish net to chasing the fish, them plop them in the bag. When we were done order fish, she grabbed the bag 3x to get air in the bag the fish are majorly stress out. I talk to the manager who seem not concerned. I will not be back only to get a refund on our fish if they die. I feel like they may die to trauma.

If I could give zero Stars I would. I can't rate the customer service because there was none except for the fact that she just kept staring at us rudely. Nobody ever approach my son and I. We were in there to purchase a pet with additional items but after six minutes of wandering the store we just decided to leave due to the fact that we felt like we were not wanted there.

This is my favorite chain petstore. I feel they do things better than PetsMart especially in the fish department. Sometimes they can cost a little more but they price match their website which is usually cheaper. I feel their fish have a better environment as a whole but they need to do something about how Bettas are kept. All chain fish stores that I know of keep Bettas the same way and chains as a whole need to change that. I support and like Petco even though I usually like shopping local this is a good shop.

Absolutely love this location! The staff are amazing and very knowledgeable and always ready to answer any questions. I used to go to a different location, but this one is now my new favorite, and I will definitely be back!

Great little store,, kinda tucked away but don't miss it,, staff treats you right, and they are informative, not like petsmarts poor customer service, and whatever it takes to say to get you to buy. A+++++

Only reason I'm giving a second start is for the friendly staff. The fish area is disgusting! Algae buildup in all the tanks. If it wasn't for the calcium lines I may have just thought I caught them on a bad week. My fiance had to get me out of there so I wouldn't take home all the fish. The small pet area smelled of dirty bedding. I visit another Petco regularly, and have never seen or smelled anything like this.

I have a nervous Am Staff mix who sounds very threatening when she growls... Which she does at everyone because, as stated before, she is nervous. They treat her so well, tell her how good she is, and even give her treats sometimes. Easiest way to her heart is a nice treat... Or just any treat 😆They never push her too far, but are always there if she wants a hand to sniff or a good pet. I can't take her a lot of places because she's scary to people who don't understand, but they do. They really really do. So much so, that we are now going through their Adult 1 training program. They make my girl feel welcome and comfortable enough to walk around the store and that's means a lot to someone like me, and I'm sure her too.

We showed up at Petco right before they closed tonight to get some mosquito control products for our dogs. We needed goldfish and advantix. Both products take extra customer service. (The goldfish needed to be fished out of the tanks that were already closed off and the Advantix was in a locked case.) Calista took her time as did both for us, even explaining the differences between the mosquito pharmaceuticals even though she was probably tired and at the end of her work day. During this stressful time for all of us, I was really impressed.

I'm so sad it's closing really nice store tho everyone was super nice and my dad was friends with all of them since we went their so often. None of them are being transferred to other stores which sucks

Everything is 10% to 90% off at this location not much left but still have good brands of dog and cat food. I got a $69 bag of dog food for $45 today👍👍

I understand the reason they are closing the store because it's in a bad location but the people were very good helping. I hope they are transferred to another store to work
