Employees were courteous and helpful. Most other Petco locations employees are rude but not this one. They seem to care. Maybe it was just a good day for them but I am not complaining.

I Will no longer be shopping at Petco because I got their rewards card last year and started buying my dog food there thinking I could get discounts. Come to find out those points Don't transfer to the following year. I spent over $300 last year and Lost all my points this was never explained to me I was never told this! On top of it you have to download the app and transfer the points manually from the app to be able to use them. And they drop off at the end of the year. Why don't you tell this to your customers Petco!!! Corporate greed!!! I want my points back or some kind of compensation before I ever walk into a Petco again

Our dog visits this Petco for "doggie day camp" and WOW does he love it. He starts barking with excitement as soon as the car enters the parking lot. After I pick him up and bring him home he sleeps through the entire next day.

We took our standard poodle to be groomed. The girl with Pink hair did a lousy job! She said that the dog was matted and she felt uncomfortable cutting her. She ended up quitting halfway through the grooming, if she felt uncomfortable, she should have never started. Our dog looks ridiculous thanks to pink hair. The manager was no help either. So if you need your dog groomed, go somewhere else Petco on wetmore doesn't have the talent to do a good job. Or they will leave your dog half-done. Terrible service.

Store couldn't find an employee to assist me in locating a product for almost 12 minutes. When someone was available, they gave me the incorrect aisle to find the product. Waited 10 more minutes only to be rushed to the correct aisle and told to find it myself, and that employee rushed off to help someone else. Terrible customer service. 😑

Great selection of different bird and dog foods and prices a little cheaper than other pet stores. Plus we had a great time looking at all the turtles, fish etc. I actually felt more relaxed when we left 😊

It was just ok. I had to wait about 7-10 mins for someone to know I was up front waiting to be checked out. The selection for the wet food I buy has decreased drastically.

I realized this is a specialty department store or store in general and they would like to offer the best quality products to their customers but the prices are outrageous and the customer service is poor at best. In addition as a follow-up to my previous statement and posting we purchased a high dollar harness for our puppy she's really not a puppy but it was quite expensive and it is coming part as it seems This is 3 weeks later I'm not very happy with the quality of products being sold by this store be careful buyer beware

Unfortunately we had a bad experience here this morning. We bought a 75 gallon aquarium. We needed assistance getting the aquarium in our car. This is the second one we've purchased of this size from Petco (the first one at the store on River) and it fit fine in our back seat.There was only one associate helping us. He carted the aquarium out to our car and I had to help lift it into the car. He was on his cell phone almost the whole time until he FINALLY asked if he could have the person on the phone hold and he ended up dropping his cell phone. I was trying to tell him how the other store did it ( sidenote THEY had two associates helping at RIVER) but he wasn't listening to me and tried to go in backwards holding the aquarium into my back seat! He of course got himself stuck. So I was stuck holding up the other end all by myself!! I kept saying this isn't how they did it and at that point my hand was smashed, the cart he used to roll it out rolled into my body no less than 4 times, already have bruises form!! I'm hurting in pain. One time the cart rammed into my car and DENTED it !!! This was a horrible experience. I'm calling my doctor as my back has been tweaked something fierce with his lack of knowledge on how to carry and transfer a large heavy item. Please provide better safety TRAINING on how they should be handling these situations!!!

First of all every single person that was working that store had a bad attitude. The store was trashed in itself. There was a store attendant walking around telling me and several other customers that were looking at cat condos. That it would be cheaper to purchase on Amazon instead of trying to get this sale in house. Then on top of it apparently you guys have some new policy where you charge $.25 for a plastic bag. Which why would I pay that when I had to pay outrageous prices as it was because everything that should’ve been on clearance was marked up. So I had to walk out fumbling with all my merchandise. I will never go back to that particular location ever again. And I’ll be sure to let everybody know about my experience.

Never a line to get supplies. Helpful service in store, but not online. Not a fan of the rewards app that you have to get for discounts. Lost out on 3 coupons because i didn’t have the app to download the coupon for the first 2 and the last one expired before I could use it. So, that’s more of a gimmick and not good customer service. Don’t waste time with their rewards program. Would be better if they honored the earnings. They also won’t allow free shipping when they are out of stock on an item. So, best bet is not to buy anything labeled by petco.

Lee groomed my 2 sometimes difficult pups today and she was fantastic and so nice! My pups don’t seemed tortured in the least bit and they like to milk it like they are any time they get groomed. 10/10 recommend!I also want to add how friendly and informative everyone else was as well! 1st time at this petco and I will definitely use this as my go to pet store!

The staff at this Petco is very kind and extremely helpful/knowledgeable. Justin took a lot of time and care to assist me in finding products to help my cat and her kittens. His great suggestions made a big difference for them. I am so grateful to Justin and to everyone at this store for going above and beyond!

Today is Dec 18 an it was the worst experience I could ever have, I took my dog in for a hair cut, with them knowing the dog was matted, an started to do her hair and calls me two hours later saying they have to re schedule my dog , she didn't finish the job my dog was shaved half way , in the afternoon when I dropped her off , I heard a employee yelling at a dog an saying unkind things at the time,, I will never return to this store , employee were very rude and unprofessional at there job, I'm in need of the owner number to inform him on this matter

I took my Yorkie to get groomed, & as you can see in the picture they did such a horrible job. Her hair was so uneven it was just horrible.I contacted them and the GM was suppose to call me back within 2 days. It's been 6 days and I have not heard back from them!

Everyone at this location is particularly nice and helpful. I enjoy coming in and appreciate how knowledgeable the staff is. When I was setting up my turtle tank and two different fish tanks, I was surprised by how much the staff knew about fish compared to other Petco or PetSmart locations I’d been to. They’re usually very well stocked on cat food, toys and supplements too! Also something else I notice is that even when there aren’t many employees or they’re doing something away from the register, they’re very good at noticing when people are ready to check out rather than just letting you wait forever like many places. I’ve had nothing but good experiences in three years coming in.

Sam helped me set up the Vital Care Premier membership and activate my account with Petco app as to receive the various benefits offered through the program.I was able to purchase the specialty food required for my special needs cat at a very affordable rate due to the perks along with the in-store coupon stacked with the 10% discount.I'm very excited for the opportunity through the program to find an affordable way to care for my furr-ever family.The customer service at this location was top notch by every single employee.Thank you so much guys for prov a pleasant and friendly experience!!!(Petco is by far my favorite chain store.)

Total fraud. They advertise prices online, then greatly increase when you shop instore. Store clerks will not give the advertised price unless you ask. This is criminal. Probably not worth following up as this place is real close to going under.
