I’m not one to write negative reviews. I’ve always had wonderful experiences having my dog Luna groomed for deshedding and a bath on a regular basis at this location. I’ve said it’s ok to cut/shave any mats but nothing more. German shepherds should never be cut/shaved as it messes with their temperature regulation. After many positive experiences of truly helping me manage my dogs shedding around the house, I took her in today and received back a completely different dog with an absolute butcher job to her hair. I understand it’s hair and it grows back but it could take months and it may never grow the same again. Extremely upset and I hope this right is wronged as I’ve been a loyal customer. On another note my corgi, Dixie looks fabulous. If only my GSD could’ve had an experienced groomer. In my opinion if you get your dog groomed here, get to know the staff first. Be cautious with trusting them as well. So upsetting.

We have taken our sweet pup to Petco several times and it has always been a positive experience. On our latest visit Alejandra groomed our little Scruffy and she did an exceptional job. Many thanks to her.

FIRST TIME CUSTOMERI booked cutting and bath for my 2 little dogs. I had never taken my dogs to Petco for any reason. The price seemed good for a cut and wash. Girl who checked in the dogs was nice and I explained the health concerns of one of my dogs. All was good. When I picked up the dogs the person checking me out was nice and told me about the app to get 20% off on the first cut. This guy helped me with the app (I'm 60 and not an app person). When the dogs came out the dogs hair cuts looked great.THEN I got the bill, there was an charge of $5 for supplies or maintance or something for each dog. So, I questioned the hidden fee. OMG, this went on for a while, I told them I was not paying a hidden fee. After a good lenght of time and my blood pressure going up the manager on duty said he would remove this fee. So, I paid and left a $5 tip for each groomer then store. Later that night I thought about the $100 (little less), I thought that cant be right. Well, I did not have the reciept because the manager on duty didnt give it to me. Dog cut cost $50 each, I gave $10 (total) tip, 20% off with the app for first time customer.So, my math => $50 + $50 + $10 = $110 minus 20% (22) = $88So, I went by the store the next morning to get some of my money back. Well that didnt work because I didnt have the reciept and they could not reproduce my reciept or even look at my account to see the history. The manager of duty (same guy) went on and on about something I signed when I brought the dogs in. I told him I never was asked to sign anything and I have no idea what he was talking about. This went on and on again.He said he would look into this and give me call tomomrrow.Well....... I guess he lost my number because he has never called

I couldn't have been happier with the quality or the appearance of both my dogs following their grooming. The groomers were very pleasant and followed my requests to the letter. My dogs no longer fear going to be groomed, they used to shake uncontrollably when going to other groomers. I would have given them 5 stars except for the price charged which I feel was a little bit too high. Even then, I will continue using this Petco because of the exceptional care I know my dogs are receiving and their beautiful appearance following their grooming.

I’ve been coming here weekly for a few years now, mainly to buy crickets.It’s a great place to buy pet supplies, including feeder insects. Forest, Angelique, and the manager Chris are all friendly, knowledgeable people who will help you out whenever you need it.

One of the nicest, cleanest and less crowded Petco stores. Seems to always have a full stock of products. Knowledgeable staff that is always happy to help. Great late night opening hours!

Don’t bring your pet to this grooming store. The grooming manager left retaliatory comments in our service dogs account and referred our dogs out of petco grooming after we left a negative review. She bragged about her store bringing in the most money so the regional district manager has her back. Even the store manager can’t resolve this issue because she’s bringing in money for the store. They don’t care about your pet and they cram 4-6 dogs in a single grooming appointment. Our dogs are service dogs and they are the sweetest therapy dogs. We paid over $150 per grooming and even at that rate, it wasn’t enough money for the store because they want to take in more dogs and increase their revenue. So If you have a problem with the store and write a negative review then they will block you, write retaliating comments on your account and refer your dogs out of all the Petco stores. That’s how much they care about their bottom line. That’s how Petco chose to treat you and your beloved pet. Avoid this store at all costs.

While I was at the store, I actually picked up two bags of food, and when I got to the register one fell out of the cart and this was a 30 pound bag and the guy at the register just stood there and looked at me like I was stupid instead of offering to pick it up

This store has a serious problem in their warehouse and store. We bought a bag of Canidae (dog dry food) and when opened at home, it was full of bugs (little black ones).When we returned the bag to the store, we hadn’t explained anything when the guy at the counter told us there was no problem in changing it and we could pick any other that we wanted. We asked for a reimbursement instead of changing the bag, and when we asked if the problem was Canidae, they said the problem was another brand that had contaminated many bags (they claimed that was Purina). What amazed us is they already knew about the problem and still have the products in the shelves, they didn’t take them away !! Be careful buying here.

I brought my dog, Honey, in for Grooming. She is solid and worked hard to go back to the car. The groomers were adept at getting the slip lease on her and leading her back to their area. I meandered through the dog treat sections and stocked up on small ones in bins by checkout. All the employees were friendly and helpful. One explained the sale on leashes and other items in boxes near the front of the store. I highly recommend this Petco location.PS They also have Vetco twice a month when a veterinarian administers pet vaccinations.

This store is very hit and miss. Only once have I had decent service. Most of the time, it is impossible to get help. I have left stuff and walked out before because no one would get fish for me <despite being called overhead twice>. I tried curbside pickup as I thought it might be better. After waiting 10 minutes in my car, I went inside. There were 3 customers waiting at the register and no employee in sight. I don't know how they stay open.

Best time in a Petco. Manager Angelee was an absolute treat. She was smart and helpful, with a smile the whole time. Was very helpful in getting us discounts we deserved and information on further options with no pressure. She helped us load up our cart with some heavy stuff making great suggestions all the way. It's not often i shop in stores like Petco and PetSmart as i have had a bad experience in the past in general, however she made me feel welcome and left me feeling at ease when we left. Very professional. The store was spotless and the animal oder was practically non existent which tells me they care about the animals as more than just a product on the shelf.This store comes with my highest personal recommendation and this whole team deserves a raise and any other accolades available.This will be my future pet local!

I brought my dogs in for their walk-in nail trimming service. The groomer refused to trim my dog's nails claiming they were too busy. Don't offer walk-in services if you're unable to accommodate them. You just lost my business Petco!
