I ordered birthday balloons for my husband to be delivered at home to him while I was at work. It included 2 birthday foil balloons and 12 accent latex colored balloons. I guess they were out of the 2 birthday balloons I ordered… so my husband only received colored balloons for his surprise. Nothing said happy birthday. It was extremely disappointing. The only notice I received was an email explaining they were out 1 hour before delivery. I ordered 2 days prior and I had put in my phone number. Yet I did not receive any calls. I will never order delivery from here again.

3 workers and not one smile. Every time I come here I always leave feeling unsatisfied from the minimal selection of merchandise. I went in on a Sunday for some last minute birthday balloons. This place charges for everything the liquid to make balloons last “24” hours. The bag to keep balloons from flying everywhere. Like seriously as much as I paid for the balloons it should come with a bag. The manager didn’t fill the foil balloon’s completely as you can see in the photo. One of the balloons has a HBD prop that you have to put on and that tore while putting it in the car. My lesson: There are many local party places. I really wish I planned better. Over all my spouse loves his balloons. 2 stars.

I came here for disposable trash cans for a party which I easily found but I will order online next time and avoid visiting this store at all costs. I waited 15 minutes to check out here. There were two people working and only one girl was actually helping customers, the other one was avoiding customers and wandering aimlessly. Another customer asked the associate if she could help us and he stared at her with no response and walked away. Very bizarre.

Party City has just about anything you would need for throwing an adult or a kid party. I usually find exactly what I am looking for and more. It can be a little expensive, but for the most part, the prices line up with stores like Amazon.

They cancelled my online order within the three day pickup period without my consent. Cant reorder because now the items are out of stock on the online store. Unbelievable… Hard to believe online ordering is this bad in 2024.

The signs posted all over the store said, "FREE DELIVERY ON ANY PURCHASE between Dec. 17th and Dec. 23rd" and when we get to the checkout they tell us ON BALOONS ONLY. They lied!

I was in twice and was waited on both times by knowledgeable staff. I wished I knew the name of the gentleman who was terrific helping me plan my balloon bouquets. He was very accommodating! I later decided to have my 3 balloon bouquets delivered. I called the store and again had a wonderful interaction in setting up the delivery. Would totally recommend this store for party needs! Fantastic customer service. Thank you!

They are pretty cleaned out- I couldn't find anything I was looking for, not even in generic, non themed colors. The aisles were pretty bare and anyone on the floor that I found that I could have asked for help was on their phone. The one thing I did want, a large bag of m&ms sitting on a 75% off table (there was more than one) was not actually on sale, but WAS set there by an employee who was going to add the correct signage for it but didn't do so before placing the product so super unfair with misleading pricing. I definitely didn't cause a scene, just said I don't want it then and didn't even get an apology for the situation.

I recently had my 35th birthday party and wanted to create a "purple" theme. Omg this place has literally ANYTHING one could possibly need in terms of decorations! I was shocked when I walked in. The store is GIGANTIC! Prices are pretty reasonable too. Definitely recommend if you want to go all out for a party and/or do a creative theme.

I like how simple they make it for you to find what you're looking for. Well I was shopping for a costume for my son. I didn't like that they wouldn't let him try on the costume to see if it fit good, but they were nice about it.

Staff was really friendly and quick. Had exactly what I needed. But unfortunately I paid extra for the Ballons to last longer and they didn't even fload longer than 12 hours =(

Employees polite and helpful. However, it was quite sad to see that most aisles only have hooks and price tags, no products.7/27/2023 update.Changed from 2 stars to 4. The store is now well stocked.

I was here 3 times over the last few months (Aug-Oct 2022). They have very limited staff and the stock is low or out for a number of items. I had to order white table covers from the online store as they never had any. No raffle tickets either. A lot of stuff is in boxes on the floor. I remember when this was a great place for supplies. Sadly now, it is kind of a mess.

Came to spend over 500$ on helium tanks , all to get ZERO help finding them , bringing all 9 tanks to the register with your tiny excuse for carts , and no help getting them out . I waiting 20 mins in line all to be told “ oh ya you can go grab them “

Zero stars.All I came in for was to get balloons filled with helium for my dad's funeral. Was there for 30 minutes to fill up only 9 balloons while the two girls especially the fat one just stood and talked and was also told they couldn't fill them up with helium only "air" so ofcourse the balloons were wonky and weren't flyable.

They have many options in party themes, staff leaves less to be desired, but the store options make up for the lack of customer service. I gave 3 stars for the availability of party options, too bad corporate doesn't see who is representing their amazing jewel of party favor options. I would recommend corporate make a concerted effort in whom they hire to sell their fabulous products.

Thank you to the Party City team for helping with my terrible planning. I had ordered a bunch of retirement decor for my dad's retirement, but didn't know that my brother (who lives in Tucson) was leaving town. The manager was able to get my delivery order rescheduled and sent that evening. Her and her team were super friendly and incredibly helpful. THANK YOU ALL for being so fantastic!!
