As we travel the country finding good quality food can be a chore.  But heading west in many states we can find a Natural grocers.  If you understand the story behind the opening of their first store, you know why we love shopping there.  While were in the Tucson area they have several locations and our favorite is the location on Oracle Rd.  Robin and her staff are very friendly and they go the extra mile to help you with your needs.  All the produce at every store is organic, they have a large selection of supplements with educated people to answer your questions.  Join their N-Power program and save even more.    Stay Healthy!

I definitely love this market more than any other market. Most everything is organic. The products are very fresh. You can find here very friendly and efficient service. They go out of their way to assist you if you need help. I very highly recommend this market.

Great selection of vegan products, I usually stop here because they carry the large tub of Earth Balance Vegan Butter. The other day they had their Natural Grocers vegan butter sticks on sale decided to try them out. Great buttery flavor and texture, organic, and appreciated TBSP markings.

Natural Grocers has an excellent selection of vitamins & supplements. Their staff are always friendly and helpful. Small, but thorough selection of all-organic vegetables and fruit. Good selection of cosmetics that have safer ingredients. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but they have regular sales and ongoing member deals on things like cage-free eggs.They also have complimentary classes that are very informative - highly recommended!

Natural grocers where I’m from is wonderful. This store is impossible to find help. Very depressed atmosphere. Tried to kindly inform the manager of an issue, but he brushed me off claiming that because others have not had issues he “doesn’t agree with me” about this store. Hence why this store has problems. Problems usually begin with management.

They have such a great variety of items from groceries, many choices of supplements, protein powders, to organic fruits and veggies, natural bath & beauty items, essential oils, pet food, and everything a grocery store would have and more. The customer service here is always friendly and they check the back for items if you ask or help you find the supplement you need. The store has sales daily and membership bonuses & deals often, no member fees mind you. Clean store and well stocked shelves. We love their own brand of sprouted wheat bread and peanut butter and so many other food items. They do not use plastic bags, nor paper bags, just boxes from the products they sell (for you to reuse or recycle at home) or you can usually get one of their shopping bags every so often as part of a monthly special. Really glad this grocery store is in our area! This sounds like a paid review but it's not, we just really appreciate this store :).

Excellent service! Kind and considerate employees. Yeah, I appreciate those who work at this absolutely fantastic Natural Grocers! Thank you to them! Such great selection of items too. Very thankful and happy over the moon happy to have shopped there! I only shopped at Sprouts and Costco and Safeway last time I lived here. Super happy I finally shopped here, my new go to grocery store! Happy to be back in beautiful Tucson and shop at my new favorite grocery store!

This is my go-to grocery store; they usually have everything I need and want and their prices are reasonable, which matters with today's inflation. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and I can trust that whatever I put in my cart is going to support my health and well-being. I have tried the other greener groceries nearby, but as an Autistic person with sensory and food sensitivities, this store has my approval. The lights are tolerable, the music, if playing, is usually pretty quiet and tame, and the odors are fairly neutral throughout the store. I'm so grateful for sensory friendly Natural Grocers. Thank you!

This store appears to do what it says. The employees wear masks and sanitize the checkout station between customers. There's a much wider range of products than you might expect when you first walk in. The only thing lacking is a meat/fish counter. The staff is very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I'll be a frequent customer from now on.

Is anyone interested in having good health and feeling great? Natural Grocers is where I get beef and eggs. Grass fed free range. Organic.Taste is just "right" you know? They also have a very large selection of crunchy delicious nutritious cereals made by conscientious companies. Also real Italian pasta from where else? Italy! Imported from. And the sauces Mama Mia! I could go on and on. I believe they have something for everyone really and I personally highly recommend all to come in and check it out for your own selves. You will not regret the trip because you will find plenty to like and love! Cheers!

It was also a weird place to shop. The staff kept leaving the checkout post to get items for a people that were checking out, two registers were tied up for this. And it wasn’t a few minutes, it was like they were re shopping. There appeared there was chumminess. It made it inconvenient for people in line who had their items and had already asked workers before they got in line. It looks like they were friendly to some and didn’t care to be professional across the board to all customers. Would not recommend this store.

I would have given 5 stars had it not been for an employee who made a wisecrack regarding something I was looking for that was important for my friend. It was hurtful and flippant and probably best if he thought it rather than vocalized it.

My first time visiting and I was happy to find that they respect gluten free people and carry an actual selection to choose from (instead of a token one or two as most stores grudgingly stock) Tho not a big fresh produce section, many other items frozen and clean meats were available!! Best choice to shop for supplements and healthful personal grooming products - wow!!

Spoke to robin right now on the phone and was very rude interrupting me. I shop here and she made me feel uncomfortable. Just because you are a manager please learn how to have customer service skills on the phone as well. Geeez lady way to make someone feel weird just trying to ask questions about a job because I love this store. Now I feel weird if I even shop here.

Close to my workplace so I love to go there and grab a quick snack or drink on my break. Always very friendly and accommodating. Yes, it's pricey if you don't get sale items but I generally don't make purchases if something isn't on sale. It's healthy though so better to spend more on health than eat something that will make you feel unhealthy.

I like them and shop there, usually when I know about a sale! Yes, they are higher than Sprouts, but not like Whole Foods. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. Also, All of their produce is Organic, and local (I believe). The few fruits/veggies I have bought have been so delicious! BRING YOUR OWN SHOPPING BAGS. They do not give out plastic or paper bags! They do recycle their boxes, so they give those out, if you don't have anything to use to carry out your groceries. Check them out!

Close to home and similar to a Trader Joes or Sprouts. Smaller store, not a bad selection and certainly ended up having what we needed. Pricing was fair, nothing that wow'ed us but a pleasant experience overall.

great store however seems like prices on vitamins keep going up, especially during a pandemic, and that is quite a disappointment. store could also use a few additional cashiers. Carts, hand baskets, and registers are being cleaned between customers. good job on that, main reason for 4 star rating

This business doesn't honor mask exemptions and therefore compromises both staff and customer's health and freedom. They are just as tyrannical as their government and don't represent good values any more!Offering to speak to the store manager or to shop for me doesn't change that!

I'm all for healthy food options and choosing organic when possible, I'm just a little confused how this store can price almost double for similar products and stay in business. An unfriendly cashier was remedied by a lovely new male grocery assistant who almost made up for the lack of checkout speed
