At Natural Grocers, you don't have to search for organic produce, because it is all organic and very well tended at the stores by their produce people and at reasonable prices for freshly harvested goodness.

I absolutely love this grocery store! Pricewise, it's cheaper than Whole Foods and maybe a little bit more expensive than Trader Joe's on certain items. But their selection of food is fantastic and all of their produce is organic. Their supplements are also the cheapest in town! The ambience of the store is nice too. It has a down to earth vibe, friendly people, and it's usually very quiet and peaceful because it's not super crowded.

They do not enforce the "no pets allowed" policy. With pets comes the dangers of salmonella. Dogs walk through there own feces and urine and track it into the store. So I filed a complaint with the health department. Secondly, I did not have a good experience with the tall AA cashier. I find her to be rude. I'll be buying my produce from Safeway down the road from now on. Way to lose customers.

Thank you Natural Grocers for all that you are doing to improve health and well-being for so many. I have shopped at your stores in the past but recently increased this substantially. The primary reason for this is your nutritional health coaches and classes, especially Jessica Kaskey at the Broadway at Country Club location.I have benefited a lot from numerous one on one health coaching sessions and purchase assistance meetings with Jessica. I have also attended many of her presentations, which have all been very informative and well done. I am quite grateful for these opportunities to learn and grow.Words are inadequate to express my deep appreciation for Jessica. She has been an excellent listener who also knows how to ask terrific questions to help determine what she recommends. Additionally, she has consistently been extraordinarily kind, patient, well informed, courteous, professional, cheerful, encouraging, resourceful, and helpful in all of my interactions with her. I truly appreciate Jessica and Natural Grocers. Thank you again.

Exceptional customer service!I was frustrated for months trying to find products without fillers and additives. When I got to Natural Grocers I was impressed with their selection, but also overwhelmed. Jessica, the vitamin/supplement specialist seemed to notice and immediately offered to help. She asked to see my list and understood what I was looking for. Being short on time, Jessica asked if she could take my list (with over 20 vitamins) so she could continue to find the products. When I came back the following day I was shocked to see she had found almost all of the vitamins (I had scoured online for weeks and was not able to find half the products). Jessica went through everything with me and also made a few suggestions to ensure that I was getting a balance of proper nutrients. She was also able to help me find substitutions and multivitamins to consolidate some of my list, as only someone with her level of knowledge and expertise could.I am just so grateful and impressed by my experience, I look forward to returning in the future!I highly recommend Natural Grocers at the Broadway and Country Club location!

Like a Whole Foods or sprouts. I buy the NOW brand essential oils here because I love the smell. Especially the Peppermint! So good. They have a great assortment of everything here. They carry my favorite lemonade Santa Cruz organics. Love the Strawberry and Mango.

At the very beginning I thought it mostly sold supplements but when I kept coming back I began seeing all the great groceries and hidden gems. There are more kinds of products here than I ever suspected, and it's where I buy all my eggs now. The store layout is easy to learn after a visit or two and the prices are actually competitive. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me. The bulk section is great and the variety of whole grain flours - sublime! I'll keep coming back.Edit: I recently had a bit of an issue finding a product. Help was very easy to find and the manager more than made it right. The cashiers are very friendly, I love the hard to find grains I can buy, and honestly my experience just keeps getting better.

I've been going to Natural Grocers since I lived in Colorado. They have so many options for the best prices. The stuff is always super informative and sweet. It has a little bit of a hippie Vibe which I like. They have a huge vitamins selection and always better prices than Whole Foods and even sprouts. The only thing I don't like is their hours of operation because they close at like 8. I wish they were open 24/7. It's also a good place to meet people even though we are supposed to be social distancing. The parking lot is a great place to wave at someone. I like how everyone wants to be healthy. Natural grocers is the best!!

As an autistic community member, this is by far my favorite grocery store. The store caters to my sensory needs much better than nearly all other grocery stores and also provides options for all my niche food sensitivities and preferences. They also put so much back into the community and their employees that I would rather spend my money to them.

I always shop at this location. Shopped there yesterday Friday June 4th and spent almost $300 in groceries and the tall, African American girl with braids at the check out counter watched me as I struggled to get all my things into boxes instead of helping me. I really did not appreciate that. I have never experienced that before, everyone here is always so nice and friendly and helpful. She must be new because I’ve never seen her before. She may need some more training with helping customers.

Wide selection of organic produce with many local options. Prices are much more reasonable than Whole Foods. The atmosphere is calm and laid back, and yet the staff are super eager to help and friendly at the registers. I love that they provide used boxes instead of plastic bags if you forgot your reusable bags. My only suggestion is that they play some music in the store because it can be a little too quiet for shopping- I could imagine some jazz, classical or reggae!

Just wanted to shout-out your worker Grant. I’m a new InstaCart shopper, and he went above and beyond helping me find some tricky items several times, all with a smile and being very courteous. Even when my customer changed their mind *mid* checkout, he was happy and quick to help me without making me feel like I was being a nuisance. (Which I definitely was! Lol)He definitely deserves a raise. 😊✨

Those who work at these grocers seem to be very over worked, and thus there is a lack of care for the customer. Not the employees fault.I Always have to make a return on produce, the quality control is absolutely horrible. From unripe out of season produce, to nearly rotten, to bug infested. Yes ORGANIC is great.Maybe try to educate the produce workers on what a good fruit/vegetable is. So we dont have to make multiple trips to the store in a week.Other note on this grocer, is if you return a product that say "leaks color in your food after cooking" (pakka spoons), instead of returning the spoons to the business who made a toxic mess up on a product, this store decides to put all spoons on sale. So when YOU buy one, YOU cannot return it.I also got tiger nut flower that made me incredibly sick, violently on the toilet, I returned the product and made a report, and still 2 weeks later the same product is on the shelf and on sale. This was the river location.I highly recommend sprouts unfortunately, I have had far less bad experiences there. And when I have to make a return I am not judged or bothered.
