Had a basket full of products. Went for a gree mini split replacement filter which google search said was available at this store. Walked up and down filter aisle for 15 minutes. Couldn't find anyone to help. So I bought only a BBQ cover and lawn food. Turned a big sale into a very small one. Well done Lowe's. Same reason I quit home Depot.

Went in to purchase security door. Everything went smooth. Guy comes out measures says I'll get a call to set up installation. Never got a call. Went into the store, turns out it said I cancelled it. Never happened, so after getting that fixed and the door bought. Finally got the scheduled install set up. Between 9-11 window. No call...no one showed up. Get at call at 1225 saying he's on his way. 2 hours later I call. Found out the guy lied and said he came to my house and spoke to me and had the wrong door. That never happened and now after I called AGAIN have to wait AGAIN for a scheduled install and wait AGAIN after paying almost $400 I would've expected better service. Horrible Horrible service

Caution utilizing this store!! I purchased a security door for my new home & paid for installation on January 19th. An employee came out & installed the door. One of the most unprofessional employees w/an attitude. Poor craftsmanship. I made all necessary calls to have the door reinstalled properly. Through broken promises & missed schedules, Lowes had to get a sub out of Phoenix to complete the task. Was finally completed onWednesday, April 10th (3 months later). Still a punch list item exist, unable to utilize the top dead bolt for locking and unlocking with a key. Not worth the trouble getting them back out! Advice, use Home Depot or other.

Went to this lowes to pick up a dishwasher. The man in appliance who helped us was great. However, the experience at the front working cashier, was completely upset that they had to help us. It started because there were 10 barcodes and we could not find the right barcode, then we tried to apply our discount and it was not working. Each interaction progressively got worse, with the employee getting more and more agitated and more concerned if they could close register 8. They were covering for someone and were upset that they had to be there. This employee was doing nothing but standing there complaining to a co-worker. I shop at Lowes all the time, never have I experiences such laziness. I refused to purchase the dishwasher and went to Home Depot. Customer services like this does not help the company not there customers.

We enjoy! Going to Lowe's sometimes more than home Depot simply because the air doesn't smell like sawdust all the time. It's also nice when you can compare the variety of products with another store.

Fernando made our experience amazing! We needed help and couldn’t find any employees to help, he let us know he was only a price changer but he went above and beyond to not only help us find the exact shelf we needed, he got one of those big ladder things and got a big heavy box from the top shelf for us/ opened it AND put it in our carts for us. He absolutely should be acknowledged for taking all of the extra steps! Very hard worker

I had a horrible experience with Lowes. I booked an order from their store $830 for delivery and requested the delivery date to be March 30th. However, I did not receive my materials on the scheduled date. I went to the store to inquire about my delivery and they set it up again for April 1st between 2-8 pm. Even after April 2nd, I still did not receive my delivery. Lowes did not inform me about any delays or expected delivery times and they did not seem to care about their customers.

Don’t order appliances from this Lowe’s. Our time frame for delivery was 8-12pm. When we called at 2pm they said our appliance was loaded on the truck at 11:45. 4:30 pm and still hasn’t been delivered. Whoever their third party delivery company is clearly doesn’t care about time frames and neither does Lowe’s. Go to Home Depot if you want fast appliance delivery and nice drivers.

Had such a good experience shopping tonight because of Rikki! He helped me compare tool sets and carried them to put side by side so I could see what differences there were. He took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed, at the best deal. One of the sensors went off and he helped me take it to get shut off immediately. Directed me to customer service when I mentioned I’d probably just apply for a Lowe’s card (wish he could get credit or commission or something for it) he told me it would be easiest at customer service. The ladies there were also super helpful! I ended up saving $150 and got a full new tool set for my rzr. Then, when I was leaving Rikki was outside collecting carts and made sure I found everything and was happy with it. He’s apparently a “jack of all trades” and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond, I’m thankful for all his help!Pictured is some of the tools he helped me pick out. I had already chosen a bag but he was willing to even help me pick out the right bag for them. Awesome guy!

Never again. Ordered a range top microwave and picked it up curbside. Lugged the beast out of car and inside after removing old one. They gave us the wrong one. We’ll have to lug the wrong one back.Called and customer service was rude and unwilling to help. Garbage business. Try Home Depot instead. Don’t give this place your business they’re trash.

Just recently ordered a glitch in their OWN app and tried to pick up. Was told I was scamming the store out of something that was sold directly through their store. Amanda I was believe was her name, bad attitude and made it seem as if I was stealing. Could have taken it a different route but decided to make us feel like thieves.

Went in a few minutes ago to purchase some Denatured Alcohol & was in line & an employee at self checkout asked if I wanted to go over & got questioned what I was purchasing! I'm giving you money so why question it! Then asked if I could enter a phone # for a Military Discount & was told No. Then I showed my Military Spouse Card & was still told NO! Wow so 2 people serving in the Military is not enough proof.. Would give ZERO Stars if it was an option. Beyond Frustrated 😡 So if your a woman buying Denatured Alcohol be Prepared to be Questioned about it! Unexceptable Lowe's.

My two big gripes are that they only have one entrance for such a massive store and that sucks since I have trouble walking, and I was really put off by the Christian pop music they were playing. If I'd had known that Lowes was so closely associated with that hateful religion, I'd have gone elsewhere, and likely will in the future. I just wanted to buy some roof patch, not a religion thrust on me.Most of the staff I interacted with were helpful and pleasant though, so they get the only star I'm giving.

These guys have been consistently great at customer service and retention. They have the products that I need DIFFERENT from their competitors. Yeah they have some of the same products too but I just want what I need. Too bad they don’t have the same presence of their box store competitors in Oro Valley. It forces me to go there instead bc it’s far closer

Annabelle saw me and my daughter looking around for customer service she stopped and asked if we needed help. She directed us to exactly where our item was. When we passed by her register again she made sure we found it and checked us out quickly. She was friendly, very knowledgeable and initiative.

Today Lowes gets 2 out of 5, very disappointed. We started at the Pro desk for help on a five thousand dollar purchase of multiple items from wood , glass, doors etc and we received very minimal help. We had to continually look and ask for help. This continued down to cashing out and still having to go back to fill out proper forms for our discount because cashier was unfamiliar with the process. We are here 4 to 5 days a week and it has never been the same since Barry was removed. He was the level of professionalism we come to expect when we purchase from Lowe's. We do hope changes are made or we will make our change.

Every time I go to the store, I end up having to go across to the orange place. Seems like they can’t ever find their product, or don’t carry common stuff. Not good for my business when I have to waste a lot of time here.

Thought this place was pretty decent, about six months ago! Went in this morning (Monday), to look for something that Home Depot didn't have (no surprises there anymore, either). Not ONE person around to assist in the aisles. Some guy in appliances, glued to his computer; two guys at a counter over by the masonry aisle, glued to their computers. Asked a cashier if she knew if someone was around who could help answer a question. She mumbled something, then was saved by the bell when a customer showed up. The garden center was the same: no one around to help in the aisles. Just the guy at the cashier counter. When I have this experience at these big stores, I always wonder how they stay in business. OH! Duh! That's right! No workers around, no one to pay, extra money in corporate pockets. Customer doesn't matter. Bye, bye Lowe's.

I ordered online a 5 gallon water bottle and a hand pump. My well is having some problems so I got a clean water source in the kitchen.Just had to show the lockers my code on my phone and that was it.Easy and the pump works well.
