I just visited the store for the last time. Every single solitary at a time I have gone in to this store, they have overcharged me. When I point out the overcharge, they always correct it. This is not a mistake. They want to see how much money they can get out of people. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and the State attorney general

Used to buy workout equipment here prior to moving to Europe decades ago so maybe I'm sentimental after returning but I love seeing how this location (and downtown in general) evolved. The deli is great and during the jazz festival I saved a decent amount of cash having a pre-concert beer and snack from their wide selection in the upstairs seating instead of paying venue prices. My wife and I have been there half a dozen times and everyone from cashiers to security has been cheerful and fun to interact with.

Although I love the store and the food, the security is another story. The guy accused my friend of stealing a can of soda that was purchased at another store for a better price prior to entering. I am displeased.. moreso disappointed with the staff in general

I love Johnny Gibson’s! Though the staff can be hit or miss sometimes in terms of how welcoming they are but overall it’s great. The patio in the back is comfortable as is the inside top seating area. The deli section is awesome and the breakfast burritos are the best. Of course the groceries might be a little high in price but it’s convenient if you live downtown like I do. Great place! 👍☺️

Great. You need an ecofriendly container for to-go items. Reusable is good. How about I bring my own? Stop with the foam. How about using containers like Chinese food, I'd pay extra for that.2020/2/11 I went by at 8:30. Doors locked.???????

Convenient spot downtown. The veggie club sandwich for $9 is huge, most people could split it and be full. The fries are crispy and have always been fresh. I do not recommend the eggplant parmesan sandwich (heavy and bland). Good selection at the deli, and they have nice looking cakes and pastries too. The deli staff could be a lot better at acknowledging customers who are waiting to order though; there will often be two or three people completely ignoring me for several minutes. It's a bit awkward waiting for food because it always feels like you're in the way. There's indoor and outdoor seating to eat in, but the atmosphere isn't great in either. They do have groceries, but of course you pay for the convenience of the location.I agree it would be great if they got rid of the styrofoam.

A little expensive but you can't expect anything less because it is downtown. But it's convenient. Within walking distance for me . I love where I live . So I went there this morning to get a can of refried beans and why is it that the plain ones are $3.99 but the ones with jalapenos in it are only $1.99 . I don't understand that

This store adds $0.25 surcharge for a debit card transaction. This is a violation of Mastercard regulations. Surcharge can only be added to credit card transactions, not debit card.

Such an adorable cute little market. Unfortunately it has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. People at the register don't even acknowledge you,don't talk to you or atleast make eyecontact . Their food however is super good. 👌

The workers at this local market are great1. They are always quick to make your order2. They make great food, and top most dedicated restaurants even though they are a “market”3.the customer service here is always excellent, I have had a few odd requests and other things that were done promptly with ease.

I've always had a pleasant time at this deli, until recently I've noticed the customer service lacking I called in an order to pick up which was two burgers including fries. One was a AZ classic the other was a Gunslinger. When I got there the person who asked if I was ready tells me the Gunslinger has no onion rings. I mentioned it was the reason I ordered it she then tells me I had no phone number neither a name which they never asked for to contact me and let me know. I hope this meal is good hopefully the customer service improves with this advice.

These good folks are quite simply THE BEST, hands down! It all of course begins with THE BEST location downtown! Add to that THE BEST owner! And of course we can't forget the very BEST managers! Mickey is the rudest, most unprofessional person there. No need to take your "bad day" out on your customers, let alone your regular customers. "Do you own the place?!" she said, after I asked her to not hover over my back (literally, she was OVER my whole body) as I knelt down to look at food on the shelf after nearly shoulder checking my girlfriend and I (coincidently lgbtq+) about 3 times in different aisles. No, we just help you pay your bills. "Be cool, man, be cool." Be polite, man, learn some manners, especially while you're at work. People coming in from the streets have more respect in that store than their own employee/'owner' (Mickey).On another note, Francine, Abby, Danny, the cashiers and the people behind the food counter deserve a raise for having to work with her on her bad days. They're always awesome, friendly and know how to treat people with dignity. Thanks everyone else.

The sandwich's are a bit pricey but their B.L.T. is really good, and my girlfriend is crazy for their Wildcat (turkey sand). And they both match up well with either fries or one of the freshly made salads. (I don't really know if the salads are site made or from a carton, I just know they are good.😁

My husband and I came in on Tuesday January 31st around 940-10am and I haven't been here in years, so it was GREAT being back. We got some awesome goodies But I wanted to make this review because, unfortunately I didn't get his name but the older gentleman working in the back where the coffee station is was SO SO kind and had great customer service. We appreciate him being so kind. Customer service is a dying art these days but he wasn't lacking in it. And if I could give 10 starts I would. Thank you Johnny Gibsons & keep up the great work🙌

Sandwich team was great. Cashier was horrible; didn't know her pmt system- was arrogant and not helpful enough that I just left my sandwich with her as I tried three times to pay....went to baggins where card works fine. Was hoping JG would be added to my favs.orderibg food for office party from another now. Smug kills.

Went here to eat dinner. Discovered while reading menus that there is no seating, not indoors, not outdoors. If we wanted dinner, we would have to sit on the sidewalk. Not a good choice for 8pm on a Friday night. We left without eating ☹️
