This place is HORRIBLE! Disorganized, unprofessional, AWFUL groomers. My cat and dog were butchered, when I voiced my concerns and dismay the young girl that was in there just gave excuse after excuse about why nothing was her fault. AWFUL experience, my dog was traumatized as was I over the SIX HOUR ORDEAL!!! I felt like crying I was so disgusted with this place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!! you have been warned

Alex is great. He did exactly what cut I wanted for my dog. Joleen who is the manager is there on weekends and has always done a wonderful job on dogs I have taken there in the past as well.

Great place to get your dog groomed! They took such great care of my dog and gave him the most perfect grooming I could have asked for. Very professional and my dog has never looked better. He also came out happy and exited which normally the groomers put him in a depressed state so they really made sure he felt safe and comfortable during his time there. I would highly recommend this groomers to any one looking in the Tucson area!!

So, I took my cats to the only groomer in town (that I called) who would cut my cats nails and apply gel tips to them so that they couldnt scratch up my furniture but I’m completely against declawing animals so I thought this was a good alternative. I went to Still A Dogs World and the staff was very nice and willing to try something new. They asked me which cat I wanted to go first and I explained that Baby is very timid but Luna is easier. She told me that she wanted to do the crazier cat first so I trusted her opinion and let it happen. They took Baby to the table and let her out of the crate and before they could put the leash on her she took off. They literally left the back door open while they have a room full of animals and are located right on a busy street. It was 107 degrees outside and we couldn’t find my cat anywhere. Later we finally find my cat and by “we” I really mean Miguel because at that point the staff weren’t helping us look anymore even though it was their fault. Don’t get me wrong, the staff was very nice but this is unacceptable. When we found my little baby she was under a dumpster drooling, about to pass out from the heat and possibly even close to her death and was LITERALLY screaming in terror because she’s not an outside cat and has a burn on her face from the heat. My cat was missing for over an hour. I will not be taking any of my animals to this groomer and I highly suggest that you do not either due to their lack of safety precautions for their animals. There was also no air conditioning and dogs were panting like crazy stuck in tiny crates waiting for their owners. No one even apologized for it except for one guy who I did not get his name. He was honestly the only helpful one who did search with me for a while.Do not bring your animals here.

I took a chance called Saturday and I was able to get a Sunday 9 a.m. appointment. My terrier needed her summer cut and she hates going, but for the first time ever when I picked her up from It's still a dog's world she was happy and her tail was wagging! Happy puppy! The guy and girl groomers worked together on my plump little dog Shelby and i couldn't be more inpressed. She's not upset or hiding today as per usual after grooming day. I will absolutely recommend this groomer & will also return for my other 2 dogs.

Joleen is Wonder Woman ! My little Lucy is a stubborn little brat and screamed her face off literally the entire time and this woman handled her with such patience and strength. I love that she gave my pup the same sass she was dishing out to Joleen. She even gave me some advice on how to help make trimming the nails easier. Happy to have found someone who is willing to work with my stubborn pup. We will be regulars here for sure!

I took my 14 year old dog, who hates getting groomed, for a summer cut last month, they did an excellent job. She was done exactly when they said she would be, the cut was exactly what I asked for and I will go back again and again. Sorry I didn't get the woman's name who groomed her, but she did a great job.

I have taken my poodles there for the past year and have never looked back! They are not perfect all the time, but if I am unhappy they fix it right then and there! They are great listeners and are happy to customize my boys cuts to the season or my mood. Wonderful groomers!

Took my dog to get groomed here and his fur is so uneven and short! And to make things worse, he got lice that we are now treating on our other dog as well! Wouldn’t recommend!

My dog got a good grooming but I almost left when I saw the building & the inside. It was pretty chunky. However the girl was extremely nice & like I said she groomed my dog very good

Alex took great of Buddy!! Buddy is a grumpy 85ish lb dog and Alex had mentioned previously that he loves a challenge! Alex had my dog around 1 hr 45 mins and when I got him back, he looked like a new dog!!THANK YOU ALEX!! I know Buddy is a grumpy dog and you did a great job on him! I will definitely be taking him again to see you! 💙🐶💙

This was the worst groomer ever..... did not do what I asked..... owner is snotty.....kept my dog for 4.5 hours I expected she would look fabulous..... I could have groomed her better myself..... so then I was not aware that they do not take debit or credit card.... so I had to leave get cash and go back and pay them for lousy grooming....... the place is also filthy..... I am not one to write reviews.... but they will never see or touch my poodle again.....they are just trying to do as many dogs as they can with no regard for the pets or quality of work.... I generally tip well....I gave them zero.....

After reading reviews im hesitant and upset that I've made a deciding to take my pup here after seeing how busted it is and filthy and poor service my dog has been in there for 3 hours and she isn't done when she said she would be and my dog isn't big shes only 12lbs im very skeptical on how my dog would look after this and what issues my dog may have

I just picked up my dog and noticed he had a deep cut on his chest, I called and asked what happened and they acted oblivious, and told me to just put a bandaid on it. I'm furious not even a freaking apology was given. Do not go here!!
